I have a CL of 3 so far. smile I put you as Mist, and the character well unfortunately we have Limited characters not everyone can be a Gokudera or a Rokudo and stuff, There are the Main Characters that I choose Myself That become one by CL Strength,Experience,Posts, and etc. For example if Gokudera and Belphegor are taken(and they are) the other Storm flames are just Storm Flame People. And Pretty Nice CL to Farm DMP.
