I didn't even want to connect to GIM! Anyone else having problems? And how do I fix it?

I think GIM, is the same chat interface that is used in the game. I get an error, if I leave the game and then go back in, in a short period of time.

I think mine just does it when I go into the Null chamber and then back out.
REALLY annoying.

Mine was doing that tonight. couldnt figure out what it meant.
It was acting jerky tonight, so I thought it was just a glitch.
