It was on top of a small hill in the pridelands that a leopardess perched, licking a few minor ounds from the thorn bushes she'd been into the prior day. She made sure to be in a quick dash away from a rather tall tree. She was away from prides rock, deeper into the savannah. She haden't tended to the wounds earlier because it was too late, she could barely even see her wounds, and sense the blood was liquid, its scent spreaded even where it didn't sting.

These weren't any danger, though. Mere anoying scrapes, they woulden't leave scars, or bother her movements, all they worked for was stinging. She snorts, tilting her head slightly to the right to lok down at something. "Won't you ever go away, or shall I have to chase you off? "

At the bottom of that same hill, rolling from side to side was a dark colored maned wolf, tail waging furiously while scaring away itches on his back, already having tended to his wounds, wich were less. "Aww don't be like thaat! You helped me, I'll wait to help you, paying off. " Fumbi grins, rolling onto his belly. "Aren't you gonna hunt or anything? I can help, how bout that? "

All she does is roll her eyes. "I doubt you could even help. " How could it? Rolling around in the grass proved nothing.

Days, weeks and months passed by in a blurr for the lioness. As a wanderer and outcast of the prides she had been left to fend for herself and thus she had failed to take note of the passing days as they were of little importance to her. She had no cubs to raise, no males to tend to and she only needed to hunt for one - so why bother?

She gave a little snort and lowered her muzzle to the dry grasses before her ears perked and her green eyes flicked upwards. The scent was pungent and stung her nose, it was that of blood and thus her hair bristled and her nostrils flared, the instinctive hunter awakening within her.

"Well, well, well." She mused as she stalked silently through the grass, following the scent to whereever it might have led.

(( Aww. ;; Ok, but we need some more Karama and Tatu sometime! <3 *dies* ))

From her spot, Karama can see quite a bit, and she constantly stops licking her wounds to take a look around, vulnerable this way, you're never too carefull. She would have settled to clean herself on a tree, but then she'd barely be able to move. But she'd been doing this for a while, and had finally finished. Not aware of the lioness, she climbs up the tree she had picked to stay near, to see if there was any possible prey around. But now she does get away, even higher, she sees a dark color stalking through the grass, and digs claws into the branch, great. Probably a lion or something, its rather big.

Fumbi seems rather relaxed though, and moves to the top of the hil when Karama leaves it, tail wagging contently while he looked around, nose to the air. But the female wasupwind, and he coulden't scent her. He knew where Karama was, but from the leopardess perch, she didn't look too.. happy? Of course she wasen't, but... He had this feeling.

.[ paramekia ].
Her emerald eyes clapped upon the wolf and although he didn't smell of the blood she had detected her eyes narrowed, the hair upon her neck prickling further as she came to a halt and lowered herself down into the grass further so that her dark form might be hidden within the long grasses - in all honesty she was entirely unaware of the leopard though nor of her vantage point.

Still, there was a part of her that wasn't hungry and she failed to see any purpose for killing prey that would only go to the hyenas...Maybe if she just frightened it? A cruel smile appeared on her feline lips at this and bunching up the muscles in her hint legs she took a breath and lunged out of the long grasses towards the dog, her ebony fur a mere streak against the golden savannah.

Aha, right. Karama does grin though, when the lioness goestowards the anoying wolf, lying down on the branch, tail curling around it.

And ar tilts to hear the movement of grass, and paws pressing against the ground. The only reason that the dog had time to dodge the lioness, was because he was up a hill, giving him more time to move away. But as she passed him, he returned to his spot, tail wagging playfully. "G'day there! " He barks, bending down in a puppy like manner so that his rump is in the air, did she want to play?

.[ paramekia ].
What?!

The feline slammed to a halt, her hindlegs tensing as she skidded across the sandy soils and swung round to eye the dog with surprising agility. It seemed that due to being a wanderer she was both agile and flexible - well she didn't have an entire pride of lions to get her out of sticky situations now did she? Not even one male... She snorted at his.

"What are you doing?" She growled, her nostrils flaring and ears twitching as she caught her breath with sufficient ease and shook her head to hide the disbelief. Now why was it that the mutt hadn't run away? Maybe she should just smack him with her paw or something?

wooga Paes
He grins, but remaind in his position so the eye level was a little better. "Aren't ya playing? A game's not a game if no one plays along. " He sais this trying to sound wise, but seems more like he's about to burst into laughter.

