Luc lowered to the same level as the rest of them, huffing softly. He eyed the feather longingly, having had such fun with it and his new friend even though he could touch neither of them. He positioned himself in a hover near Keanu, edging closer to the gryphon and the feather he held.

Nyxa chuckled, nodding, "I think he's rather pooped. It's easy for him to tucker out lately, I've noticed he doesn't have as much energy as he did before this new stage. I think it's probably just part of the transition."

Luc beamed, watching the transfer of the feather from Keanu to Nyxa. Knowing she'd keep it safe for him, he turned back to Keanu and reached out towards the gryphon, patting him on the head. It wasn't much of a pat, really, just a mild whooshing of air near the top of Keanu's head, but it was the best that Luc could offer in his current stage. Pleased, he moved towards Nyxa and hovered near her shoulder, still beaming but obviously tired.

Nyxa grinned at Keanu, reaching forward to scritch behind his ears. Turning to Kami, she chuckled, "I guess that's my cue to take him home. I think he's feeling a bit tuckered." She opened her palm to show Kami the feather, shaking her head with a smile, "This has made Luc really happy, I just know it."

Nyxa nodded and grinned, waving as she left, "Feel free to stop by anytime, Kami, and bring Keanu along with you. Thanks so much for the company tonight, it's always appreciated." She'd just come pick up the sugar and whatnot later, getting Luc home was much more important to her. "Take care, you two!"

Having left the house, arms laden with shells, the bow, feathers and wraps, Nyxa made her way to the Centre to see Alyosha about what to do next with all the gathered goodies. She was excited, her step light, and humming softly as she entered the Centre.

Luc followed behind her anxiously, watching to make sure she didn't drop anything, especially the lovely wooden bow. Ever since he'd gotten the feathers, he'd never let them leave his sight, especially the one he'd received the night they'd discovered Marli.

Nyxa nearly choked when she saw Alyosha, her eyes instantly locking on his groin, but bit back any comments that threatened to flow past her lips. Tearing her eyes away from his ..privates, she nodded towards the things that she carried, moving to set them on the nearest table. The three feathers, the shells, the wraps, and finally the bow. Luc hummed softly as she set it on the table, moving closer to the weapon and rubbing a hand near the top of it. Though he knew he couldn't touch it, he felt a strange attatchment to the bow.

"Yes, I've brought all the things you asked for. I think we're as ready as we'll ever be." She couldn't help feeling nervous. "I hope nothing goes wrong.."

Nyxa watched Alyosha's movements eagerly, her eyes locked on Luc's transformation. She glanced at Aly a few times throughout the procedure, noticing his strange looks. Clearing her throat, she edged away from him, eyebrows raised. But he was soon forgotten as the glow brightened the room, her violet eyes eagerly looking for her baby once the bright flash had settled.

Luc was wrapped around the bow, bright red hair gleaming. With a dazed expression on his face, the boy rises shakily to his feet. First he glances at Alyosha, his eyes moving to Nyxa as a smile breaks across his face. Dragging the bow with him, he darts to Nyxa with arms outstretched, speaking his first real word, "Growed!"

With a chuckle, Nyxa swoops her arms around Luc, snuggling the adorable tyke close. "And what a handsome little thing you are, my darling!" Beaming, she turned to Alyosha, "Thank you so much. This is too wonderful!"

Nyxa blinked at Alyosha's rather odd behaviour, lifting Luc into her arms. "Bye, and thanks!" she called after him, backing out of the Centre. Oh, things were very odd, but she had Luc and that made everything okay.

He had his arms wrapped around her neck, the bow clenched securely in one hand. Oh, childish innocence. With a determined nod, he set his jaw, turning with seriousness to Nyxa. "Marli."

Nyxa nodded as she walked up the path to her house. "Alright, baby. We'll go visit her later."

Hearing the gentle tap with a twitch of his ears, Kiro stood and moved towards the door, opening it gently and looking at his visitor, the "Hello," habitual.

He was a little startled by her apperance, but tried to hide it, tilting his head slightly. There were stranger things in the world, he was sure. "I'm Kiro," he supplied, an ear twitching in gentle curiosity, aware he didn't know her. "Can I help?"
