Walking into the Centre hand in hand with Pueblo, they gracefully crossed over to retrieve the note where Aly had replied on. Fixing her glases, her eyes ran over the parchment and looked down with a small frown. "Doesn't look like you'll get to have much experience with organic clay until you're older, Abby," she stopped as she noticed someone pacing around the room.
"Tsuaki!" Pueblo suddenly pipped up depsite the dissapointing news. She quickly forgot about the clay and tugged on her mother's hand to go play with the gryphon. Her feathery wings flopped behind her body as the little girl happily slid across the room- it was okay, she knew them. But as soon as she saw a new creature, she stopped dead in her tracks, unsure. Ears drooping, she stood there uncomfortably, playing with her hands.
Fae, walking over to place her hands on Pueblo's shoulders but only to be captured by her little girl's hands, grinned at Anakiro. "Hey Kiro!" She furrowed her brow and continued, "You alright? You look worried," she assumed from his thoughtful guesters.

Tsukai was almost hopping towards Pueblo before the little girl had spoken, and with a gigantic "peep!!!" he hop/fluttered towards her. Ha! His friend was back!! Hope, on the other hand, sat straight. Her floofy tail swept around to cover her paws as she tilted her head at Pueblo, her green eyes blinking widely as she pondered the situation. The little-one liked her... and she seemed nice enough. Experimentally Hope rose to her feet and stepped towards Pueblo, cautiously sniffing at the girl's ankles, walking around her curiously.
Kiro had started at Pueblo's voice, glancing up to see her and Fae, his face breaking into a smile. "Fae, Bobo!" he said, lowering the cover of the book to the table as he spoke. "Haven't seen you two in a while. How've you been?"
At Fae's question, Kiro nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just some light reading," he said with a chuckle, indicating his textbook and his notes. "You know, same old, same old."

Pueblo pursed her lips a little as the white cat slinked around her ankles and gripped Fae's hands harder. She wasn't as scared as she was nervous. Her wide emerald eyes blinked down as she felt a cold nose touch her feet and wiggled her toes a little.
Fae smiled and rubbed her thumbs over Pueblo's hands. "It's okay honey, that's just a cute little cat. It's just getting to know you, that's all." She knelt down and held her hand out for the cat to sniff. "See? It's a nice kitty," she smiled and started to stand as Pueblo let go of her hands.
Pueblo giggled a little as she held her own hand out for the kitty while Tsukai flew to her. Her ear twitched as she leaned over to stroke the cat, if allowing her to.
Fae watched the little group of creatures interact before she looked up. "New cat? She smiled to herself. He looked related to it.

Hope sniffed at Fae's hand as it was offered, then repeating the gesture with Pueblo as the Aerandir offered her hand. Purring, the kitten rubbed her cheek along the side of Pueblo's hand, whafting her tail around behind her. The girl smelled friendly! Tsu peeped approvingly from Pueblo's shoulder. He knew they'd like each other! Because he only made friends with great people! And great minds and all that...!
Kiro nodded, craning his neck a little to watch the three interact. He was getting attatched to Hope in all honesty. "Yeah, she found her way into my room somehow... dunno if she belongs to anyone, but we're putting her up for a little while. See if anyone's missing her." He paused before admitting, "It's nice having another cat about."
He paused, continuing to watch them all for a while, before looking up, seeming to have remembered something. "Actually Fae, would you and Bobo mind doing me a favour...?"

Pueblo grinned and flinched as the feathery tail came across her neck. "Hehe, you is a white kitty," she murmured before Tsu's cheep alerted her. "My name is Pway-blo. Wat is your name, kitty?" she asked it, expecting it to respond in their language.
"Cute," Fae exclaimed, staring at the cat's slow feathery speed without knowing what to say next. "Hm?" She looked up to his question. No.. he hadn't told her what it was yet. "Er, uh, I suppose... what is it?" she asked knowing it was safe to do Kiro a favour.

"Well," Kiro motioned to his open notebook with a pen, raising his other hand to scratch thoughtfully at an ear. "I'm supposed to be getting basic details about all the Aerandir. Simple things like age, weight, flight ability and so on. I was just wondering if you both had time to go through that with me right now?" As an after-thought, he added, "It won't take long. Five minutes at most?"
Hope simply purred as Pueblo stroked her. She must be like the other tall one, he stroked her like this too... She then wound in between the girl's legs, purring a little louder as she did so. Tsu remained seated where he was, peeping encouragingly. He liked his friends to make friends - then he could play with them both at once! That made twice the fun! Happily, he fluffed out his feathers.

Pueblo's ears twitched to the strange purrs of the cat without being able to understand the noise. "Whut's the matter, kitty? It okay if yer shy...I shy too sometimes," she murmured as Hope entangled itself around Pueblo's legs. Unsure of what to do, she just watched the white creature do its thing. Her tail flicked a little bit before she called out to Tsu. "Tsukai...!" she cried out for her other friend.
Fae smiled lightly- a dog and a cat getting along...well, even if Pueblo was only half wolf, it was still an amusing sight.
She looked back at Kiro and nodded. "Sure, go ahead," she assured him, then paused with a question. "What's this for anyways?" she asked innocently.

Getting to his feet, Kiro went to get his trusty tape measure and scales, bringing them back to Pueblo. "Okay... could I get you to step on these for me Bobo?" He smiled reassuringly at the girl before addressing her guardian.
"Well, technically I'm still supposed to be at university. It's kind of given some green lights by way of "Research Rat"." He paused thoughtfully. "I think it's just data gathering to watch trends. I can't really say for sure though, I just got given the job."
Tsukai floofed his feathers out again as he sat on Pueblo's shoulder, nuzzling her affectionately. He'd missed his partner in crime! He peeped to Hope, who was, by now, looking up at him. She mewed questionningly, then settling herself on the floor lazily as she watched Kiro doing whatever it was he was doing.

