Author of Wicked, Confessions of a Wicked Stepsister, and many others. Most, or all, of his books are based on classic fairytales, only from the antagonists' (bad guy's) point of view. Many of his books are chock full of symbology, and this sounds like a good place to discuss it. So.. Have at it!

Starting off with Wicked, what did anyone thnk of the Prof. Dillamond assasination? Who thinks that the Lion was actually the cub that Elphaba saved?
