Okay to start off, Dont call me Captain XD Zaine will suffice. Also, I will be OOCing to help you learn proper RPing abilities, the first of which is not using ** to express actions in a serious RP situation, secondly use quotes for speech.
Example:
"Hello there!" Zaine exclaimed happily to the new recruit, walking over to him and holding a hand out so that he could give the new recruit a handshake.

Sano looking with great excitement to learn how to release his Zanpaku-to and bow in show of thanks and says "Can we start the basics of releasing of my Zanpaku-to, to Shikai and then to bankai please?"

Starts waving his hand in front of Captain Zaine's face to get his attention but his effeorts are in vain looks like captain Zaine is daydreaming and says " ehh I'll just wait until he gets out of it" walks over to a wall sits and leans on it and begins to read manga that he had stashed in his back pocket

Zaine looked to Sano with a grim expression, "Did I say you could rest?" he asked lightly, "Besides you are not ready for Shikai yet, let alone Bankai."

Hearing Zaine's voice knocks him out of his reading spell and he slowly get up and says "Well it's about time, lets get going" stretches a bit pops his shoulder and his back

walks over to Zaine and says with the enthusiasm that could make a very hyper kid look like a vegetable "For now I just want to learn how to get to the next level and then be able to use Bankai and to become stronger" bows to show that he is ready to get started

Zaine chuckled, "While I admire your enthusiasm, you are not ready for Shikai or Bankai training at your current skill level, sorry to have to be the bad guy but that is the simple truth." he said firmly, "Now is there somthing else you want to learn? Kido, Combat, anything?"
