Why do you like church?
I like my church (Pentacostal) because everyone is sincerely in love with the Lord and just dying to praise Him...it becomes so infectious that soon everyone has their hands up (incuding me, an athiest a mere 6 months ago). Everyone's evergetic, singing songs, clapping hands, running around the church (filled with the Holy Ghost), speaking tounges, jumping up & down, playing instruments & just plain rejoicing! It's awesome!I LOVE IT!
It's a big difference from the Baptist church I was raised in. I found the sermins there extremely boring. I know God put me into the Pentacostal church, knowing that I didn't like the Baptist church (nothing against the Baptists here, I'm just stating my opinion).

I assist to a Reformed Baptist church, and I love it because of the many things that God has taught me while being there, as well as all those opportunities that He has given me to serve Him in aspects such as being the secretary of the youth group, and the one who gives maintenance to the church's website.
About worship, it depends on a lot of factors. Some people consider it boring, but I do not, mainly because I focus on one thing there: God Himself. I do not look for Him for special feelings or anything, but because I want Him, and Him alone. When one has a clear understanding on how merciful, how holy, and how righteous God is, the feelings for Him will come naturally. The way they are expressed, however, might be different from person to person. 3nodding 3nodding

I suppose I ought to answer both your questions. I don't like church. I LOVE it! xD That's the blunt truth. And why? Becuase it's so fun. Our pastor, Jim, he get's so energized and hilarious in his messages, and our band rocks! The entire church claps on beat, we have our hands high. No one cares that we're off key. I mean God doesn't care what we look like or sound like. I mean, that's the greatest thing about it! I'm just there being with God without being judged. It's the greatest feeling on Earth!
Well, I go to church to make sure I get at least an hour and a half of time with God every week. I learn so much during the sermons so that I can reteach them to my friends that are straying from God. Besides, it's not even like God asks any of us to go to church. He asks us to be the church. I guess that the church is really more in the heart than a building.

I am so in love woth my congregation! Worship is the best, I'm one of the dancers. When the music fills the room, and the shofar thunders through us, and your feet get caught up in the rythm, and every voice is raised to glorify Yeshua, it is just incredable. And the readings are just awsome. To hear those words, so ancient, but still so relavant to our lives today, is amazing for me, in Hebrew and in English. Then the fellowship during Oneg is so there, you just go, and eat, and talk. I was raised in a nondenominational church, but I convinced my family to change. We all love it. And people look out for each other. It's more friendly.

I am totally drawn there. Worshiping Jesus is what I believe I was born for. It is the greatest feeling in the world! Being with God, Singing for Him, praying to Him, the serman, the readings, the Bible study, the fellowship... All of it, to Him, for His glory! It is totally awesome.
On rare occations when I didn't go. I felt empty inside.

I love my baptist church. The people there are genuine, caring, fun, and just plain awsome. I love worship, but sermons are more important to learn from. I can learn from songs sometimes, but sermons and lessons are where it really gets deep. I go to church to learn, live, love, and serve.

I really like the church that I go to. Everyone there is really nice, loving, welcoming, polite, and it feels like family. (: The pastor is really friendly, there's a warm atmosphere inside, and I feel good when I go.
