~Appearance~


Headband: Black and around his waist.
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 192 lbs
Hair: Light brown, spiky hair. Isshiki ties it up so that the twins can be differentiated. Otherwise there is no visible difference apart from the clothes.
Eyes: A beautiful mix of blue and green.
Physical Description: He has a toned, fit body. Strong arms and legs; broad shoulders. His face has a gentle tone that shows often that makes opponents underestimate him. His face has ‘pretty boy’ qualities, which attracts lots of girls. He smiles often, and shows his straight white teeth. Isshiki has a more analytical glance and sometimes wears glasses. His body is more wiry than his brother's due to training but under all the clothing it is extremely hard to notice that.
Clothing: Under his Kazekage hat and robe lie a tight sleeveless white shirt with the ANBU armor over it and standard ninja pants. He also wears boots like his brother, loathing the conventional sandals. If not wearing his robe he wears a long jacket over it. His bo can be shortened and is strapped to his right leg. He has an odd fetish with capes or long jackets (but not both at the same time..) and likes seeing himself with them on, although he obviously takes them off in combat (rather dramatically I might add).
Background: Isshiki was the firstborn of the Kazekage twins and always loved his brother dearly, although they had their share of fights. As he was older he was always given the responsibility for looking after his brother, which led him to become rebellious in his teenage years, resulting in his flippant and a little detached attitude. However he wisened up at around 17 and along with his brother became a valuable ninja to the village. The twins became famous for their almost telepathic teamwork and perfectly blended skills. When the previous Kazekage disappeared Isshiki was asked by the village elders to take her place, but refused unless his brother was appointed as well. The two would work together as it had always been. Now he is the Kazekage along with Nishiki and they face the task of reviving Suna and making it as famous, well-known and successful as before.
When Sunagakure was attacked, he disappeared. His whereabouts, along with those of his sannin brother's, are unknown.
Personality: Isshiki is very optimistic, always seeing the bright side of things and believing that everything can be fixed. He also appears impulsive and sometimes is, but mostly thinks before he acts (albeit for like, 5 seconds) He is intelligent but also rather lazy when it comes to intellectual pursuits, preferring to focus on physical aspects of ninja life. He is still very smart and learns quickly though. He also likes beating things up actually. It's kinda a stress reliever. And he is somewhat of a jokester. He is also naturally protective of his younger brother. So what he have here is an intelligent, unmotivated in academics but hardworking in physical activities, funny, righteous, spontaneous, dramatic, cheerful man. And his favourite food (drink?) is seaweed soup, which is unfortunately very rarely found in Suna >.> He tried it on a trip to Mizu once and fell in love. And did I mention that he is a massive flirt?
Other: He is Kazekage Twin #1 and is older by a minute >.> With his brother's long-distance style of fighting and his own short-distance style, they are said to be the ultimate pair of Sunagakure. He is shitty with machines and umm... he has a secret love of teaching?

Henge no Jutsu
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object.

Training days: Academy time. Chakra control check DC: 10
Special: Add chakra mod to your Disguise check.

Bunshin no Jutsu
Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin.
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Academy students learn it on the academy as a basic jutsu.
Training days: Academy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bunshin.
Special: Can create 1 per 5 points in Chakra control. Up to 5 bunshin can be created.
*The user assigns a number 1 through 6 to themselves and each of their clones indivudually. The attacker rolls a 6 sided die to see what they hit.
The Intelligence check DC to see through an attacker's bunshin is the 1/2 the attacker's int mod + half the attacker's chk mod.

Kawarimi no Jutsu
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.

Requirements: Must have something to replace with.
Training days: Academy time.
Special: Add chakra mod to dodge bonus. You cannot use this while in a defensive position.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.
Cp cost: 10 per bunshin and resulting CP divided by number of Clones created
Damage: Each bunshin deals the same damage as you.
Requirements: Chakra 50+, Must be from Konoha or taught by a Leaf Ninja
Training days: 20 days

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja stares down their opponent, causing them to become completely frozen in their tracks. Perfect for escaping a dire situation, or for stalling a target in an assassination, or for creating an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.
Cp cost: 30
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Chakra 20+ Level 15+
Will Save DC: 10 + 1/2 Character level + 1/2 Chakra modifier + 1 per 10 ranks in Intimidation.
Training days: 10 days
Special: This jutsu is broken upon impact.

Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool.
Cp cost: 100 Cp

Requirements: Wind Affinity, Chakra Control 60+
Training days: 20 days

Shosen Jutsu
By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra. This may also be utilized as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact.
Cp cost: 60 + 10 per 20 Hp healed
Damage: N/A
*Combat scalpel: Same as common taijutsu damage but adds chakra modifier instead of str modifier. Affected victim must roll a reflex save (DC: your attack roll) to avoid inner bleeding, should the inner bleeding check fail the victim shall lose 3 Hp per round per time hit. Also depending on the area you are hit you might receive extra penalties. Such as -10 attack roll and damage for arm and leg wounds.
Requirements: Treat Injury 50 ranks, Chakra Control 70
Training days: 15 days.
Special: If used as a combat Scalpel, user must beat defendants’ Dodge Bonus by at least 10 points to cut muscle fibers in area hit. Defender cannot use affected area until healed or for 10 turns.

Suna Bunshin no Jutsu


Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Cp: 1 per ft
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Dexterity 20+
Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

Tomegane no Jutsu (Telescope Technique)
One is able to view through any different areas within the country by a clairvoyant crystal ball.
Cp cost: 1 per minutes used.
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Spot 30 ranks. Concentration 20 ranks.
Training days: 10 days.

Genjutsu-

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)
Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.
Cp cost: 20
Damage: 10 - 25 + int mod + Genjutsu bonus
Requirements: Genjutsu 15 Ranks
Training days: 5 days.
Will Save:10 + half user's level + half int mod + half wis mod
Specials= If this jutsu remains in effect for two turns, add the effects of Fear to all rolls

Magen: Niju Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique)
Type: Unknown, probably: B-rank, Supplementary, All ranges
A second atmospheric layer of Genjutsu is placed among the first illusion performed at firsthand.
Cp cost: 60 + 10 per turn
Requirements: Genjutsu 60 Ranks
Training days: 7 days
Will save: 15 + half character level + half int mod + half wis mod

Taijutsu-

Gouken (Strong Fist)
Gouken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones. The gouken style also use extreme movements based on leg flexibility and spin kick for more damage.
Damage: Increases normal taijutsu damage to 5-12
Requirements: Taijutsu 20 ranks.
Training days: Must keep training all the time.

Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry)
Simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack.
Damage: Double Taijutsu damage.
Requirements: Taijutsu 15 ranks, Tumble 10, Must be first attack of battle or Sneak Attack only.
Training days: 3 days.

Konoha Goriki Senpu (Leaf Strong Whirlwind)
A much more powerful version of the Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind).
Damage: Taijutsu damage x 2 per kick.
Requirements: Gouken, Taijutsu 80 Ranks, Must know Konoha Daisenpu
Training days: 8 days.

Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale)
Using their quickness and agility, the user performs a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet.
Damage: Taijutsu damage.
Requirements: Gouken style fighting. Taijutsu 18
Training days: 4 days.
Special: With this technique you can hit all enemies around you in melee instead of using one attack turn per enemy.

Hachimon (The Eight Celestial Gates)

The effects of the gates last for 20 user Rounds for Gate 1-5 and until death for gates 5-8. However the Hp loss is constant. The effects of the gate opening can be healed up to the opening of the 6th gate. The strain placed on the body from opening the 7th and 8th gate is too much for anyone to heal. You can recover from opening the 7th gate, but you probably won't be ninja-ing around any more.

Also the effects of the gates don't stack, so when you open the 2nd gate the +16 strength/dex is replaced by +26 strength/dex. However the cost does stack. To open the 1st gate you pay 50 hp and open it, to open the second gate you pay 50 hp to open the 1st then 80 hp to open the 2nd. For each gate you have to pay the prerequisite amounts of Hp for each previous gate first then pay the prerequisite amount of Hp for the gate that you wish to open. Opening of each gate takes up one attack turn as well, so if you only have 4 attack turns per round but know 5 gates, you have to wait for your next round to open the 5th gate.


1. Opening (Initial) releases the brain's limit on the total strain on the muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.

Special: Opening the first gate gives the user +6 strength and dexterity but -30 CP [chakra is expelled from the body making it wasted]

2. Rest (Heal / Energy) releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.
Hp Cost: 80 HP and 20 per round held
Damage: -
Requirements: Taijutsu 40 ranks, Gouken, Initial opened
Training: 27 days
Special: Opening the second gate gives the user +16 strength and dexterity but -40 CP.
*Also, it refills the users HP and MHP to 90% of the max amount BEFORE taking the initial damage.

3. Life is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.

Special: Opening the third gate gives the user +26 strength and dexterity but -80 cp.

