Hello everyone! Super random but I’m at work and just lost my voice sweatdrop
Does anyone have any fast tricks/tips to getting it back? There’s not a ton of stuff that I think might be useful in the office but I have a car and could leave to grab something

Day is going good. I had French toast and made hot chocolate. It's sunny out. It's one of those days where you want to lay down and do nothing.

I am beyond overwhelmed with dumb work stuff at the moment, not to mention, I am one of the caretakers of my stepfather who is having a hell of a time right now and is fussing over everything. Thank god I have my own office ;-;

It is finally spring outside today, going to go get some much needed vitamin D. Maybe go have some tea and stop by Lush to get some free samples of seasonal things~ I hope everyone's day is going alright and is relaxing, everyone needs to treat themselves sometimes ~ If you are stressed, go do something that will relax you, right now! Or at least as soon as you can. Cx

Stressing can do some pretty dramatic things to your body if you arent expressing your frustrations or journaling them, at least. Im sorry you lost your voice!

Duuuude my boyfriend's car s**t the bed and so now we are having to deal with that. For some reason when he leaves, and I have to work, I can't stop over thinking and stressing myself tf out. I have a big issue with catastrophic thinking about things that are unlikely to happen x.x
