I keep having to ask people online what is a good CL level to be to complete quests on each area, so I thought if we had a list on here, I wouldn't need to keep asking.
It might also be a good idea to tell us what is the max CL for the mini-bosses like She Wolf.

Ok so the listing so far, for Max CL's for capped areas and sub-areas is as follows:
Village Greens Reccomended Farming CL 1.6
-Gnome Leader ???
Bill's Ranch Reccomended Farming CL 2.9
-Dead Man's Pass reccemmended farming CL 3.2
Zen Gardens Reccomended Farming CL 3.7
-Kat's Kokeshi Doll CL cap is 4.1
Basken Lake Reccomended Farming CL 5.0
-Papa Saw/She Wolf CL cap is 5.1
Buccaneer Boardwalk Reccomended Farming CL 6.6
-not applicable
Gold Beach Reccomended Farming CL 6.6
-Shallow Seas(Uncapped) Duneslam CL 7.1
Old Aquaduct Reccomended Farming CL 6.6
-The Hive (Uncapped)
Otami Ruins Reccomended Farming CL 8.2
-Stone Coatl (Uncapped)
Note: anything with '???' needs to still be confirmed.
If anyone finds that these CL limits are too low and we can get away with higher ones, then please tell me and I'll change the list.

She Wolf is capped at 5.1 I found that out last night.

1.5-1.6 is good for farming in Village Greens.

Kat's Kokeshi Doll CL cap is 4.1
Farming lanterns at Zen Gardens- 3.7 works out well

Currently farming gold beach at CL 6.6 and all repeatable quests are working fine.

Been playing Basken lake and a CL of 5 gives good drops in this area.
If there's noone to kill, shoot one of the bins and more animated will appear.

Buccaneer Boardwalk, Gold Beach and Old Aquaduct all seem to have an a reccomended CL of 6.6
Enemies are not too tough and quests accessible, with rewards for kills.
