Can someone explain why Albert won't talk to me. I read the guide that is linked to the clan that you have to beat other guard's quests before he'll talk to you. Regardless I've talked to mark, started his quests, finished with the OMFG, The purse, and the Golashes, and I'm on the step that tells me to return to him.
Tell me what I need to do to finish this up please?
