Requirements and Classes//

ABCs, and 1-10 -- Sheets can be found in Kat's Classroom. The RP is considered done, but you can also request RPs if you'd like them. However they're not required. Simply color the several sheets and post them in your journal somewhere, color isn't good since it's a child's so you can do whatever you want with it.

Special Skill -- Classes for special skills are set up based on the animal DNA your child has, classes can be done in groups or solo, depending on the teacher's choice. (or if you specify a solo class) In these classes you'll learn how to master the skills ingrained in your DNA.

Egg Facts -- A very simple RP held in the incubation facility, make sure to check the title for when new groups are announced and join in for yours. If you miss yours you can come in on a later group. The dragon teacher will host these meetings.

Vaccinations -- Your normal shots for things like chicken pox, mumps, ect and extra things that the DNA may be susceptible to like rabies. These are important for obvious reasons, and consist of one quick trip to D-corp to receive them. D-corp offers these services for free.

Dragon informational class -- Somewhat of an orientation class hosted by a dragon teacher. You and your dragon will go in solo, or in a group if there is a child with the same sort of dragon, and the dragon teacher will go over the specifics of their species. The dos and don'ts, and other important information.

Required for Preteen

Melee -- Melee classes teach various forms of fighting, often suited to the child learning. A small framed child might want to learn something with weapons, or a style that utilizes their small stature. Whereas a large buff child might do better with hand to hand. These classes can be taught in groups or solo. Upon reaching teenager, a student will decide whether they're better suited for melee or magic.

Magic -- Much like the melee classes, magic classes teach various forms of magic. From defensive, to offensive, elemental, levitation, you name it. These classes can be taught in groups or solo. Upon reaching teenager, a student will decide whether they're better suited for melee or magic.

How to fill requirements//

Keep a record of what classes you've completed, what RPs you've done, they will be linked later when your growth slot is approved.

When you get a slot, send in one of these lists with all the links to the requirements. This way I can double check them and make sure you're not accidentally missing anything.

Once I've found that everything is good to go, I'll go to your log and post a form for growth. I'll also send you a PM in return letting you know I've done this.

Return the form via PM back to me, and then thats it.

Simple steps//

Mini-reqs and Voids//

Mini-reqs:
A new feature to D-corp! Mini-reqs! Perhaps you don't like a certain teacher, maybe you don't feel like RPing that subject... or you're just running short on time. Well never fear, mini-reqs are here!

What are they? They're miniature versions of the normal requirements! Instead of attending a whole skill class your child finds it some other way. Whatever the case, this is a lot less work. Though it comes at a price.. a small fee will be required with each of the minireqs and you'll still have to do something, but you can see more of that below. :3

Also this does not include journal posts, time requirements, and play dates. And some dragon related things can not be reduced. If its not on the list then you can't exempt it.

Toddler:
Knowledge of ABCs + Knowledge of 1-10:
To exempt this it's a fee of 15k and a single journal entry (RP version) involving your child learning the ABCs. They can be coloring them too if you want, but this way you don't have to scribble in paint or something. XD

Child:
1 special skill relating to their DNA:
To exempt this it's a fee of 30k, and a single (RP version) journal entry involving them learning a special skill some other way. Whether they fell off the roof and learned they could fly, or found out they could breath underwater using the bathtub.. I don't care.
ICly D-corp uses this class to keep tabs on the children, so when your parent calls to cancel the class saying they just learned something and didn't need to go D-corp will ask for a full out report of the event. Send a PM to D-corp as a "report"

1 egg visit:
To exempt this it's a fee of 30k and a single journal entry (RP or POV, your choice) on what happened when they went to see their egg. Also, PM the mule with any questions they would have asked the rando-tech that saw them through so that I can answere them ICly. :3

Vaccinations:
To exempt this it's a fee of 25k and a single journal entry (RP version) of getting their shots from either a random tech, or a Doctor outside D-corp. If it's outside D-corp they'll ask for medical reports to be passed to them.

