I'm going to venture a guess that we have several people who like fantasy here. Perhaps writers of fantasy.
So I'm hoping I get replies to this. I wasn't sure if I should put it here or the melting pot however so the mods should take their pleasure in moving it if needs be.
Anyways does anyone here write fantasy and if so, do you have a world? I do. It's called Lithania. I may share some more info on it depending if I get a response here...

Actually, you got the right forum, but it should go in the writer's discussion thread. ^.^ It's okay though.
I absolutely adore fantasy. I could do nothing without it.
And I do have a world. It's called Enreiho. =^^=
But.. yeah... to the discussion thread.. xD

Yeah lol I have a world as well, it is called.. Avalice... although I do have quite the many worlds, so I guess I can't say it holds true all the time. Anyways lol off to bed I go...

I have a world... but it carries many names. Because I never want to use the same world for all my stories. So I tweak and change it a bit but more or less it the same world with a little tweaking and different name xD

Well, it was my world. But I shared Enreiho. And now it's me and my friends. >XD
I have another world though!
Of course, it's a world of it's own. like an ancient history thing. hard to explain. >.O

I have Lithania. There is a proper heirarchy of power, starting with the highest power of all: No. Not a god or goddess. Their powers pale in comparison to it.
The Heavens. They have the power of Life. There are three sections in the Heavens: The Halls, The Realms and The Glade. Within the Glade (also The Core) are 5 Tree's. Each tree supplies a stream of power to Existance and the powers of all 5 tree's combined is the Power of Life. Each tree is a different name and a different type and made of a different gem stone.
The Heavens got bored basically and created Deva (The Celestial Being) and Donovan (The Dark Warrior). They both completed and opposed the other in their entire being. At one point they stopped talking. The Heavens created 3 friends for each. Deva's companions were called the Fats and Donovan's simply Chaos. Together, they formed the Elements: Tyme, Fyre, Aer. Eorth, Eternitie, Whater. Each group had the personality attributes of the opposite of their master-companion.
They grew miserable though, and so Deva and Donovan asked one more thing. The power to Create for themselvs. They were granted it and cut down the Tree of Creation. They planted the white opal seeds and from it grew Lithania. Because of how it was made, there is a doorway that has to be sealed by a stone from each tree, that also supplies the world with it's own Power of Life.
Now, not all life came from The Elements as one might believe. Though all life certainly has ancestry in them. Deva and Donovan were given sight to see the troubles their world would live through. They themselves had three children and sent them to Lithania for the entire life of the world. When Lithania dies, their children also will. They have been given the powers for sight as well. They formed the Oracle. Fia. Kateb. Galla.

I'm not MUCH of a fantasy fan... I used to adore it, though. Hmm.. So, no... I really don't have one ^^;;
Ooh, and your world is ever so interesting! ^^ Have you made an RP about it yet...?

Sokea, that's where most of my stories take place. This is how the world pans outward due to my obsession with astronimical "needs."
Ok, so the world of Sokea, is actually on the 3rd plane, this is the general plane of existence, wherein most things live and no spirits or anything, a pretty typical day.
Now, let's head backwards unto the 2nd plane, this is the plane for all lifeforms to interact spiritually, a collective conciousness is present almost always.
Let's take another step backwards to the 1st plane. This plane is much like the 2nd plane except you need to have died or somehow turned into a spirit, the experts on Sokea of the 3rd plane can only speculate this and are generally unsure of it.
So, with the first 3 planes covered, we should head forward unto the 4th plane, this plane is more or less a plane of dead folks who have done nothing of particular interest with their mortal lives, however from this plane the dead can still interact with the 3rd plane.
The 5th plane is much like the 4th plane, except it's meant more for the Heroes of the 3rd plane.
The 6th plane a speculated plane where Sokea's great minds believe that it is where the "gods" of the 3rd plane genrally consort and watch over the 3rd plane.
The 7th and final plane is a disputed matter between all scientists, but it is believed that everything in this plane is left over from when the universe was created.

If having a world in a novel I'm writing counts, then yes, I have one. But it's sci-fi. I love to read fantasy, but I write sci-fi. Anyway, my world is actually Earth, but it's in the year 2020. I can tell you a bit about it, if you like.

Wow, sounds very intricate Mattie! Seems like you put a lot of research into it, of course I guess that's due to it being an obsession lol
