Psyche examined their surroundings as they came closer to the home area of the Celestial Pack. Her wounds and Mizer's had long-since healed on their way back, though it had seemed to take forever really. She had never been injured that badly in a fight before, but she supposed that she deserved a good beating after winning for so long.
This place though... it was so much different than her own home. The den and tall oaks surrounded by rocks... and the smell of death. This just felt so much more alive. And it reflected on her as she watched everything that they came close to. All of it was so... unfarmiliar. She had never traveled before. Everything was different.
And the change suited her. Everything about her just seemed... happier really. So much more facinated with the world around her than she had been before.

Mizer had expected Trent to pop out as they closed in on the celestial packs territory. Though to his surprise, Trents scent was not close. He was glad. Even though his brother was never mean to him in any way and always willing to help he could not help but feel resentment towards him for some reason. The energy of the great twisted oak radiated good vibes that put his mind at ease as he neared next to Psyche. He smiled at her as they walked, she was so beautiful in the sunlight. Her dark fur was glowing almost.
"This is where I grew up," He said it low enough so that only Psyche could hear. Well aware that their every move was being watched from above. Invisible eyes lurked everywhere. After all this pack was famous for its assassins and spies.

Psyche was aware that they were probably being watched. She could almost feel their eyes. She looked back at Mizer and smiled at him, his light fur a beautiful contrast to her darker strands. The oak which radiated a sense of spirituality that Psyche had never understood, or cared about much in truth. She had never really believed that anything could be so cruel. But when she was with Mizer... the happy feeling she had, which she had once thought lost forever, had returned. Maybe that counted for something.
"It's beautiful," Psyche said with a smile, "Different... from my home. It seems so much more alive. I can see how you would like it, growing up in a place like this. It's everything you could ever want..." Truth be told, she wasn't sure about that yet. In the back of her mind, the idea of joining a pack when she had lived alone for so long was a little terrifying. But she had Mizer. Everything would be alright as long as she and Mizer stayed together... though why she thought that, she wasn't entirely sure. Love?
That was what it was supposed to be... was that it? Yes, it would have to be.

The twisted roots were under paw now. Out stretching and weaving their way around every wake in its path. Mizers nails scrapped against the bark as he dragged his feet. He knew that Trent was close but could not see. Guessing he figured it was best to lurk for the time being then question his ware abouts for the past few days. In this pack such things were normally never demanded. After all you were allowed to leave and journey around to other places as long as you checked in every two months. Unless, of course, Trent had lent your uses to another pack for combat. Then you only returned after your mission was complete no matter how long that may take.
He hopped up a branch and then another til he was near the top of the tree. His den was pretty high up though not as high as Trents or the priestest or second in comand it was still a nice view. He motioned for Psyche to follow.
"Its high up," He called, "But the view is worth it when you get here." And he was right the view you could see the whole forest from the top. The great oak towarded over a great deel of the wood.

Psyche followed after him, leaping from branch to branch as she looked over the tree and it's varying branches. A curious thing indeed, wolves living in the air when she had lived in the ground for her entire life.
The view he had said? She had never really paid any mind to something so high up, but she believed Mizer. Besides, it was good excerize to go all the way to the top of the tree. She supposed that he would live right under his brother, since... Trent wasn't it? was the Alpha of the Celestial Pack.
She leapt up beside Mizer and turned to look at the view with him. The view of the Celestial Pack territory... the new breathtaking view of her home that left her stunned, "Oh my..." was all she could say as she looked out at the horizon, "Mizer it's so... this is beautiful..."

Mizer was quite pleased she liked it. It made him feel proud of his pack to live in something so beautiful though he would never say this. He would never want anyone to have the impression he was soft. He would tear their throat out if they ever made fun of him.
"Were pretty close to my brother but he never really sleeps in his den any how." He walked beside her rubbing along side her as he went lovingly before sitting down and taking in the breath taking view again. "It is always there when you wake up in the morning. Kind of gives you hope in the world." He sighed remembering his child hood how he loved waking up to this view. Though his den was in the alpha's den when he was younger. The view was the same.

