Okay, I read about something called Witches' Bottle and I wondered if there were any other charms or spells that are like those. Anyone?

Witches' Bottle:
Contains (in a pint jar):
~a rusty, bent nail
~a sharp piece of broken glass
~a piece of mirror
~hair or urine (depending on who you ask)
What it does: Protection of home or business
When to do it: Full moon or Full moon before Summer Solstice.
What to do with it: Bury in ground of property.
I didn't know if there were any other charms or things like it out there.

I imagine there would be others like that, its for protection after all. But I wouldn't know one, not a charm person. There's a resource subforum, maybe you can find a place to search in there?

In the books series I read they made a protection bottle, and it sounds like this a bit. I wrote it down (I wrote down all the spells in the book, because i talked to the author and she said she got the spells from actual witches.).

Alchemical symbols, old symbols for the planets, and even some books on symbology are great. Like the symbol for Mercury, (I think), is a uo+, if you stack them on top of one another. I can draw some symbols and then put the picture on here. Maybe that would be more of use.

and im in the broom closet too. I want to come out though. I dont hide my beliefs from anyone, but no one has noticed. I even wear a pentagram around everyone, and no one has said anything though.
