bulbasaur
chikrita

hydro cannon
squirtle
totodile
mudkip
piplup

blast burn
charmander
cyndaquil
torchic
chimchar
(you can have any of the evovlved forms of these pokemon with you, and she will teach them the move if you want. I don't think any other pokemon can learn these moves, but I am not sure. These moves are not that great, however, because of the fact that you must recharged after use.)

There is no possible way to get those moves on D/P.There isn't anyone who gives you the moves on D/P.Its a person on FR/LG.
