There used to be a stick for this subject on the zOMG! forum, but it's missing now which is kind of sad. I think they looked something like this though..
Village Greens: 1.0-2.0
Bill's Ranch: 2.1-3.0
Zen Garden: 3.1-4.0
Bass'ken Lake: 4.1-5.0
Old Aqueduct: 5.1-6.0
Gold Beach: 6.1-7.0
Otami Ruins: 7.1-8.0
Shallow Seas: 8.0+
No idea what I'd put down for bosses though.
