This is meant in the utmost respect, please don't take it the wrong way. Your guild says that men and women should have equal respect, and yet only one member of the crew is female. I would like to request that that there be at least one more female crew member so that the women have a little more representation in the descisions here.

I think he just picked who ever helped out with the creation and is the most qualified, regardless of gender. Let's not make this a gender issue. I'm sure that as the guild grows and we get more mods, there will be a balanced amount of males and females.

All I said was that I feel women should have.. more ay in what goes on, ya know? Kind of like.. we should have a guild banner from a woman's point of view as well. I mean, most women aren't going to " Pledge to offer help to damsels in distress" if you know what I mean. That's traditionally a term for guys. But we could pledge to always try to be the best, nicest, and most sincere we can be, therefore earning the respect these men pledge to offer.

Damsels in distress. sweatdrop

SassyKiaraChristian Damsels in distress. sweatdrop Ok the public explanation of damsels in distress, since i have received a couple pm's about it as well... this is my personal dedication to my friend. the only reason it is in there is to remind me in particular about one of my best friends who is without a doubt in "distress" and needs a guy in her life to be chivalrous more than anyone else i know. she is always stuck with abusive guys who make her feel like crap and don't care about her at all but due to the fact that no one in her home says they love her, and mr abusive pants does, she cant bring herself to leave him because she feels completely abandonned. the most recent guy, joey, cheated on her at least 3 times that she knows of, once being when he had sex with someone else on her birthday. she saw them doing it and he denied it right to her face and started yelling at her for not trusting him. i dont care if you like the fact that it says damsels in distress but like it or not they are out there and they need a guy who will treat them like a human being more than probably anyone else does. i have it in there to remind me of brittany and that i need to be there for her whenever she needs a hand.

Look at it this way though. He probably only chose certain members based on their statis so far. I am the owner of a guild myself. He had to include his co-creators. He probably chose his mods based on experience of being in that position. Also, he really should not make anyone else a mod until the guild grows. Look at A Place For All. I have 15 mods in there for almost 500 people. You have to add mods as you go. I won't have to worry about it for some time.
I would suggest that you do add females first though. Seeing as how this is a place for the women so to speak. Just be careful on who you choose. Make sure they are someone who is willing to be their for the women of the guild. Try appointing certain mods with certain positions. I have mods for each religion, regardless of gender, or any other thing. Maybe have a mod for the women, and a mod for the men. Their main objective would be to help those of their gender. In the Christian religion it says to have the women teach the young women, and the men teach the young men. Try something like that is my suggestion.

You know what guys? Forget it. I'm sorry I shared my opinion, let's just drop it now. Okay? I didn't mean anything by it. So let's leave it alone now. I was just trying to put my input, I won't do tha in the future if this is going to become a regular outcome.

I agree, I was just putting out there what can happen. If you have too many mods it can get crazy. That is all I ment by what I said.
