This is the hallowed hall of the Myousumi clan. This is where any Myousumi can find anything they need and meditating here restores all chakra. Also, if asked, the Mizukage can give to a Myousumi a scroll which transports the walls and paintings of any room to wherever the Myousumi is. All these paintings can be used in their jutsu. Locked in the back room is the Mizukage's private study and clan storeroom containing all of the Myousumi's history and secret jutsu.

Genkei sat in a corner of a room, scrolls sprawled out over his lap and numerous ink vials were laying empty around him. Several brushes littered the floor as stared at a piece of a scroll, it covered in different pictures of animals. Genkei sighed slowly and softly before inking a brush once more and beginning to perform brush strokes once more.

Gahou entered the Hall reverently, as he had been taught by his parents and the Elders of the Myousumi, bowing slightly to show respect to those who had created these masterpieces and to the masterpieces themselves. Genkei is here...Painting the day away as usual... If only we were able to do so, without the extra attatchments...I wonder if the archives hold our history before we used ink... I vaguely remember a tale... Of the other Clan that split from our predecessor... You mean that- No, not that ice-user one... one that held their medium within them as we do... WeI could ask Genki, ne? Gahou, his blindfold off as a sign of respect to the pure history in the Hall padded over to Genki. After hovering over his shoulder hesitantly for a moment, Gahou asked his cousin, "Good afternoon, Genki... Would you happen to know if the archives hold anything on a Clan who holds their medium within them, as we do? I have some notes from the Exams to compare..." Gahou held some of the notes that he had taken about the Aburame that he had faced in one hand; in the other he held a few more scrolls and brushes. On his belt was a pouch that held a number of jars, all filled with ink.

Genkei looked up from his scrolls with a slight tilt of his head towards Gahou, a listless look in his eyes. He thought for a long moment in silence before shrugging in a stoic like manner. "Medium inside them...Kidoumaru clan maybe? Define within." He commented while continuing brush strokes.

"Well, one of the resons we are so connected to our art is because we have ink running through our veins. The Aburame clan member that I observed at the chuunin Exams held insects inside of him. I am wondering if there are even more clans of which weI personally have not heard that hold their mediums, foci, or similar inside their bodies." The more logical half of Gahou's body smiles slightly at Genkei, while the other remains thoughtful, focused off in the distance, or approximately two feet in front of his face.

Genkei had an uninterested look on his face, but that was just the way he thought. He continued to make brush strokes, a giant black blob on the scroll starting to become a double figure, one person inside of another with the head of the older brother coming out of the back of the younger brother. "Souma no Kou brothers...one inside the other...." He thought for another moment, another black blob becoming a stick figure with tentacles coming from their body. "Ranzatsu clan...parasite they are born with."

"Hm... Thank you, Genkei, very much... I think this information will help me to contextualize my notes. If you think of any more... " Gahou grinned, something rare, with both sides of his face, "Don't hesitate to let me know." And he went off to his own corner to finish up his notes and begin on what he really wanted to get done assoon as posisble.

Genkei nodded. "I will, cousin Gahou." He said in a monotone before going back to painting.

Gahou filed his notes and unrolled two large rolls of paper, taking a few stones from his pockets and using them as paper weights to either side of his body. Submerging his minds in memory, both arms, hands, fingers grasping brushes moved, to outline feet in sandals, and up, up...

Genkei looked over at Gahou and blinked at him for a moment, seeing his actions were a bit peculiar to him. "What is it that you are doing, cousin Gahou?" He asked.

Genkei was ignored or possibly not heard as each side continued, only pausing to add more ink to each brush, simultaneously, from jars placed between the two large sheets. The lower halves of two different figures were slowly becoming more detailed, as Gahou moved both jars of ink forward, up to the top of the pages as he continued, adding belts and pouches to the waists of each figure.

Genkei shrugged as he did not receive a response. He continued to paint, several pages and scrolls piling around him, several animals painted as well as strings of kanji. He was also painting his moving cousin, starting from a massive blob and trailing down into a work of art.

Torsos and swords slowly made an appearance on each piece of paper, and the fluid motions that made each arm were made, right, then left, in synchrony. Gahou's hair spilled over each arm as it tried to evacuate his back to fall before him and in his way. Shoulders twitched, one at a time, and the hair was forced back, even as each motion of his brushes threatened to push the hair forward with the momentum of his entire body. The Myousumi painted on, his focus completely on his work.

Genkei continued to watch his cousin, spinning his brush and now using two to mimic Gahou's movements. The paper crinkled when then he had to unroll more parchment.

Then he stopped. Both sides and minds shifted over to the paper on the left, and resumed painting, this time outlining with the left hand and filling in details with the right, still moving an almost synchrony. A face wrapped in bandages to cover sharp filed teeth, hard eyes, sideways headband. A fierce delight in the fight and kill painted across the visible parts, hair standing on end. finish the arm and the handle of the sword, covered in different cloths. The ink would dry as he moved to the other. Gahou's body swung to the right, to draw eyes alien to the human form, to add gills to the cheeks, to sketch in a feral smile of jagged teeth. Gahou's hands darted to place scales on the sword in his hand, the hitai-ate in its place. The Myousumi's grin matched his subjects' on one side. On the other, it was blank, even as he capped the jars and cleaned his brushes.