4. Pain (Harm / Wound) releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.

Special: Opening the fourth gate gives the user +42 strength and dexterity but -100 CP.

5. Closing (Limit) releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.

6. Joy (View) removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.

Bunshin no Jutsu:

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Cp cost: 1 pt. per bunshin.
Damage: N/A
Requirements: Academy students learn it on the academy as a basic jutsu.
Training days: Academy. Chakra control check DC: 5 per bunshin.
Special: The Int DC to see through a bunshin is 10 + 1/2 of the jutsu user's Chakra mod + 1/2 of the user's Int mod.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppet Technique)

Just like a marionette, the user controls a puppet using strings of chakra from his fingers. This skill is often prepared in coordination with Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Body Technique), so the user can quickly replace their body with the puppet when they feel the need to activate it. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, object, or, more commonly, the form of the user. Puppets are fitted with various hidden devices, most commonly extendable blades, various projectile launchers, and poison, both in gaseous form and liquid coating their weapons. This technique can also be adapted to control humans as if they were puppets, or another puppeteer's puppets.

The ninja will create threads of chakra which will start at their heart's chakra circulatory system and extend outwards through the palms. Unlike the puppetry jutsu, this jutsu serves more as a way to bind a target.

The chakra is said to be uncuttable. This technique can also be used to wrap around and pull in objects, as well as be used a chakra whip with the proper arm movements.

Jaydens puppet buster is a large human sized puppet. The majority of this puppet is covered in spikes and has various holes through out its body. Its fists fire out like rockets on a chain as a primary attack, and posionious gas shoots out of the holes on its body on cue. A conveyer belt brings a posion gas bomb under a spike that tears the bomb open, forcing the gas out. Inside busters torso holds a compartment for storage. Jayden uses this area to hold a spare Kusarigama and a pair of brass nuckles. A bo staff also fits where busters spine would have gone. Jayden uses these weapons for himself and his team members.

Description of Limit: The Kekke Genkai is both a blood trait and a fighting style. The Tojikomeru Bushi style of fighting is almost entirely non-lethal. It is meant more to maim or disable the opponent without killing them unless absolutely necessary. The Iida have developed a way of fighting with severe power and also a way to control an opponents chakra system with their own by force. If the opponent breaks free of a technique, in many cases they absorb the chakra that was forced into themselves.

Background: Masami has always been someone to look after and lead others. Her name is well known in the band of Inukuma nomads because of the amount of time she spent living with them and learning their culture. Some would say that she is their ambassador of sorts. Masami graduated from the Suna Academy and became a Gennin at an early age. She put her all into becoming a Chuunin after that. To her surprise she became a Chuunin quite quickly. Her parents died a few months before the Chuunin exams however, which caused her to almost give up being a shinobi at all. She sunk into a strange depression for almost half a year. The only person that was able to pull her out of it was Inukuma Okichi though she is 6 years younger. They became quick friends and being around Okichi caused her fascination with her clan.
Masami eventually became a joinin then was promoted to ANBU because of her determination. Over the years she has collected a headband and the general clothing from every one of the hidden villages and she wears them when on missions to such areas or when just visiting. She put a gash through her own headband even just for disguise purposes and for traveling through the waterfall village.
Personality: Seemingly wise and mature. She always thinks multiple steps ahead in her movements. She has an almost uncanny ability to read people's thoughts and actions through their eyes and body language.

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Doppelganger Technique)
Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Doppelganger), this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones (like with Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multiple Shadow Clone Technique). Kage Bunshin can't be detected by Byakugan. This is because the clones are real bodies with real chakra circulatory systems, identical to the user. The real one also cannot be detected by the Sharingan. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform Jutsu and real damage on their target, and can take some hits themselves, being even able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)

Chinnyuu Gyuujiru (Forced Control)

Description of Jutsu: The user creates thin chakra threads from their middle fingers. They then attempted to hit as many Chakra Holes as they can find and as fast as possible. The strikes are flat palmed but with the finger tips hitting the opponent. The user pushes and extends the chakra threads from their fingers into the opponent and can control it inside them.

