I've been getting her a lot lately. And not just the same one... I'm getting them from towns I've never heard of.
Mommy, from Boston? Luke, from Butt town? xD

Eh, I don't waste my time with Blanca anymore.
But I'm thinking her visits are more random than from a friend's friend roster.
I'm thinking she coms from anyone that goes on WiFi.
And after you change her face then get on WiFi, she ventures through the abyss of WiFi to another town that connects.
But... dunno.

I never let her come to my town any more. She was annoying to look at.

I don't let her into my town..
She was incredibly annoying.
Plus I think if you allow her into your town.. it decreases your chances of getting Saharah and etc.
At least that's what I found (:

I think this is precisely what happens, as I got Blanca from towns I had never ever heard of and were most certainly not on my friends' friendlist (I had only one friend at the time, too).

You can go to your save room on the phone, go to "Downloads" and on the first option about the "mysterious cat" say "stay out!" and she will.
That can be done with a character or before you start one of them up.

Everyone always gives her an ugly face for some reason all I do is give her a face like my characters just different colored eyes

I like to make cool art on Blanca's face. I've done: Boba Fett helmet, Jango Fett helmet, spider-man mask, Bender, Gyroid, and alot more. I actualy spend like half an hour making something that looks good. I only wish I could see people's reaction to it.

You've got to frequent WiFi.
She'll usu. visit after you disconnect from it.
That is if there are no other special visitors at the time.
