I. Intro
The Spine of I x I serves to support the structure of I x I.
Every rule and method is listed here in order to help Members and Crew
understand and carry out their duties in an orderly fashion.
Upon initiation, every member of I x I has agreed to abide by I x I rules.
II. Uniforms
★ The I x I Uniform is only required during meetings and some events but it is highly encouraged that all members try to wear their preferred black avatar as much as possible. The whole purpose of the clan was to bring black avatar users together as a family, not to find random users and force them to wear what they don't truly love to wear.
★ The color black must take up at least 50% of the avi; if it is
questionable, it is probably not passing.
★ It is acceptable if you are wearing numerous black items that completely
cover the regular avatar base skin.
★ You must have one of the acceptable I x I skins on.
• Death Whisper (Consume)
• Black Body Dye
★ As long as the 50% rule is followed, you may incorporate
any other color into your avatar.
IV. High Council Responsibilities and Rules
★ These tasks must be evenly split between each HC member.
It's best if everyone comes to an agreement on which particular
responsibility each member is willing to take charge of.
• Hosting Black Sunday and Events
~ Make sure Black Sunday and Events actually happen.
~ Provide Date, Time, and Locations.
~ Keep a 'Rollcall' of members who showed up and those who did not.
• Distributing News
~ Send Clan announcements of Upcoming Events and Updates in
a clear, presentable format.
~ Send Clan announcements of an upcoming Black Sunday at least 2 days
ahead of time.
~ Creation and management of the clan calendar; and marking specific dates for all events or contests.
• Forums Management
~ Cleanout any unnecessary or outdated threads.
~ Move any misplaced threads to its' proper subforum.
~ Remove and report any explicit content.
• Member Management
~ PM a warning those who do not meet the standards.
~ Inform Judgement or Wrath if a member does not wish
to make the necessary changes.
• Recruiting & Guidance
~ Spread word of I x I and welcome new members.
~ Provide easily understandable details on exactly what the recruit
must do in order to meet I x I standards.
~ Inform recruits to read 'The Spine of I x I'.
~ Answer any questions recruits may have.
★ No individual HC member may ban an I x I member without the consent
of the Judgement or Wrath.
★ Any HC ideas are always welcome and taken into consideration.
It is essential that we strive to make I x I a better place
for all of it's members.
★ Excessive failure to complete your assigned duties will result in a
Demotion by a 2:3 vote of the HC.
V. Black Sundays & Events
★ Black Sundays
• Two Sundays out of every month all members gather in order to discuss
current clan events as well as take clan photos.
Also serves as a 'rollcall' to see which members are dedicated and those who
are not.
• If There is an open slot in the High Council; the new leaders will be
announced during this meeting.
• Meeting place will be announced within the announcement prior to Black Sunday.
★ Events
• Holiday events, Avi Contests, Lottos, or any other competitive event can
be hosted by any member or members that can manage them.
• Dates and times may also be set by the individual members that host
the event. All members are asked to please make an effort to participate.
• Naturally, events tend to have prizes and rewards. The host of the event
is responsible for providing prizes. If the host refuses to award a prize
when a winner comes around; action will be taken by the High Council.
• The host must make event rules simple and completely clear.
VI. Clan Donations
★ This gold will add up and later on be used as prizes for any contests that we may hold in the future.
All donations are recorded and archived.
★ The Account name for the I x I Gold Savings will be announced later.
VII. General Rules and Precautions
★ Things that will inevitably get you banned
• Hacking or Scamming
• Excessive Begging
• Lack of respect towards High Council
• Continual failure to uphold Uniform Standards
★ Precautions
• You must make an effort to attend Black Sundays; an excuse must
be PM'd to a member of the High Council if you are not able to be there.
• Do not test the HC or try to work around rules.
• Please read the Regulations provided in every sub-forum before you post.
• Threads must be appropriate to the designated area.
• Begging is not permitted at any time.
• Borrowing items from other members is not permitted, as it only causes problems.
• Respect each other; we all share the same vision and we're in this together. There should be no reason for conflict.
If you simply cannot tolerate another member for whatever reason, pm a member of The High Council and file a complaint.
The High Council is to report the incident to either Judgment or Wrath as soon as possible.
The matter will be handled in an orderly fashion. The first offense will serve as a warning. The second time around, another warning will be given. Third offense results in a clan vote in which the assailant is permanently banned from the clan, if majority rules.
• New ideas and or suggestions are always encouraged. Please consult a member of the High Council if you'd like to make a suggestion.
The High Council is to take note of these suggestions, and share them in the next private HC meeting.
• The High Council must take responsibility for their appointed duties, and perform those tasks to the best of their ability.
Failure to do these given tasks will cause disruption within the clan, and will not be tolerated.
With respectable rank, comes greater responsibility.
If you feel that you can no longer handle that responsibility, you may choose to resign from your position.
The spot as a member of The High Council will be open for a new member to take.
VIII. Appointing High Council Members
★ High Council

★ If a slot in the High Council is open, Judgment and Wrath will be on
the lookout for a member who is capable and reliable enough to fill the
position. Any form of begging will indicate a lack of maturity, therefore likely decreasing your chances of acceptance.
★ I x I members will be asked to provide candidates for the open High Council positions and vote. You may not vote for yourself.
After the numbers are in, the current High Council will take the votes
into consideration and vote based on the
candidates Experience, Reliability, and Contributions.
★ The new High Council members will then be announced during the following
Black Sunday after a 2:3 vote of the current High Council.