Physical Description: A somewhat veloptuous woman but mostly due to athletics and staying constantly on the move (You'd swear she had ADD or something). She has a tanish skin due to the heat of the Suna sun and full lips. She has a nice stomach and cut arms. And a lovely tattoo of some sort of symbol on the small of her back.
Clothing: Her most noticible piece of clothing is the belt bra/shirt she wears. It has an oversized black band that covers the unmentionables well enough and she had her headband specially altered to fit atop the belt as a belt buckle. She wears no bra for her belt works as a bra and a shirt. Her pants are of an arabian making, pure white, to keep her legs cool and give her plenty of running capability and flexibilitiy. Her hands are covered in thick, black craftsmen gloves though at all times.
Background: Her's is probably a story best left unspoken to those who adore love. Her's is a tragic tale that has driveen her to the depths of insanity and back. As a young girl, she lived and played with her grandparents and a few of her cousins. They were all of a ninja family, a proud family of the Suna village. Long time members of the villages elite guard but there was always something very strange about the family. Star course, learned the secrets of her family and crafting at a young age although she was always thought ot be a very low class user of the abilities and almost innept at crafting. As she grew older, she poured her heart into the abilitie becoming almost on par with her Grandparents who were masters of creating some of the most beautiful puppets with some of the most deadly abilities. Her skills, however, were constantly put to the test as she had a bitter rivalry with an enemy ninja. She met this nin on one of her earlier missions to escort a messenger to one of the smaller villages. They all believed that things were smooth sailing as this was only marked a C rank mission. They were wrong and her entire team was wipped out when the messenger turned out to be under the control of enemy ninja. It was at this point that she was 'saved' by one of the enemies. They released her and ever since she has held a bitter grudge toward that nin for showing her mercy just because she was the only girl in the group they slaughtered. At that point, she became consumed with revenge and, as many emotions do, this revenge began to mutate to something...more. The more the two met, the more vicious their combats became, even getting to the point to where their ranking officers began to fear the two and the amount of destruction they'd cause. In the end, it became a game of cat and mouse although who was what is still unknown. They're meetings became more frequent as each took on missions they thought the other would be sure to take on and sometimes even ventured out simply in search of the other to do combat. The enemy's name was Lorin Kage, a powerful ninja from the unnamed village. It was a tale of the times, constant battle florishing into a twisted love. Each enjoying putting the other in pain so that they may secretly nurse them back to health in their own way. However...the fates ahve a way of twisting people, playing with them only to release them and laugh at the results. A silent night fell upon the village but this night was deft only to those who cared not for the Rialto family. That night, the screams of every member of the family could be heard. The family had been slaughtered by Kage's own team without his knowledge. They had taken Kage under a genjutsu spell and forced him to reveal all he knew about the family and their home and used this knowledge to destroy them. All that was left, was the girl they had left alive all those years ago. That girl...had become stronger...far moreso than before. And with this newfound strength and her rage fueling every cell in her body, she killed all that she saw, including her love. She was too blind to notice the Genjutsu over Kage and by the time she realized it, his body had drawn it's last breath. Such a peaceful, happy life drawn to such a tragic event...so very sad. But within all evil, their lies a bit of good. Using her absolute maxximum skill and working long into the night without rest, she crafted her first complete Crow doll in Kage's image and, using the families 'Confinement' jutsu, sealed his soul into the puppet so that he may live again, always by her side.
Personality: Obviously, if you read all that, you realize she's not a very sane individual. She doesn't go on killing sprees or anything but she is known to go into spats of random events for no odd reason. Manytimes the events result in massive destruction in or around the village. However, due to her eeriee personality, only the Kage and a few ANBU dare go near her to make her pay. She is free as the wind and does as she pleases to whatever and whoever she pleases.

Jutsu Name: Ningyou no Shiiru (Seal of Puppets)
Description of Jutsu: Much like the Tobidogu (Projectile Weapons), this jutsu is used to seal up items for easier carriage and storage. However, this jutsu varies from that one as it is meant only for the sealing and carrying of dolls. The user prepares a large scroll (like a summoning contract scroll) and puts the names of each doll being sealed within. Along with this, the user can opt to create an image of a Doll House upon the scroll for use in a later jutsu. Several puppets can be carried around at once with this scroll.

Description of Jutsu: This is a special process that involves one planting their chakra into the material being used to make the puppetl. If done correctly, this increases the strength of the overall puppet in terms of its ability to take damage. This cannot be applied to the weapons made for the puppet.

Jutsu Name: Ningyou no Himitsu : Soukou no Bodi (Secret of the Puppet: Body of Armor Technique)
Description of Jutsu: This is a special crafting technique that only the Rialto family fully perfected. By crafting a increasingly hallow center, the puppetter is able to use the puppet as a body armor. The puppet breaks apart at the puppetters command and applies itself to the user as a large suit of armor. The reason this is difficult to do is because the puppet has to be crafted with the puppetters safty in mind so the weapons do not harm the puppetter once they are inside the puppet.