Psyche smiled and rested her head on his soft shoulder, closing her eyes, "That doesn't sound so bad at all. It's much nicer than waking up in the dirt every morning, now that I think about it. This view... I've never seen anything like this, or a tree this big really. Or even wolves that live in trees up until now. It all makes my world seem like it was very... small. All the wolves who came to fight me, I never once thought about where they came from." Then she shook her head, "I'm sure that none of them were anything like this though."
She could do this, she finally realized. The world was big, but she could deal with it. She would get used to a new home, and a new place, with other wolves. Other wolves and Mizer. She supposed that she could ignore other wolves if nessesary. She had always been very good at not caring about other wolves. Especially since she could still only love one wolf, and that position had been filled.

Mizer was glad to have her resting on his shoulder. He layed his maw onto of her head. She was so warm. This was an odd sight to on looking wolves who had been watching from the shadows. Mizer was known to be cold and not let any wolf ,even females ,close to him. Psyche had something about her that Mizer liked. He had no idea why he felt so warm when she was near. He just did. Something that could not be explained. He was excited to begin living with her. They could always be together. Who knew, maybe even start a family.

Psyche ignored the watching eyes, not especially caring what anyone thought at that moment. If they wanted her to prove herself, she had no doubt that she could. She had nearly killed Mizer, and he was the second in command. Really, so far as she was concerned, that left only Trent as being more powerful than she was. If anyone cared to test the theory, it was their funeral. Mizer made her feel like she belonged somewhere. Like someone would miss her, if she were gone. That counted for something. More than something. That counted for everything now. She would do anything for Mizer, so long as he wanted her there.

Mizer watched as the sun started to set forgetting about watchful wolves eyes. He did not have any need for them any how. Birds flew past them, probably headed home to their nests. Racing the sky before it darkened completely and the bats made flight. It was a nice thing though.
"Tomorrow I'll show you around more but come over here." Mizer motioned for her to follow him into his den. It had some deer skins that he slept on and a small stash of dried meat he saved in case food got scarse. It was a good sized den that could room four or five full grown wolves. Being one of the only surviving members of the blood line, Trent had given him a spiffy den.

Psyche looked around, impressed, since as it was, she had never really been interested in making her own den look nice. Not after her family died. Now everything was different, "It's very comfortable in here," she mentioned, her voice impressed as she looked around.
Comfortable. Her home now. Where she would be staying. Mizer's home and hers. Under Trent. She wondered who he was... Mizer's brother. He didn't seem to like him much, but Trent had given him a very nice place to stay. But then, Psyche knew a thing or two about hating families and their bloodlines.

"This is yours now too." He was very please that she approved of his den. He wasnt sure if she would have liked it or not. He made his way over to the deer skin nest and layed down. "The deer skin feels nice, but I think I may have to get another one soon." He looked down at the one he was lying on now. It was a tad tattered.

Psyche smiled and lay down beside him, resting her head n his neck, breathing in both his scent, and the scent of her new home, "Home... yes, I think I like that. I like the deer skin too... it's much more comfortable than a dirt floor, or a wooden one. Maybe later, we should go and hunt for another one, you and I. I'm sure we would find something nice."

Mizer nodded in agreement. Indeed they would need another skin. Of course in the back of his mind he saw pups in their future. Strong pups all ready to go into battle with a good head on their shoulders.
"You know, would be nice if we had the pitter patter of little paws around the den," He was half joking half serious. "Tomorrow lets go get a deer then, or two." The whole pack could feast on a deer or two. Mizer and Psyche could claim the skin as their own. Would be a nice reward.
[want to start another rp with a deer hunt? xD]

Psyche blinked at the mention of pups, but then she smiled, "Yes... I would like that, I think. Both of those," to hunt with Mizer. To have pups with Mizer... there were only so many ways to enravel her new life. She was happier than she had been... even when she had lived with her family.
((That sounds good ^^ You wanna start or me?))
