This is something that happened to me a few weeks ago. I was wondering if any of you have had a similar experience or know what the heck was happeing? I was on the edge of falling asleep, when I felt a hand coming over my mouth, but it was not a dream. I felt myself nearly floating, but I was not floating. I was still in my body. The hand over my mouth was trying to keep me from crying out, for I felt other hands touching me, mostly on my face, but some on my neck and shoulders and stomach. I realized what was happening and prayed to God, for I couldn’t speak. My eyes were locked shut, my mouth locked shut by the hand, and part of my heart locked shut. Whoever owned the hands was trying with all his might to keep me from calling out, and when I prayed, I prayed in fear, because I didn’t know what the hands were going to do with me. I couldn’t feel the hands after that, but still felt the floating feeling. I held on to that feeling and fell asleep.

I don't entirely know, but spiritual entities have touched me a lot before. (Nothing that... strong or slightly creepy... though.)
At times, my guides give me a backrub when I'm stressed, and, albeit weird-feeling, it helps physically as well.
My cat Anna almost always rides on my shoulder, and I can typically feel about the weight she was when she died on my shoulder, and she almost always sleeps by my legs, which feels as definite as when my live cats sleep next to me.
Other occasional things like that happen, but those are the most common occurrences to me.
I don't quite trust the feeling of someone holding me down and keeping you from crying out, but I think it's a similar incident, only a bit less well-meaning.

Has it happened again? No, it hasn't happened again... at least that i'm aware of. But the sad thing is that I haven't been able to go OB since then.

I held on to that feeling and fell asleep. well, i would suggest using some basic wards, i know this is gonna sound sacriligious, but heres what i know, some basic wards. they are the four directions of the compass. north south east and west, use it in kanji. then lay out a blessed, silver cross, and holy water under your pilow, and then you get a basic blessing over the house, after about three days, you remove the wards, and you have cleared out your spirit problem.

I find that if one walks from room to room, praying in the name of the Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit if you have any doubts) and uses holy water (believe it or not, you can bless this yourself, but you can just get it from the church) to kind of errr....spritz the walls, that all evil depart from the place and never return... one generally gets good results. You may need to repeat this several times. It doesn't work unless you believe in what you're doing and believe you have the authority to
do it. You can also use sage while you're doing to help. I learned that from indian folks, not sure if it's technically pagan or not but it works. In Oklahoma the lines are blurry on that anyway. (We had a smoke bowl blessing done on the alter before Oklahoma new bishop was consecrated in September. Pretty cool) I also have a cross hanging in every room but the bathroom. The bathroom being left out is accidental, really. If you have any questions, you can always Pm me or even get my cell phone number from the people who have it. (That being pteriax and mahktesh) My aim name is maadhatter too.

wiccans use a different type of energy in their users. Since our religion takes a passive view on spiritual interaction with things other than god, the saints, and the angels, most christian energy manipulators are unable to affect the spirit realm as effectivaly as a wiccan, who has an active approach to that type of energy.
see, the energies dont care about religion, they just care about intent. the only christian energy manipulator who has that much of an effect is the pope himself.
see, this is a scientific explaination, christian psyons are quite different users from say, me, i keep an open mind about the energy and therefore, can manipulate any type of energy, but to a quite a limited degree of the masters of the energy. my energy usage is predominantly in the demonic depossion area so liquidity of usable energy is the biggest asset.
So, before you label me as a sinner and non beliver, understand that i am a fully devote Roman Catholic. but i do use energy in a way that is quite unlike that of Catholic Energy users, simply because i understand the variations of energies.
if you want i can do a whole explaination of the various wavelengths of energy in the Paranormal/Paraphysical field, but tis rather boring and long winded, if i do say so myself.
suffice it to say that i use all walks of life openly for my energy manipulation

hmm. you know something interesting? i dont personally know any angels, you know why? because angels are souls, not spirits, no angel can make connection with anyone on our realm because they are souls, they exist in the world of heaven/hell the after life.
Now, interacting with the spirits of said angels is possible, but never the angel themselves. wanna know why? because if that was so, then humans would be able to break the barrier and walk into heaven/hell without dying.
Also, did you even read my explaination about the energies? eh? no? well then, that makes you an uninformed moron, because you dont have an open mind!
You have to be open to the idea that not all energy is available to you, and that other people can use other energies better than you. get it? i fully admit i cannot use psyonic powers, its too different a type of energy. i use energy that is molded by words, sigils, and items, you use energy that is molded simply out of your ability to flow with the energy, i must draw on energy and then use it, you have it in you naturally, thats why Psyons are unable to match Magick users in their energy exploits. i can use power beyond you, but cannot use your types of skills. Get it?

This is your first and only warning. As far as being in contact with the angels of Almighty God, if you have a problem with that, I suggest you pm me or yell at Him about it, because since I was 12 years old I have been in communication with my guardian angels and several others whether I like it or not. I don't have much of a choice in the matter, and the one time I asked to be left alone, (and got it), I became so lonely I begged to have the gift back again. I love them even when I don't like them or think I want to be normal. If no one can make contact with angels, how did Gabriel speak to Mary? Who wrestled with Jacob? Who released the apostles from prison in the Book of Acts? As for whether they are spirits or souls, I don't know. I know they are not humans, the deceased spirits of humans, and that they are an entirely different creature of God altogether from humans. I don't know what your source of information is, but you need to calm down, get control of yourself, and realize that you are talking to the owner of this guild. I still haven't gotten a straight answer from you in the introduction thread, and I want it immediately. I don't know how old you are or how experienced you are, or anything about you other than you make assumptions about me and angelics that you don't need to make. God is present in all faiths, but I do believe that his most perfect revelation of himself is in Jesus of Nazareth. I believe that Christianity is as close to the Truth as we can come on earth. I know from experience that most Wiccans aren't wiccans proper, i.e. Gardner's wiccans, and that while they are often very sweet people, they don't have a lot of spiritual power just because they like to grow fresh herbs in the backyard and pray to the mother goddess. It depends on the wiccan, and the natural (yes, I said natural) gifts that God has given that person. Every once in a while, you even find one that gets what little power they have from a minor demon, and it's always better to rely on the power of the One True God in these things. He responds better when you call Him by Name. As for archangels being the gods of other religions, the gods, while they do exist are still creatures of God, and are not to be worshiped any longer. The archangels are not gods. The gods are something entirely different and our early pagan gods were prototypes of a reality, lower in rank than archangels, and the real ones are still serving God the Father in realms of light. We know the Truth now, and we are not to dabble, even by proxy, in idolatry. Once again, you have broken my rules. You have been warned. Do not do it any longer.
