Continue to punch it with the same amount of force until I say stop.* Ali threw her a glance before he walked over to the bar and began to featch himself a drink, leaving Ziven to punch it. Ali's goal was to have her punch it until she had bruised her knuckles enough to create bloody wounds, afterwards he would tell her to do that same with her left hand and then take thirty push-ups with her bruised and painful knuckles instead of the hands.*

She opened her mouth, as if to protest, but did not. As requested, she repeated this many times, winching slightly upon impact for all following times she punched until finally her hand rather became numb from the pain and feeling of punching so many times. No longer wanting to do this, she paused for a moment, realizing that her hand was getting red, throbing dull sensation now when she stopped, her hand seemed to be expecting the action to continue. As she pondered, she realized this would likely be a first step, part of the training. She still did not complain as she continued, feeling a fresh wave of pain as disrupting the rythm caused her hand to feel different.

Punch with your left hand now just as hard until I tell you to stop* Ali sat down on one of the chairs by now, sipping a glass of Whiskey and watching her. This wouldn't be the only time she did this, with time he would demand that she punched harder and longer. If her fingers broke then she didn't hit the beam correctly and so she would learn.*

She looked at her right hand with a bit of a pout, moving her fingers slightly, feeling out the pain. After a moment, she shifted her feet, balled both hands in to fists again and began to repeat the process with her left.

Once you are just as sore on the left hand, I want you to take thirty push-ups on your sore knuckles.* Ali snickered a bit as he took another sip of his whiskey, not to laugh off her but it was just fun to see some devotion in her and how she would react to the Push-ups.*

Wincing some still with several movements, she did as he asked, continuing to strike the beam until her left hand felt as sore as her right had. Taking a moment, she moved her fingers a little on both hands, assessing the pain of both, deciding they were in equal agony, soon to be greater so. With a deep breath, she then fell to the floor as she always would when performing pushups, however after catching herself with her fingertips, which hurt to do so, she curled her fingers over, resting on her fists instead of open hands, and proceeded with thirty, as requested. When finished, she rolled on to her toes, gracefully standing again. Despite all this, she did not complain nor did she react beyond the few winces of pain. Tilting her head, she looked to him with question, wondering what he might have to say.

Senstren walked into the room and looked around. He saw two people, one doing push ups and the other watching, but they were facing away, and he did'nt recognize them. He sat at the bar and waited for the barkeep.

Ziven did take notice of the person entering, nodding in his direction, knowing that her somber expression would not match her usual personality.

Good, start doing push-ups that way from now on.*Ali smiled at her afterwards, not bad. She showed dedication and will to follow through.* Does it hurt to move your fingers?

Because it will harden the skin and make them more resilient, therefor making it so you won't bruise your knuckles in a long fight.* Slowly Ali rose up from his seat and rolled his neck, her lesson was done for today. Now though she could dip her hands in cold water or something to soothe the burning pain.* Tell me, do you want me to train you nicer?

"Train as you see fit .. if something is truly concerning, I will speak up." she said softly, looking at her hands, gingerly touching her knuckles with her fingertips.

So if I say that a part of your training is to fight a soldier of mine, with no clothes on and with a lot of other men watching, you'll say...?* Ali smirked somewhat, worst part of his words were that it was in fact a part of her training. Both male and female Soldiers in Ali's midst had such training to prevent them from halting just because their clothes and armor were to be shredded and ruined in battle. It would be fatal if it did stop someone as it gave the other a very big edge.*
