Emily Browning for Bella. Danielle's too Disney for me. And she doesn't have the calm somewhat melancholy aura Bella has.

I thought about her, but there is something about her that just SQUICKS me.

I personally don't think she could pull off Bella's sometimes-sassy-sometimes-demure attitude like Danielle could. (And she needs her chance to break free of the Disney image, yeah? surprised )

(But not to insult you or anything, really!!)

I think Emmy Rossum would make a FAB Esme. She makes me melt into goo. heart

Nice choices, I picked Winona Ryder for Alice too.

But Danielle Panabaker. There's just something incredibly unpleasant about her that makes me not want her to be Bella. In my mind, Emily is Bella. She was actually the first girl to come to mind before I even saw Stephenie's choices.

And Emmy Rossum is gorgeous. But she only has...two facial expressions. Watch The Phantom of the Opera and you'll see what I mean. I'd want someone who can act to play Esme. I like the idea of Minnie Driver as Esme.

Edward-Gaspard Ulleil
Carlisle- Jess Spencer
Esme- Emmy Rossum
Alice- Rachel Leigh Cook
Jasper- Trent Ford (I agree, i think he's the best Jasper i've seen so far)
James- Cillian Murphy
Vistoria-Kate Beckinsale
Jacob- Steven Strait (but with long hair)

All the others don't really look the way i imagined them to look.

Unfortunately, I'll have to disagree.

I ADORE Minnie Driver, but I think she would just be too old for the role of Esme.

As for Emmy Rossum, I saw her in the Day After Tomorrow, and she was wonderful. (I will agree that performance in POTO was subpar, but I also remember reading somewhere that she said she had no idea what do with Christine's facial expressions, since she was a...well, you know. She's kind of a flat character.)

So I suppose we shall have to agree to disagree. But I hope you won't take any offense! sad

I don't like Danielle's face. Theres just something about it that makes me want to start hitting things. And if Gaspard Ulliel played Edward, I'm not sure if I'd be able to pay attention to the actual movie. I'd be too busy ogling. C:
