I''ve always wondered which would win, a full powered chidori or a full powered rasengan. Now, for those of you who would say "They already did that" I''m talkin about if both Naruto and Sasuke were at full power. When they did it they had both expended a lot of chakra. ((I think Naruto had expended more cause he was at his full power Kyuubi state longer than Sasuke was at Level 2 curse seal)) So please, PLEASE do not say that they already did it and just give me your opinions.

If you really mean fully powered. Then Rasengan owns all. I am talking about Naruto at full kyubi power.

They were even. But Naruto had 1 tail instead of 9....he would be overpowered if he had them all ...agreed?
