Ch.1
Summer was slowly fading into fall it was still hot in the isles the taurs, harpies, and syrins all played and enjoyed what was left of a warm bright sunlight and weather. The nights were beginning to get a chill as young ones cuddled close to their mothers. The air was crisp and all was peaceful all slept in quiet and bliss as the stars looked upon the sleeping creatures below. The wind whispered sweet lullabies to everyone as the sun began to break the horizon. One young cervitaur heard a small whimper in what had been peaceful quiet night. She stirred and got to her feet she saw the quivering branches that had a touch of dew upon them. She saw fog setting in just beyond the trees, curious she approached. Entering the eerie fog she couldn’t see very far beyond her own outstretched hand. She continued on. She saw a small figure in the distant cautiously she moved toward the tall dark figure. As she got near the figure and it moved farther away as if to get away from her she could still she a small bit of the shadow in the mist.
Ch.2
She speed up it no longer seemed to care she was there but seemed to beckon her towards it. As it began to move she realized it was trying to lead her somewhere. In the fog she tried hard to follow dew beginning to form on her as she walked. Looking around she could she no more than the ground and close trees. Curious to where she was being lead she continued to observe her surrounding noticing a change the fog was lifting. She hurried to find her leader to see who it was who had been leading her. Finally the fog was gone and so was who had lead her all she saw was a lake and a beautiful clearing, it was the most breath taking place she had ever been. Alas she never caught a glimpse of the tall, dark, figure that had brought her to such a miraculous place.
