I'm back if anyone still remembers me! I'll try to start rping again later tonight with Saden and Kisai. The three chearacters I created before I left are all scrapped though, but I'll probably make a new character or two.

Would any of my chars qualify Kage Level or does that have to be their official rank? I would take it since i don't see a Hokage at the moment. (Please correct me if I am wrong)

(Please correct me if I am wrong) I am going to do some small random promotions. I guess It should be... Do you feel like your character should be Kage? Are you the strongest Character in your village? Then you can be Kage BUT you are responsible. Bandcampboy- If everybdoy is on board then yes I will make another round. If NOT then I will read through all of this and try to get to a vote..
