In Central, an explosion rips through the air. Fire and Smoke fill the air. 3 alchemist stand in front of the building. out of the building runs 2 men, obviously alchemists. the center of the 3 raises his hand, and an enormous bolt of lightning rips through the sky to disintegrate the 2 alchsmists. "Damn." the center figure swore. "That's the 2nd terrorist attck this week. when will it end." a few more people litter the area, some alive, some dead. the other 2 figures run to collect the bodies of the living.

*Various military officers rushed to the scene. Among them was a medic who happened to be exiting the building. He rushed forward and saw the dead and injured*
[Medic] .... Dear god... not again.
*He immediately started treating the injured that were still alive*

*The medic looked up at the alchemist and saluted*
[Medic] Thank you Brig. General, but I can handle this myself.
*he grabbed some debris on the ground and his armbands lit up, showing his transmutation circles. He then turned the stone and rubble into gauze and medical pads, which he used to treat the wounded soldiers injuries.*

he nods. "if you need more supplies, you'll get them." he turns and surveys the carnage. "this isn't good. we need to stop this carnage. i wont have my paople harmed."

[Medic] You sound almost like my superior... By the way, my name is Dr. Mersad, but you can call me Antonio. I'm not the best with formalities.
*He continued treating the patient, transmuting more supplies*
[Antonio] As for the supplies, I have an unlimited amount due to my powers. I am the Healing Alchemist afterall.
*He gets up and moves on to the next victim*

* A terrorest is running away from the scene and then a fire ball hits him right in the back and he goes down dead*
Thats five now to see if I can flush out anymore But first. *picks up the dead body of the terrorest and I drop him next to the state Alchemists that are near him* It looks to me you States are still fighting I see. Any of you know were my brother is? *jumps down next to them*

"i've heard of you. but, unfortunately, my skills are more ment for battle and protection. call me over if you need anything." he walks over to another living person who was able to move. he lifted him gently and carried him over to Antonio. he placed him on the ground. "i'mm bring the victems here if they are able to be moved. that way you wont have to tire yourself out by moving around too much."

"his brother is an ex-state alchemist. he left the military." he dropped another person off and went for another.
