So, I've heard a lot of crazy superstitions people have to improve their dice rolls. I don't really believe them, except the one that I seem to have come up with.
I bought a black leather pouch at Cedar Point one year from a leatherworker's store. It was the only one left of its kind. Paid a few bucks for it, and went on my way. I started using it to carry dice and counters for MTG, D&D and other games. I've noticed that every dice I use from it seems to roll better than my friend's dice. Heck, with character generation, I tend to roll 16-18 on 4d6 minus the lowest QUITE often. And I roll 14+ on my d20 from that bag a lot more (especially when my friends are rolling 1s). So, I only use dice that I pull from that bag now on.
Do you guys have any superstitions about dice?

No, not really. Although I think my orange D20 started to hate me when I got my white set and my extra blue D20. Although, sometimes the white one doesn't like either. But the blue one usually does. And my really old d6's, they're old Yahtzee dice, they always roll really well... So, I suppose if I do have a superstition it's that old dice are really good, and if you get new dice and don't make the other ones feel special, then they start to hate you.

I think that all dice hate me... like all the time. I almost never roll good.

For some reason, all my sets of dice have different ways of rolling. My blue set seems only to be able to roll very well or very bad, never in between. My red set hates my guts, while the black set always rolls about average.

I have 3 d20s and I only use one because the other two don't seem to roll very well for me. Most everyone I game with rolls on a book because it helps to avoid hitting stuff and people believe it helps get better rolls.

i have like 30 d20s and i just roll them all to see which ones roll the best that day, but that's only when i DM, when i'm a player i always use my small dice, it's my 1st set and my favorate, usally rolls hits. but in reallity, acording to science, it's all in how you roll them, and how your feeling when you do, if your feeling bad you nice might tend to roll higher or lower, but my friend is always happy and or really mad for a few secs, and his rolls on a d20 range from 18 to 20 most the times, he even got 3 nat 20s in a row, and since he uses a scythe, and genterly rolls 4s on his d4 my DM gets really mad because theses CR 8 creatures drop befor him and he's only lvl 7 and we have 3 people in our party.

I have a specific set of dice that I got from the D&D Basic game(the one with the players handbook) that I do really good with & won't let others touch because I figure they'll ruin their luck. I also have some dice(a set of all blue) that just seem to want me to fail.I also get pissed when people say something like "now watch, you're gonna roll a natural 1" because I usually do when they say that. God, I've wanted to kill one of my friends for that!

I think its my character, because whenever I use him, he's always first for initiative, high attacks, and lots of crits, when I play as someone else, I do mediocre.

I find it weird that mt clear die set rolls better scores when I'm DMing, and my blue set rolls better scores when I'm a player...any ideas why?

Fairly simple, your dice likes the power of gods compared to the ones being manipulated by gods. So, your dice enjoy dming more than playing. ^-^
