how about besides leons quest i did him and got shuriken while im at it how about mantis i didnt want to start out with melee because i would die easily

Zen gardens is the first area that they will drop, from there they drop in any area beyond Zen such as Bass'ken, Gold Beach, Aqueduct, etc.