Jutsu Name: Ningyou no Shinri Sen (Mind Games of the Dolls)
Description of Jutsu: This is a jutsu perfected for dual combat by the puppeeter and the puppet. Using a special tool placed inside the torso of the puppet, the puppeeteer is able to control the puppet without chakra strings. Instead, the user is able to inplant battle commands before hand and only needs to reapply the commands every so often. The tool used is also filled with chakra that is disbursed throughout the doll to give the doll mobility to perform it's tasks. This was created to prevent people from finding a puppeeteer in hiding via the chakra strings. More chakra must be supplied every 5 turns. [[or if puppet uses all chakra via jutsus first]]

Jutsu Name: Fuushigi Yugi no Jutsu [[The Mysterious Play]]
Description of Jutsu: The product of a twisted mind and way too many lonly nights. This is a jutsu that uses the 'Doll House' portrayed within the Ningyou no Shiiru Scroll and makes it a physical manifestation. The target is trapped within the house while all of the dolls and tools sealed within the scroll chase after the target with the entent to kill. While the house is an illusion, the puppets are not and real damage can be suffered from being caught in this jutsu. It is not a very pretty sight to see someone who comes to the 'Play'. It takes a high level of concentration and the user is usually left wide open while the 'Play' is conducted. Usually, they conduct the jutsu from the safty of a barrier jutsu or with allies around. The range of the jutsu is defined by 4 sealing tags placed in a square formation. Anyon that steps within that area is immediatly subjugated to the jutsu. The range of the tags is no more than 500 meters from each other.

Jutsu Name: Fuuinjutsu: seishin no shiiringu (Sealing Technique: Sealing of Souls)
Description of Jutsu: This is the families most prized jutsu. Using an innimate object already prepared with the proper sutras, the user takes their chakra and forces a link between the body of the target and the object being used. This can come in two forms;

Form1:
Temporary Sealment: The user creates a powerful seal using their own chakra. They push their chakra into an unconcious foe and force a chain to be made between them and the object. The Soul is carried along that link and implanted into the object. If the object is destroyed, the soul is forcibly dragged back into the body by the chain. Also, additional chakra is required to prolong the sealing.

Form2:
Confinement of Souls: This is the form that is most noticible for the family. The seal placed upon the soul is perminate and cannot be undone even if the user wanted to undo it. This seal is usually performed upon the freshly dead or those who are on the verge of death. The seal captures the soul as it is leaving the body and confines it to any object that the user so wishes. In the case of the family, it's usually the body of the puppets. Through this method, the family achieves a sense of immortality. Although, if the puppet is complelty destroyed in then the soul is lost forever, not even permitted to enter the after life. It is for this reason that puppets made using this method are usually not of the combat veriaty. Once a soul is placed within an object, the object takes on qualities of the soul, in th case of puppets, the puppet may even gain the ability to speak and move on its own, although limited. Puppeeters are still needed for complex movements beyond walking and basic gestures.

Just like a marionette, the user controls a puppet using strings of chakra from his fingers. This skill is often prepared in coordination with Kawarimi no Jutsu (Change of Body Technique), so the user can quickly replace their body with the puppet when they feel the need to activate it. Another useful quality of this skill is the fact that the puppet can take the form of another person, object, or, more commonly, the form of the user. Puppets are fitted with various hidden devices, most commonly extendable blades, various projectile launchers, and poison, both in gaseous form and liquid coating their weapons. This technique can also be adapted to control humans as if they were puppets, or another puppeteer's puppets.

Genjutsu-
Bunshin no Jutsu:
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Physical Description: A somewhat tall man with long, spicky black hair almost as dark as night. When alive, he was one of the strongest ninja in his clan, usually compared to Hanzo Hattori. His build was only slightly muscular which hid his true strength and combat ability. He has an odd trait of his eye glowing when he gets angrey. Not much is known about the exact look of his body because he almost always wears a black cloak that covers everything.
Clothing: A black cloak that covers everything from the neck down. He also wears a pair of solid black shades that shows nothing except his eyes when they glow blood red. Underneith his cloak is solid black clothing, acording to Star.
Background: One of the strongest nin from a small village near the edge of the Land of Lightning. He grew up to become an important member of the clan and even got assignments specially sent to him from the actually Hidden Village of Lightning. He met Star shortly after becoming a Genin and the rest is history. He was sadly brought to an untimely death by his lover in a rage at the thought that he had killed her family. He now resides with her as her caretaker and watcher...and puppet.
Personality: Usually very cold and would rather kill you rather than look at you. Has a really soft spot for kids and tends to love taking care of them. He can be very respectful or very hateful, depending on his mood.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.

Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja stares down their opponent, causing them to become completely frozen in their tracks. Perfect for escaping a dire situation, or for stalling a target in an assassination, or for creating an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.

Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Camouflage Technique)

Ranshinsho (Important Body Points Disturbance)
By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, the user is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.

Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind)
A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended target ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Physical Description: Keiko has a slim yet slightly muscular build, with typical Asian features. Whenever she is angered or loses control of herself, black flame-like marks begin spreading from her right shoulder, where a cursed seal shaped like a three-peaked tongue of fire can be seen.

Clothing: Keiko prefers dark-colored clothing, which makes her look paler than she already is. Her usual outfit consists of a shortened kimono - the hem reaches only to her upper thigh - and black leggings. She wears dark gray or black knee-high boots with side closure buckles.

Background: Keiko was the first child born into her clan after forty years or so; her grandfather's siblings had been unable to bear children, hence the clan's hopes for an heir to continue the bloodline fell to Kei's father and his two younger brothers. When it was learned that Takeo's wife, Yumi, was pregnant, it was no secret that Takeo - then the clan head after his father - wished for a son. Yes, he was happy when Keiko was born - for the clan wouldn't die out with him and his brothers - but he still could not hide his disappointment at not having a son. This was assuaged three years later by the birth of Yuuhi, Keiko's younger brother.

Throughout her childhood, Keiko noticed that her father preferred her brother to her, and so sought solace and advice not in her parents, but with her two uncles. Katoshi, the second child after Takeo, was especially supportive of his niece, agreeing to train her personally. Soon, her hard work paid off; she became a genin at 8 years old, chuunin at 10. Because of her skill, she was also recruited into the ANBU. As she went on more and more missions, she was forced to quickly master the clan's bloodline limit, which she did, eventually; at fourteen years of age, Keiko was the youngest in her clan at that time to access all three levels of the kekkei genkai

A year later while she was on a mission, fifteen-year-old Keiko was ambushed - indeed a rarity for her. When she woke up, she found herself in a strange, dark place, a stone building. On her way out, she met with resistance in the form of several masked men. She defeated them all, at the same time discovering a queer, flame-shaped mark on her right shoulder. Disregarding the mark, she quickly made her way back to Sunagakure. After traveling for two or three days, she finally reunited with her family - Hiyomura Takeo especially was overjoyed to see her.

At her father's behest, Keiko has resigned from the ANBU, but retaining the rank of jounin, and she has spent the past 2 years helping to train her younger brother for the Chuunin exams. When she takes missions, she makes sure that they require her to leave Sunagakure for only short periods of time, again under her father's orders.

Personality: Keiko is a rather serious sort, barely smiling or cracking a joke - unless she's with her younger brother; then she lightens up, but only just. She is slow to anger, though, but when she does get mad, watch out. She is also very formal, having had to deal with her father's disappointment and rather distant attitude towards her in the past.

Other: She doesn't remember where she got the flame-shaped mark nor where she'd been taken when she was ambushed. Though her parents have identified the mark as some sort of cursed seal, she deems the event unimportant, however, for it only activates when she's really mad. Her favorite foods are ramen, katsudon, and gyoza - all of which she can cook really well.

Ten no Honou (Heaven's Flame)
Another of the fire-based jutsu Katoshi taught to his niece. Activated using the hare, monkey, ox, dog, and rat seals. This causes fireballs to rain down from the sky. Useful both as a distraction to mask a tactical retreat and as an offensive technique.
CP cost: 30 cp
Damage: 10- chakra mod+int mod+2 for every 5 levels
Requirements: trained by either Hiyomura Katoshi or Hiyomura Keiko; fire affinity

Futa-bi Ken no Jutsu (Twin Flame Swords Technique)
This isn't really a clan jutsu because only two people have mastered it - it's creator, Hiyomura Katoshi, and Kei. The user infuses a katana, ninjato, or wazikashi with fire chakra, creating a flaming bladed weapon, and then makes a shadow clone of the sword - one held in each hand. It is A-ranked only because it takes a lot of training, concentration, and chakra in order for the sword clone to not disappear upon making contact with the target.
CP cost: 60 cp to activate + 8 cp per round to maintain the shadow clone sword.

Genjutsu-

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninjas know this technique.

