Shalott darted after the youma, tracking it through the streets and into an alleyway. She was past feeling foolish about being spotted in costume. The blasted thing had gotten away from her again and she needed to stop it before it managed to hurt anyone else. The monster was small and fast and darted in and out of small spaces before she could blink. The rabbit like shape allowed it access to small places and its large teeth looked dangerous. She'd found it nearly impossible to track with her eyes. She had to trust her ability to feel it to be able to stay on its trail.

She turned down an alley and came face to face with a four way junction. She stood in the middle and looked at the three ways it could have gone, still feeling that it was close but not getting which way it went. She stood for a few more moments, trying to judge but the damn thing wasn't moving. She didn't want to give it time to plan an exit strategy or allow it to find any unwitting victims to take energy from. That went against her creed.

"Damn." she muttered, feeling frustrated. This was the fastest youma she'd ever come across and she didn't much care for trying to keep up with it, even for the boost she got from being powered up. She didn't want to let it get away from her but without it moving and by herself she wasn't sure what to do next.

For once in his life as a Squire, Gehenna actually seemed to be doing his knightly duties. Of course, that was only if being in the right place at the right time as a youma whizzed by counted as 'knightly duties'. Even though he'd stopped what he was doing in favor of hunting it down, it was safe to bet that he probably hadn't been doing much of anything in the first place.

It wasn't until he felt the energy signature of a page that he understood why the thing had been flying down the alleyway like a bat out of hell in the first place. A rabbit being hunted, hm?

"It went this way." He stepped away from the shadows of a wall, letting the wash of a nearby streetlamp illuminate him and his complex armor. There was a faint metallic 'clink' with every step he took and he was craning his neck, just a little, to try and see the person standing at the open end of the alley mouth.

"It busted through one of these windows here. I'd bet it's holed up somewhere inside this building." He waved a hand at what appeared to be a sizable but poorly guarded warehouse, flashing the spikes across one knuckle as he did so.

"Great, thanks."

And then there was help. Following the rabbit into a crowded warehouse didn't sound like her idea of a good time, namely for the breaking and entering aspect but not only. There was also the trying to track it through God knows what stacked inside. It could hide literally anywhere and hope they give up or wait out daylight to force them away.

What if there was an alarm to trip if she tried to pursue it?

She didn't suppose this new knight was up for the task. He had to be a knight because he didn't feel like he was on the side of Chaos and he didn't look like any senshi she'd ever seen before. Maybe it was bad for her to assume but she couldn't help it. She paused a moment to consider her options.

"I'm Shalott." The symbols of Earth were there if he wanted to see them. "Up for a little youma hunting?"

Theoretically twice the man power meant finding the thing and bringing it down twice as fast.

Gehenna was rather calmly stretching as the female tried to decide on whether or not she was going to pursue the youma. The squire himself had nothing else to do and before she ever invited him along to play he had been seriously considering going after it alone, should she choose to abandon the mission.

He truly was bored.

"Gehenna," he responded, making a quick motion to the giant Mars symbol plastered on his belt. "And I'm always up for dusting those ********," a sly smile spread across his lips, "plus I'm a pretty damn good hunter."

Not that he would ever be cocky.

He brushed past her to the half broken window that the youma had slipped through. After a little examination, he pulled back a fist and punched, breaking the glass clean through, then simply twisted the latch and pulled it open. It was a window that rose just above the street level - they'd have to crawl on their bellies and drop down into the underground warehouse level below.

"Ladies first and all that," he nodded at the opening and held the window pane open so she could scoot under.

It was automatically on the tip of her tongue to tell him not to cuss seeing as he wasn't much older than Harmony in her estimation but Kyndall stopped herself before the words could emerge. He was an adult, at least, and a knight. What did she care? She wasn't his parent. He could do and say as he pleased.

His weapon was effective, at least, very much like brass knuckles she thought. Made her wonder what the hell she had to look forward to and why she'd gotten a corsage.

She took his offer, dropping to her belly to crawl through the window. She dropped down on light feet, her heels clicking on the concrete. She got out of his way so he could follow after. The youma was around here somewhere. She spun to take in the large space filled with boxes and nooks that a rat could hide in.

"Thanks."

She heard something scuffling off to the right and went to investigate and shrieked as she discovered no youma, just a real rat. Strange that monsters barely phased her anymore but rats just...creeped her out. She blushed, feeling foolish, and turned back to him.

"Sorry." she wasn't going to explain.
