Motobi'ata exited the den, her tail flickering behind her. She paused, and looked behind her. "Usi, come on. Today we can explore the Motoujamii!" The lioness squinted her eyes as she came into the sunlight, angered by its brightness. She shook her fur and then padded forward. She stopped one last time, and impatiently waited for the male. "You know, the lands will move faster than you if you don't get your big butt out here ..." She stuck her tounge out and then continued on.
She had many things on her mind, mostly of her mother and her father, and well what life was like now with another lion around. Though, thankfully she did feel much safer thanks to it all. Maybe it was good having Usi around!

Glaring as he came out, he silently chuckled at the antics of his friend, shaking his mane free of the sands of his slumber. Peering out into the desert with narrowed eyes, he yawned lightly before limping slightly to her side. Still, when he slept and sat around, his forearm stiffened and he got headaches, but he knew with time he would be back to normal, or so he hoped.
"Must you always be so cubish?" He chortled lightly, mirth now drifting across his features, "But I'm coming, I'm coming..." And so he didn't moving around to come to her side and look out at where they were going, to explore the lands at last.

 Moto'zita was out and about again. It wasn't surprising, since she didn't enjoy the company of her siblings or anyone for that matter. She'd much rather be off on her own. The little cub prowled along the sand with light feet, keeping her balance as the grains shifted beneath her. She squinted across the horizon slightly, perhaps looking for a rock or something of the kind. Often under those you could find a snake or hare to play with...
But instead she saw the large shapes of two other lions in the distance. An open frown crossed her maw and she kicked the sand. Great, just what she needed. Not.

Motobi'ata saw another figure in the distance and was suddenly afraid. "Usi, maybe this isn't such a good idea ... What if they know your not from around here?" She sighed, and backed up. Though, it wasn't long before she started walking at an angle, in a lousy attempt to just avoid the little speck of cub.
She darted rather quickly, not even caring which way her friend went. As long as she stayed quiet and no one noticed, she would be fine, right?! She was going mental.

Watching her silently, he looked out into the distance from the way she called his name, and blinked slightly. Narrowing his eyes again, he took note that it was a small creature, before laughing slightly and rushing to her side.
"Moto...why are you running...it's a cub..." He said softly, already understand when one is young they are in that smaller form, "Wait...Moto!"
He stopped, a bit interested and wanting to see the cub, the first firekin he caught sight of since he arrived.

Zita watched carefully as one of the adults began to flee, in a sense. She felt a puff of disgust fill her chest at the sight and yet it was accopanied by pride. She was a proud little beast, despite her size. Arching her back she hissed loudly, since her roar was pathetic and undeveloped. She showed tiny little fangs freely. That's right, run away. She didn't want to talk to them anyway.

She turned around as Usi yelled out to her. "Hmm?" She raised a brow, and grunted, her eyes in a slant. "Why do we have to talk to that ... cub? I don't really want to converse with such a pitiful little thing." She rolled her eyes and looked at the male. Though, seconds later, she caved in. "Fiiiine. Only for a little bit. Then we can leave the little monster to itself." She spat angrily on the sandy ground as they edged forward, she followed behind her friend.
"Cub or not, cubs have ... parents, who could get you caught!" She nudged against him, and then gave up. She silently trailed behind him, a mad look on her maw.

He grinned with a bit of a puff to his chest, before trotting over to the snarling 'monster'. Pausing when he finally realized what was going on, and was considerably closer, he blinked before tilting his head.
"Is this...a game cubs play?" He asked Moto, not even sure she was still by him as he lowered his head a bit and took a deep breath. Taking that second of silence, he looked over the red form, keeping sight of the eye color so alike Moto and white all atop the flaming pelt. Black also stood out on the small cub.
All in all, he couldn't help but smile at the first youth he had seen to this day.
"Hello there!"

"I'm not playing!" Zita spat fiercely, even more irratated that they had come back. She willed them to turn around and leave her in peace. But since it wasn't working she grunted, eyeing the male with sharp eyes. If he came close enough she planned to bite. "Hmph!" she grunted in return to his greeting, obviously not wanting to socialize.

Moto in return bared her teeth, growling angrily at the small cub. "You don't have a place in this pride, you little runt. So, dare as you must to try and hurt Usi and I. Though, you'll lose everytime." She grinned, maybe coming over to the cub was a good idea after all. Now she could take out her random anger on this poor little furball.
"So, wheres your mommy and daddy?" She slanted her eyes and stuck out her tounge at the cub, as she padded closer to Zita. It was quite fun to toy with the little ones.

Watching the scene with a sharp eye, Usi found himself taking a step back and settling on his haunches, completely forgetting of the tour he was about to take. Now, he was more keen on watching this new side of Moto, one he had yet to see. And all of it was brought out my the miniature lioness before them, one who had quite a bark and probably even more of a bit.
That thought caused a shiver to run down his spine while he just continued to watch with interest, wondering what would happen next.

Zita was not very good at talking with others, whether it be a discussion or argument. She much prefered actions to words, since she had such trouble with them. So, instead of trying to come up with a snappy comeback, which she wouldn't be able to manage, she just snarled at the female, waiting for her to get near enough to lash out with baby fangs or claws. "None of your business! Go find them yourself if you want to see 'em," she growled, obviously not too fond of her parents either. It seemed like interaction in general was not favored by her.

Moto kneeled down and growled more. "Is that all you can do, you little cub?" She raised herself back up, towering over Zita, with a wide grin. She extended her claws and batted lightly at the striped firekin. "Whaaat? Why should I find your parents myself? Does that mean you don't have parents?" She lept around the sand, in an attempt to tick off the little cub.
"So then, what exactly are you doing out here by yourself?"

His silence was becoming a bit too much, and while he felt a bit helpless, it was starting to get to be too much. Shivering at the next 'attack' of the adult, he stood and moved a step closer, now having been dislodged from the group.
"Moto..." He murmured out softly, "You sure it is the best thing to do...?" He asked softly, a frown across his maw as his blood-red eyes glanced down to Zita. Overall, he just didn't want the whole parent less conversation to continue. After all, he didn't even know if he had them.

Zita lunged forward, snapping her jaws sharply at the paw that batted at her. Stupid adults! Always thought they were so GRAND! "I do! So?" she snarled. Had she been someone a bit more clever or social she might have snapped something about her mother Azula kicking their asses, but she wasn't. She'd much rather land a bite. "I wanna be out here," she growled in a very unhelpful way. She was getting away from stupid people like them is what.
