Frosta decides that its time for her to leave the mountains for little while and she already told Kinguyakki that she needs to leave for little bit. The trail down the mountains slowly fades away as the snow gradually starts to melt as she nears the bottom of the mountain. Frosta hesistatly glances over her shoulder at her own home. She is not sure why she is having this problem right now, she usually make trek down to the forests at the base of the mountain to visit her friends or family members.
The mare knows that there is something exciting and challenging waiting for her in the forests so she picked up her pace as she trots into the forest after a hour of run from the mountain to the forest. Her icy blue eyes dances with excitement as she looks around at the familiar forest then she automatically sweeps her muzzle across the ground to grab some of the grass. She spent little while nibbling on grass or foliage here and there then she glances up when she senses that she is being watched. She jerks her head up as she nickers slightly. "Who's there?"

Lifting her head and realizing that she'd probably been heard, only to have her fears affirmed with the mares nickers of wariness. Sighing, the small dappled mare lifted her cream colored hooves and walked slowly into the open, mindful of moving to fast lest her heart lurch in her chest from the actions.
"S-sorry... I-I-I'm n-not used to s-strang... strangers in my woods... N-not that they be-belong to me or anything." Dappletail said quietly, her voice almost silent from her muzzle with as shy as she was. Certain that the other mare was angry at her for watching her so closely through the foliage, Dapple winced and closed her eyes, her whole body tightening up for the tongue lashing, or even kick, that might be coming.
And she couldn't say that she blamed the mare either if she did, as Dapple had been the rude one for not coming out and saying hello in the first place. It was all her fault. ninja

The elderly mare dances backward in a slight shock at the smaller mare when she spoke out and stepped out into the view. A pleasant smile appears on her muzzle as Frosta looks at the mare. "I am sorry if I intruded on your terrority, ma'am." She gently says as she feels suddenly sorry for the mare.
She could smell the sickness radiating from Dappletail and she hears another mare's stuttering and it made her sad. Frosta decides that she will try to make friends with the mare and make her feel comfortable. Her gentle icy blue eyes looks at another mare while she just stood there to show that she pose no threat to her or her terrority at all. "I do not come to harm anybody.. I just come to explore.. perhaps make friends.." She looks at Dappletail to make sure that she knows that she is telling truth. "I am Frosta.." She finally says as she smiles at the mare. "May I ask for your name?" She gently says.

Trying to tear her eyes away from the beautiful silvery maned mare before her, Dappletail blinked her icey eyes and smiled calmly and shyly, letting the smile slip over her small muzzle like a shadow across her heavily marked body.
"O-oh no... I'm sure... I'm sure that you m-mean no harm." Dappletail smiled quietly, unsure of how to act in the presence of another when she was so... shy. Would this Frosta find her annoying with how she spoke? or would she simply walk away eventually?
The prospect of a friend was inviting however, so Dapple chose to slide forward in her approach rather than back down. Maybe it would make her a little stronger too, she needed to prove to herself that she was strong enough for this after all.
"A-ah... It's a p-plea-pleasure to meet you Miss Frosta." she said in as strong a voice as her abnormally short body could muster. "My name's D-Dappletail. You can j-just call me Dapple." There was something calming about the mare before her that showed Dapple that she was safe.

Frosta could see that the mare is smaller than her, just little bigger than the filly and she wonders what caused her to stay that small. Her icy blue eyes travels all over Dappletail's body, admiring the markings the most so her eyes lingers on the markings on the female's side.
Her eyes snapped up toward Dappletail's eyes as she cranes her neck forward curiously. Now she is very curious about this mare and she purses her lips together when she hears Dappletail speak once again. She mentally frowns as she hears the stutter and she wonders if she have been abused in the past and caused her to stutter like this.
"The pleasure is mine, Dappletail." Frosta beams at the mare happily before she steps forward. "May I be so bold and inquire about your stuttering?" She looks at her with a geniune concern shining in her eyes.

"A-ah... It's just... I-I don't see many other S-soquili so... It sort of devel... developed." Dappletail blushed throughly at how stupid she must have sounded to this polite mare before her with her good language and pretty voice. Dapple knew hers wasn't that pretty and her stutter was distracting in itself, not to mention annoying. She'd dealt with it but it was sad that this other mare had to hear it when she had such good speaking skills.
Watching the other shyly, Dapple smiled with her eyes closed for a moment and then coughed a little, her chest seizing up and forcing her to freeze. Her blue eyes were cinched tightly for a long moment before opening back up with the same smile, as if nothing had ever happened. It was her normal way of things after all. It was just her heart, she lived with it.
"W-would you like an apple?" She offered out softly, she knew where all the best ones were, so it wasn't a stretch for her to go and find them. In fact she was really looking forward to sharing them.

