This guild has been really quiet lately. And I haven't really been around in forever, so I've decided to make a new thread, hope to gain some sort of activity!


I usually have a bunch of random questions, those silly little pointless ones, that I'm not sure where to go for answers. I'm sure other people have them too. So here's a thread to ask questions and get answers/opinions!


Ask, and hopefully someone will come by to answer!

Why is there never a good answer to the question, why did the chicken cross the road?

Because chickens rarely actually cross the road. The only actual answer would be "to get to the other side" but it's not funny.
A better question is why does the deer wait until a car is coming to cross the road? confused

Because the deer is attracted to the light, however they get hit because they get fixated on it.

If peanut butter toast always lands peanut butter side down, and cats always land on their feet - can we strap a piece of peanut butter toast on a cat's back and they be able to fly?

In this case, gravity rules and the cat has it's awesome flipping skills, so no, it can't fly (sadly).

Why are there so many words that end in letters that are unnecessary?

Like bomb, damn, and dumb? The Bs and N aren't said, so why are they there..

Because, English is a stupid language?

Why do boys think girls have cooties and girls think boy's have cooties. Which makes me wonder, when gay/lesbian kids are kids who do they think have the cooties?

I'm not gay/lesbian, so I wouldn't know.


But boys DO have cooties. They have boy germs.
Same with girls, they have girl germs.

Hmmm okay, next question.

Why do we call the Large intestine the Large one when it is infact smaller than the small intestine. Shouldn't they be called the long intesting and the short intestine. It would logicly make more sense.

I suppose it's based on the diameter of the intestine, not the length? It'd make sense that way.

Why doesn't water leak out of those paper/cardboard cups from McDonalds?

@The Magical Mellophone: It does. Just is coated in some waxy or plastic substance.. after a few hours, the bottom gets soggy and leaks then breaks.
