The Underworld Assessment Roleplay!
Basic Rules...
Now I know that nobody likes rules, but we have to have them.
Rule 1- The most common rule you will ever find; No God-moding. ((Unless you are The Watcher, but we'll get to that later.)).... If you don't know, "God-moding" is when one person is like ".....And then Steve killed Bob!".... If this person's character is Steve, and if Bob is a character whom belongs to another person, the original person is God-moding UNLESS the owner of Bob had a prior agreement to kill Bob. The opposite is also the same; If someone attacks your character, you HAVE to be hurt in someway at sometime. NO ONE is a god. ((Except The Watcher... Again, we'll get to that later.)) If you are still unclear as to what god-moding is, please message me and I'll attempt to explain it further.
Rule 2-No excess cursing. Sure, a curseword here and there is fine, but if you are spiting 'em out every other word then you are abusing your powers of speech.
Rule 3- No flaming other users. Don't get into curse wars with other users, and don't integrate your dislike for a specific user into your Roleplay posts.
Rule 4- If you are posting and you aren't in-character, then please specify as such. An example would be- OOC:{Insert words here} or, ((By putting your words in parenthesis, like this.))...
Rule 5- Have fun! blaugh

Plot Information!
Well this is a continuation of the --Be--Crazy--Be--You-- rp... I came up with the idea [Well technically it was Ari-Chan's but I edited it!] of the Underworld Assessment and this will make the idea of the Watcher more clear and thoose who want to role play will have an easier time with joining this one since it just opened! The Underworld Assessment will be explained to you later in this introduction.
Character Requirements
Currently (This MAY change if we get a ton of members in the clan and things get hectic...), we have no requirements for your characters. HOWEVER, it is recommended (*Cough* Do it or I'll kill you... *Cough*) that you post something describing your character BEFORE you start RPing. You could use full sentences, or you can do things like "Name-, Age-, Race-...." ect.
NOTE: Your character information does NOT have to be long. Have fun with creating your characters. This isn't meant to burden you, its to help make things flow easier.
The Watcher
Ok, The Watcher is pretty much like, god. The Watcher can choose to torment the characters, or fill their lives with bliss. The Watcher is the ONLY person allowed to god-mode, and even at that, he/she/it ((What ever gender the owner chooses..)) MUST ask the owner of a characer if they may kill the character. And I do NOT want The Watcher to constantly be killing off characters. If I see this, I will pick a new person to be The Watcher. So yeah, if you are The Watcher, you better stick with simply making a character's life hell, or making it super awesome.
NOTICE: Ari-Chan is the current owner of The Watcher.
((Also, please note that everyone can have more than one character, so in case you're curious, this means that the owner of The Watcher CAN have normal characters.))
The Underworld Assessment
The Underworld Assessment is when Corrona, a vampire, leads a rebellion against the Watcher. At this time the Watcher is multiple people(s) who all are mortal. Since they are frantic that everyone will find out that The watcher isn't mortal The Helping Eyes Youth [THEY] try to discover a way to make the Watcher immortal. THEY are the people who are in "training" to become the next Watcher There are only 50 people in THEY that are candidates the person who is chosen to succeed the Watcher will live on as the Watcher as the others are killed so they don't leak the information to the outside world. Getting back to the subject of Corrona... Corrona thinks that the Watcher has to much power and wishes to destroy him as do many others....