Preteen:
Another special skill relating to their DNA:
Same as Child-exempt

Pass 3 melee tests:
Note: These will be exempted one at a time! To get all 3 you must do this 3 times.
To exempt this it's a fee of 30k and 2 journal entries (RP style) showing how the child learned a fighting skill and then proceeded to progress with it. Like most others D-corp will ask for a report of what's happening when you call to cancel the class.

Pass 3 magic tests:
Note: These will be exempted one at a time! To get all 3 you must do this 3 times.
To exempt this it's a fee of 30k and 2 journal entries (RP style) showing how the child learned a magic skill and then proceeded to progress with it. Like most others D-corp will ask for a report of what's happening when you call to cancel the class.

Teen:
Pass 3 advanced melee tests /or/ Pass 3 advanced Magic tests (depending on which they want to specify in)
Note:You may only exempt one of these, the rest must be RPed.
To exempt this it's a fee of 35k and 4 journal entries (RP style) showing how the child managed to learn something advanced. (You could like.. stick them on a mountain for rigorous water-fall bear fighting training or something XD be creative.) Again, D-corp will require a report. Though this time the teen will likely give it and probably to their teacher.

Pass 3 History tests
Note: These will be exempted one at a time! To get all 3 you must do this 3 times.
To exempt this its a fee of 15k, and 1 journal RP of a trip to a particular dragon related museum exhibit(You can make this up), and the child must ICly write a short paper on what they learned.

Pass 3 Biology tests
Note: These will be exempted one at a time! To get all 3 you must do this 3 times.
To exempt this its a fee of 20k, and 1 journal RP involving how they learned one of these three subjects (Note: You can't repeat a subject if you're exempting more than once, or if you've taken one of these subjects from a class. Choose something new.) 1-Sex Ed, 2-Their animal DNA's internal structures and systems, 3-The human internal structures and systems. (Note: 2 & 3, the whoooole thing, and not just some specifics like you'd get in the actual class)

Young Adult:

Participate in 3 battle events

Disregarding RP requirements:
Yep. I do offer this, originally it was only with customs but now theres a new set of rules for it.

So, when you're buying your custom(Through bribe) You can ask for this and it'll up the price by 300k.

If you've already bought yours, and want to come back to do this the prices are a bit different.
If your kid was originally a bribe then it's a 500k charge.
If your kid was got through auction its a 600k charge.
Anything else is 800k

Also, i reserve the right to deny you if i see that it'll mess up a plot.

Types of Growth Slots//

Type 1: You're ready to grow!
You've completed your requirements, and haven't tried to get a slot on the previous opening.

Type 2: You've tried to get a growth on the last opening!
You've tried last time, or the last two times... or the last three times... And you just haven't gotten it. Well here's a small boost for you!

Type 3: You've tried to get a growth the last 5 openings in a row...!
You have the slowest connection and the worst luck. :< This is your pity reward. <3

How to get a Growth slot//

Claiming a slot:

Slots will be opened periodically, with or without warning, depending on my inspiration and free time. So you just have to keep a watch on the main thread, because I will post ahead of time saying "Okay I think I'll open them tonight" or "This weekend" etc etc.

If you don't get it, don't worry! I'll probably open them as soon as I finish those I already got, which is basically what was already happening, you just have a bit of extra time to pay attention. Plus you get into slot 2 for next time.

When slots do open, it'll be just like a flatsale. I'll post in here a big GO, and you'll jump in and post that you'd like one and who for. (see the form below)

Then, once I confirm who got the slots, you'll PM the mule as stated in the earlier posts.

So, easy steps:

1. Figure out which set of slots you'll go for, 1 or 2.
2. Watch the main thread for tips on when they open.
3. Get over to this thread when they do open.
4. Wait for the big "GO" post.
5. Once the "GO" post is seen, post the form. (found below)
6. Wait for confirmation, then go about the steps seen above.