Oh this attitude would get him killed one day.

"I've tried, its useless. " Karama calls out to the lioness, wich was now rather close to her tree. Lions coulden't climb, maybe cubs, but this was a full grown lioness. Perhaps she could reach up the tree, but Karama was way too high, not to mention blending in withing its foiladge.

.[ paramekia ].
Her brow furrowed and it was only with a disgruntled snort that she turned her gaze towards the tree and shook her head, well if she couldn't scare the damn thing she would just kill it, or ignore it - she'd just keep the stupid mutt in mind for when she was in search of her next meal if it was entirely necessary.

"I do not play games, mutt." She replied in a snide tone, her muzzle creasing so that she was able to reveal the pearly white teeth beneath. Perhaps the sight of the sharpened canines would be enough to petrify the brat...or not, he wasn't exactly clever now was he?

wooga Paes
"Aww, but playing is so fuun! Helps time pass. " He gives a stupid grin, before standing up again, in case she were to try to chase him again, he woulden't allow it!

"Nice teeth ya got there, wacha do to keep them that white? " Sense canines coulden't exactly.. brush their teeth, Fumbi's teeth where rather dirty, and he always wondered what these felines did to keep them clean. His had a yellowy color to them, as if he'd just bathed them in mud.

Damn this creature was stupid. Didn't it know when it could be killed? Karama dosen't do the least effort to help though, but maybe she would, if the lioness were to try; no matter how much she hates something, she really knows how it is to be picked on by something much bigger and stronger, like hyenas, or even her mother, sense she'd been youngat the time. It might be smart enough to figh back if it were really threatened, though.

.[ paramekia ].
"Well, let me think..." Her voice was husky and full of threat as she stalked towards the dog, her footsteps silence and head lowered slightly as she seemed to size him up for challenge as well as potential as a decent meat source should she lose her temper - if all else failed she could feed him to the hyenas.

"I eat quite a lot of meat, crush the bones within my teeth." She seemed to muse thoughtfully and then released a cruel chuckle as she circled the creature, her tail tickling briefly at his nose, "Oh yes, and of course scratching them upon the bristles of slaughtered dogs always proves useful in removing additional stains." She cooed.

wooga Paes
The maned wolf dosen't seem too bothered at this at all, only waching her carefully by tilting his head. "Sounds interestin', maybe I should try it sometime. " He nods, but mentally disconsidering the slaughtering dogs part, he could just use his own. But this talk was making him hungry, Fumbi haden't eated in a while, and looked very bony. His ribs stuck out, and his spine almost shows, if not for the skin that hangs nder it, he should go find something, soon. He'd just been saved from the worst, but he still needed desperatly food, and that just started to hit him.

Her tail flicks, ears pinned forward towards the two, she's tempted to move down, but dosen't. This is a lioness, there's nothing she can do, maybe delay her for the dog to run, but it woulden't. It'd think its some wrestling game, obviously.

.[ paramekia ].
"Maybe you should." Ti confirmed as she wrinkled her nose in distaste and turned her head away from the grotesque breath of the dog who evidently cared little for hygiene - it was only when she looked at him more closely that she became aware of how sickeningly thin he was and couldn't help but wonder if this was due to how 'submissive' he was, perhaps he was incapable of battling his way to the kill?

"How long has it been since she last ate?" She enquired abruptly, her tone somewhat severe as the bristled fur on her neck lowered. Now that she had taken the time to consider it, it seemed she had the upper hand in this one.

Today, she would be diplomatic.

wooga Paes
"Quite 'whil, was lost in these caves for some time. Where only a few very small meece to eat there. " He nods, before lowering his head to make his way half down the hill. "I should go find something, shouln' I? " He sighs, ears pinning back. Maybe he shoulden't play, he needed to eat even more than anything. He didn't like leaving like this, but then, he started to walk. "Guess, I should go 'en, so bye. " He sais this as if he regretted it, it pained him to just leave like that, but as he said that he started to trot, slowly gaining speed to star a sprint.

Even before the maned wolf had sais goodbye, Karama had already been making her way off, but she didn't spare energy and ran as fast as she could, the two seemed distracted enough with eachother, and she should go find Tatu, see how he's doin', she'd probablycatch him something like a rabbit on the way, sense he coulden't even hunt for himself.