Pueblo's ear flickered as she turned to face the scale in front of her questionly. Scrunching up her nose, she looked up at Anakiro as if he was crazy. "What's dat?" she asked as a small smile slit across her lips when Tsukai nuzzled into her neck.
Fae paused after what Kiro had said before she nodded to him and turned to Pueblo. "It's called a scale; it tells you how much you weigh," Fae nudged reassuringly. "Kiro just needs some information about you- it's okay, go ahead and step onto it."
Looking back from her mother, she stared down to the metalic creature that she was ordered to stand upon. It looked more like some kind of flat, square crab or turtle shell to her. But as the two human adults insisted, Pueblo put one paw in front of the other and climbed boringly onto it. Oh! Something moved.. numbers... she knew numbers!

Kiro smiled a little at how uncertain Pueblo seemed to be. Keanu had practically jumped onto the scales, an obvious difference in character. He glanced down to read the numbers. "You see these Bobo?" he asked, pointing to the display with a pencil. "These tell me how much you weigh." He paused before glancing up and realising Tsu was still perched on her shoulder, watching everything with a curious gaze.
"Well," he corrected himself as he stood and held out a hand, which Tsu hopped on to. "Before it was telling us how much you and Tsu weighed, and now it's telling us how much you weigh by yourself." He jotted down the number in his notebook before reaching for the tape measure. "Just one more thing now Bobo," he said. "Could I get you to stand up real straight and tall, so I can use this," he indicated the rolled up tape measure in his hand, "to tell me how high you are?"

"Like dis?" The little Aerandir girl croaked questioningly as she stood up on her toes with a small grin and jutted out her chest. She gave a few flaps of her wings as she fought for balance and held her arms out to her side.
Fae chuckled. "Keep your feet flat on the ground, Abby," she instructed as she watched Kiro stretch the tape measure out. Her eyebrows twisted and she tilted her head, watching the busy boy at work. My was he meticulous.
Pueblo soon lowered to the ground and bit into her lower lip. As the long metal "snake" measured her, she poked it quizzically and looked up to Kiro with a timid face. "What's dat?" She blinked a few times, a few maze hair strands twitching in her eyelashes.

Kiro couldn't help but grin a little at her inquisitiveness. "It's a tape measure Bobo," he said after her was done - jotting the measurement into his notebook. He unrolled it a little to show her. "See these marks here? They're measurements of distance. It means that I can count how many of these small spaces you are tall."
He then rolled the tape meausre up again and picked up the scale, meaning to return them to the cupboard he had found them in. "Thanks guys, I think I can fill in the blanks myself. Time to say bye, Tsu." He said to his shoulder-passenger, who responded with a loud peep, hopping to flutter onto Pueblo's head, give her a quick nuzzle, and then hop back to Kiro again.
Quickly the boy returned the tools to the cupboard before turning to glance at the other feline in the room, seeing her in the process of grooming herself diligently. "C'mon Hope, you too." He paused before giving Fae and Pueblo a little wave. "See you guys later, okay?"
Lazily, the kitten got to her feet to follow the small entourage as they made their way down the corridor.

She looked around making sure no one was around before pulling someting out of her pocket, she didn't want to bother anyone after all. Unfolding it she tacked the note up bullentin board. After placng it up on the board she turned on her heal calling to her charge and walked out of the center. The Note Taranis has changed into a wisp and he needs some items to evolve...I think anyways. Any help getting the items would be much appriciated.
Items Needed: 3 small gems or cut glass pieces A length of rope A long patterned piece of material A piece of leather or animal hide A large pile of beads A thin chain

Kiro walked into the main area with his own note in hand. He glanced over all the notices on the board, glancing at Yakobi's and Syrenrei's with a smile. He had something to go give to them shortly. But first he was going to pin up a notice of his own. Tsu floated around Kiro curiously. It was the first time he'd been outside like this, drawn after Kiro by the piece of quill pen in the boy's pocket. It was scarey... but nothing had gone wrong just yet... Quote: Like everyone else, seems Tsu's looking for some stuff to grow past his wisp stage. If anyone has any bits on this list lying around, and are willing to part with them, I'd be really grateful if they could pass them along. 3 strips of leather 1 woven piece of cloth Some mixed beads A small jingle bell A small ribbonThanks! ~Kiro & Tsu After pinning the note up, the two went to deliver their parcels.

"'Yassu, hurry! Hurry, hurry!" Osusuki tugged impatiently at Ieyasu's trousers before dashing on ahead. The little Aerandir pelted up the path towards the door, stopping outside. Rising up on his tip-toes, he pulled at the handle, tugging the door open. Yassu was too slow - he didn't want to wait! Eagerly, he slipped inside. Maybe someone else would be here!
Shaking his head with a grin, Ieyasu followed Osu. It wasn't that Ieyasu had a slow pace - one stride could cover a lot of ground when you were 6 feet tall - but the fact that everything that Osu did was done at breakneck speed. That was one aspect where he had not changed after growing into a child. At least there hadn't (yet) been a repeat of the fire incident. Ieyasu's eyebrows had just about grown back by now. Thankfully.
Opening the door, he headed into the centre. Osu was already in the main room, noisily informing the thin air of his arrival.
"HIIIIIIIII!!!!!"
