So this whole hacker issue from my thread has me in a bundle. He pleads his innocence to me, so I tell him to get a mod or admin to explain the situation to me and prove his innocence, and I will let him back in. I have one regular who supports this idea, and two who don't. And we all know mods aren't perfect. It is very possible he got away with the auto-poster during the heavy rush of the spotlight, and then stopped using it when he got far enough ahead. One of the opposing regulars pretty much hates me, and I'm afraid if he's proven innocent and I let him back in, I will lose more regulars. Times like these make me want to quit the lottery.

hmm...well...
it takes about a minute for you to be able to post again on gaia...to avoid flooding
so look at his post times, and if you feel they are suspicious, then leave him out
but if they look spanned enoguh to be human-done, then let him in...
the post times dont lie

well an auto-poster can be set up to post for them every 1 minute or however long they want it to wait. According to the opposing regular, his times had a pattern.
Everytime I write the situation, I rethink it and my opinions teeter back and forth and I don't know what to believe.

okay...here's what you said: Quote: well an auto-poster can be set up to post for them every 1 minute or however long they want it to wait. According to the opposing regular, his times had a pattern. so look at each of his page-worth's of posts, if they match a pattern, a perfect pattern, then dont let him in machine-like perfection only gets humans riled up at each other, even if it's natural talent if there is no pattern then he's not guilty and let him back in

Well the regular says there's a pattern, but when I looked at it, it was very spontaneous and random. I don't think he'd go through all that trouble.
But what the mod says goes, so I will wait until I get a confirmation.