Frosta chuckles softly as she moves closer to Dappletail with a smile on her face. "Its perfectly all right, Dappletail." Frosta gently says as she looks at the mare with a gentle smile on her face. "That stutter could be fixed, Dappletail. You just need to go out and interact with more soquilis." Her icy blue eyes flickers with concern and she reverted to her mother mode without realizing it.
Seeing Dappletail's body tighten up whlie she coughed made Frosta start forward in concern. "Dappletail? sweetie.. are you all right?" She murmurs gently as she closes in to Dappletail, knowing that there is something wrong with another mare. But She couldn't do anything if Dappletail don't invite the information and let her know whats wrong. "I would love an apple! Would you share some with me?" She eagerly says with a grin on her face while her eyes sparkles with motherly gentleness.

"I-I'm fine." Dappletail responded, her eyes smiling sadly as she slowly pushed herself to her creamy hooves. "It's jus-just something with my he-heart is all. I've lived with i-it for my who-whole life."
Lifting her nose she smiled softly and started to trot past Frosta, her eyes shimmering in amuzement at how the other semeed to p***k up at the thought of apples. Dapple of course knew this place that had dozense upon dozens of them, so she had no problem getting to them, therefore they probably weren't as special to her as peaches and pears could be. She really liked peaches, she'd gotten some from that little human Banhi a while ago, but that had been when she was a filly, now she had no way of getting any.
"I h-hope that this st-stuttering goes aw-away somed-day. It annoys p-people. I can tell." she sounded sad as she flicked her tail to beckon Frosta into following her where she went.
Suddenly it appeared as if Dappletail's body dissapeared into the shadows of the forest, her whorled and striped and spotted body seemed to heave and flow with every step that she took, matching the movements of the leaves in the high trees above. This was how she survived, by masking where she was; the only way to see her was the blonde mane and tail that stood stark against the forest's darkness.

Frosta watches Dappletail as the smaller mare trotted by her with an easy grace and she smiles lightly but there is some concern in her eyes. She knows that the mare she is talking to is ill with some kind of illness that is related to heart. She waited until the mare indicated that its fine for her to follow the mare.
The elderly mare follows the mare quietly. "I can help you with that stuttering problem if you want me to. It might annoy some people but it doesn't annoy me at all." She reassures the mare then she suddenly stops when Dappletail disappears into the shadows of the forest. She could see the blond mane and tail and decides to follow it because it have the similar scent to Dappletail. Frosta follows Dappletail but at the distance because she doesn't want to expose Dappletail to the danger since she is dark blue but is still very visible in the forest shadows.

Glancing back over her shoulder every once in a while, Dapple lead the way into a clearing and stood at the edge, pointing at the large apple trees a few paces away with her nose. The forest made her feel more comfortable, so she'd decided simply to stay where she was until Frosta got her apples and came back. It wasn't that far a distance after all she was sure the mare wouldn't take it as an insult, at least she HOPED that she wouldnt take it as an insult.
"C-ca-can you?" Dappletail's heart leapt into her throat at this with a painful twang through her body. She'd never heard of anyone that wanted to help her with it. Normally they simply wanted her to stop talking, sufficing that the act of not talking would fix it... at least for them. It would probably never be fixed for her, just as her heart would never be healed and her size would never increase, but Dapple at least welcomed the idea that it could.

Frosta would shoot Dappletail a reassuring smile everytime her eyes meets Dappletail's. Her heart went out to the smaller female and when she reaches to a lovely clearance with so many apple trees spreading as far as her eyes could see. Trying her best not to dance in joy as Frosta turns her head toward Dappletail with a huge smile on her face. "Don't be shy, sweetheart.. join me.. I would be very honored if you could join me for this lovely meal." She happily says, obviously didn't take it as an insult.. she just assumed that Dappletail is still shy.
Frosta flashes Dappletail a big smile as she moves toward the nearest apple tree then she yanked one off after she reared up. She moves toward Dappletail and drops the apple on the ground in front of her. "Of course.. the stuttering problem can go away with practice and help of a friend and time." She nudges the apple forward with her front hoof. "All you have to do is ask for those things, and I will help you get them." She looks at Dappletail with a gentle look on her face.