Gensou no Mai (Dance of Illusion)
Activated using the bird, tiger, snake, and rat seals. The user uses a combination of mesmerizing flames and soothing breezes to lull the opponent into a half-conscious state, and then - using the dancing flames - creates an illusion of the opponent defeating the user. This fools them into relaxing, and then the user can follow up with Oujoute or some other technique.

Oujoute (Death Hands)
Activated using the tiger and snake seals. The usual follow-up to Gensou no Mai. After the target has relaxed - meaning the first genjutsu has taken effect - the user then changes the illusion into something more sinister, usually ending with hundreds of shadow hands reaching up to grab the target. More often than not, the target will be trapped in an illusion where most of the shadow hands will be strangling him/her.

Fushichou Rendan (Phoenix Combo)
Not a clan jutsu; first used by Hiyomura Keiko. A combo attack that consists of a right-handed strike to the upper torso, then a kick that sends the target flying. While the target is still in the air, the user goes airborne as well and follows up with a double roundhouse, a left hook, right knife-hand strike, and then another upper kick. The user then lands and waits for the target to fall; in the moment before the target collides with the ground, the user finishes off with a left side kick. If performed correctly, the path taken by both user and target form the outline of a phoenix taking flight.

Konjou Chakushu (Spirit Launch)
The third stage of the clan's bloodline limit. The user separates his/her soul from his/her body. Since upon separation the mind is also 'removed' from the body, the 'barriers' placed on the different aspects of the user's physical form are removed as well. This includes the time barrier on the user's healing abilities, allowing the body to repair itself almost instantly after injury. Because of the speed at which the healing occurs, it seems as though the user's body is impervious attacks.

Physical Description: His skin is very tan and usually has a sunburn on his neck and face. His overall appearance is dirty, mainly because he lives out near the desert, but also so that he can keep himself intimidating.
Clothing: He wears a white (as white as possible), wind-torn sleeveless shirt and black ragged shorts. The little necessities he has are either in his shorts' pockets or strapped to his belt.
Background: Mavi has grown up on the outskirts of the Sand Village, making it easier for his father to conduct business as a desert caravan leader. Mavi and his brother Yuza (age 12) are not experienced enough to go on the caravan with their father, but they always help out when the caravan gets ready to leave. The house sports many chores for Mavi to do, usually involving fixing those things damaged by the harsh winds near the desert. He has an older sister as well, Neda (though he refers to her as Ne-chan) who is 19 years old. She constantly stays with the caravan to protect it. Mavi's father always worries about his family (especially his wife) when he leaves for long periods of time, but now that Mavi has come of age, he has asked that Mavi continue his progress as a Genin so that he can learn to protect the household later on. Mavi loves training; it gets him away from household chores, and he likes the idea of becoming as strong as his sister, who he admires greatly.
Personality: Mavi knows how to work hard and how to work for long periods of time. He is always gracious towards rest and finds it almost undeserving if he has even an ounce of usable energy left. Because of this, he can usually be reckless and he doesn't have much self-control. But, that doesn't keep him from listening to others. When things get dangerous, Mavi gets serious.

Clothing:
Background: His parents raised him up until he was 3 years old in Kumogakure. His father was murdered by a rouge ninja, bent on killing him because of his influence. When his father died, his mother fled with him to Sunagakure no sato to escape the rouge ninja. She got there, the rouge ninja following her, and had just enough time to send her son to the Kazekage’s tower where she told the Kazekage what had happened, her knowing the Kazekage helped her get inside. She dropped him off and left, rouge ninja again following her. The rouge ninja traked her down and murdered her as well, she also had influence where she had fled from. Being on his own in Sunagakure, he was raised near where his mother left him. As he grew up, he befriended the youngest of the Hiyomura clan, Yuuhi. They became great friends and hang around each other most of the time.

he also wears a black mask (and in the top right stitched in white thread is the character tans or prodigy to commemorate the fact that he graduated at the top of his class at age eleven.) that goes from his neck to his nose (Kakashi style) which he takes off while indoors.

Background: Hikaru was born into a strong ninja clan called the Monterio, which is known for their puppetry jutsu. he was always the runt of the clan trying to follow in his cousin Jayden's footsteps. one day when Jayden moved into his own apartment young Hikaru realized that he should start training on his own too. so one day Hikaru packed up his gear and told his parents that he was going to go and train on his own for a bit until he was ready to enter the ninja academy. one night when he was training a mysterious man approached him, without warning the masked man pulled out a kunai and charged twords him.
Hikaru knew it was do or die so he instinctively grabbed his kunai and blocked the attack. laughing in satisfaction the masked man left Hikaru to his training and said only this you will make a great ninja one day . upon hearing this Hikaru went back to his training with one goal, to become the greatest ninja that his village and clan have ever seen before.
Personality: Hikaru is a strong minded youth that will chase his goals whole heartedly. he is always fighting to be the best and he gives all of his Senseis full respect.

