Ok in Bassk'en Lake there is a new change. There are trash cans where the fluffs would be. You have to hit the trash can to make the fluffs come out. (There are about 8 trash cans.) The fluffs that come out will either be grass fluff or carrion fluff. You have to kill the trash can and all of the fluffs that come out hiding. After that a new trash can will spawn.
Ok I have been doing the carrion fluff quest many times, because that is the quickest way to get orbs. What I have noticed is that people will go and kill the trash can, but leave the grass fluff. And this is getting so annoying, because I will kill the grass fluff and a new trash can will appear. I start killing the trash can and if a carrion fluff comes out all of a sudden there are many people there killing the trash can and all the carrion fluff. After that they leave. I only get 2 kills out of the 5 or 6 that come out. stressed

Yeah, I noticed that too. I was guilty of leaving the grass fluffs until I realized the trash cans weren't coming back. So I tested killing all the grass fluffs. The trash can appeared moments later. Now, if only everyone would figure that out . . . Oh well, it gets me to the special grass fluff badge faster. wink

I like killing fluffs! I'm glad to have a way to make them appear faster.

Sorry if I sounded mad or pissy. I had been on zOMG at that time for a few hours just repeating the carrion fluff quest over and over. (I was doing it over and over, because it is quicker than farming.) And I kept on running into people that was doing that (leaving grass fluff). I was just getting mad, because I felt that I was doing double the work just to get 1 carrion fluff.
On another note. I am glad that they changed the way fluffs come out in that area. It makes it so much easier to kill them and get badges if you are trying for them.

Not a faster way to make them appear, tutuducky. A faster way to get the badge for killing so many. wink
Earlier, the carrion fluffs were everywhere. It was so easy to finish the quest twice before the game lagged too bad for me to stay online. I know I need a new graphics card in my computer. *sigh*