This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are without substance, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Physical Description: Tsurugi wears a gray robe that goes down to his ankles. The back of the robe has a yinyang symbol. The sleeves cover his hands from view, and he doesn't usually use taijutsu. His main focus is medical jutsu, and he hopes to be able to show that he has worth in the village. His body is small, but flexible, and he has a decent tan from being out in the sun. His face has an average look, nothing really standing out except his bright blue eyes. He doesn't smile a lot, and he constantly keeps his hands hidden from view inside his robe sleeves. He doesn't talk to girls because he's just that shy, and always shys away from groups. He is shorter than some of the other kids, but he doesn't mind entirely. He is very friendly, and he constantly draws in his small black sketchbook. No one has actually seen what's inside of the notebook, so no one is even sure he draws inside of it.
Background: His father was a ninja who was a great jonin, in Tsurugi's eyes at least. His mother was a medic ninja who would explain how each plant was beneficial to a ninja mission. Then, one day, Tsurugi and his mother recieved word that his father had been killed. His mother had a mental breakdown and refused to allow Tsurugi to become a ninja. Secretly, Tsurugi would go out and practice with ninja tools, hoping to finally show his mother that he could be a great ninja, like his father. After some persuasion and arguing, his mother let him go to the academy. And that's where the story begins.
Other: Tsurugi doesn't like to speak because he's shy and very reserved about saying anything, even when it pertains to him. He also blushes profusely whenever a girl speaks to him, seeing as he isn't used to even being acknowledged by other people. He enjoys playing with a ring that his father left him, and not even his mother knows what secrets lie within it.

Seneijashu (Hidden Shadow Snake Hand)
Users of this technique project several snakes from their wrist as they make a punching motion towards their intended object. The snakes often bite and wrap around the given target, potentially inflicting multiple wounds and are even capable of poisoning the victim as well. This technique is possibly tied to a similar Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) that involves venomous snakes.

Shikomishindan (Prepared Needle Shot)

Sensatsu Suisho (A Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death)
This jutsu freezes water into the shape of sharp needles, which then home in on the opponent from all directions. To perform this Jutsu, the user must be near a body of water.
Cp cost: 10 +2 per needle.
Damage: 4 - 8 per needle.
Requeriments: Water Affinity. Must be close to a body of water.
Training days: 10 days.

Soshoryu (Twin Rising Dragons)
A possible variation on Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique), the user summons all manner of weaponry from two scrolls and directs it at the opponent from high above, possibly using chakra strings to guide the weapons to a targeted area.
Cp cost: 2 per weapon
Damage: weapon damage "must also make attack roll"

Yoraishin (God of Night Lightning)
An odd jutsu involving nails. The user throws nails into the air. Upon impact on the ground, they dig themselves into the earth. When the opponent walks over the ground where the nails dug themselves in, two nails stab out of the earth through the feet of the attacker, ensuring that they cannot move. Then the user performs the dragon seal, and hundreds of nails shoot out of the ground at the attacker.

Clothing: The first layer of clothing above his undergarments is a graysleeveless workout full body piece which absorbing sweat to keep him cool under the intense heat of the desert. Above that he wears a black jeans with a light blue long sleeved shirt. When traveling to places of colder temperatures or when it is cool outside he may also wear a sleeveless black vest.
Background: Though technically he is apart of the Monterio clan that does not mean that he is accepted in the midst of other clan members with open arms. In general respects he is an outcast among his own cousins for being the odd one out, the only child that has been born outside of the family. Even though his mother was a Monterio, he father was a man shrouded in shadow who came and left in a flash leaving his mother pregnant with a small boy. As a result of his conception due to a man outside of the family and even worse outside of wedlock, his fellow clan members usually look down upon him. He doesn’t show it much any more but tries his best not to further ‘soil’ the family name by showing any sign of weakness. Someday he hopes to show them that he can be just as good a ninja or even better one than them no matter what they may think of him and his mysterious father.
Personality: Though he may seem cherry on the outside he does not talk much about whats going on with himself but rather diverts the attention to others as very cautious person about showing any form of weakness. Thus he often seems confident and almost cocky, but he does knows when he is outmatched. However he does not back down as his pride is his most prized possession, he would rather die than be known for begging or backing out of a fight.
