Bio: Terra Laxzi is quite understandably not a fighter, as anyone would notice when she weilds her hand blaster gun at anyone that challenges her. But her incapable ability to fight is well-balanced by the brains she possesses - the hand blaster had been an alien weapon, which she had adapted and changed for her use and no other could use it.
What she is best at though is what she could do with her hands on machines, whether from scratch or something someone had brought along to show her. Terra made herself a noted name as a scientist as she travels abroad to show off her new machines. One of them though that many had come to her to use is the Genetic Manipulator, or GM for short. It was her first machine she had created from her own ideas and design, but it was originally meant to be the first-ever Ki Charger. However, it turned out not to be what she hoped, seeing as she accidently changed her sister's appearance by adding on the wings, horn and tail - it turned out that a bit of DNA from three animals had been in the chamber along with her sister, and her genetic structure were reconfigured.
With some twinking of the machines' structure, she decided that it was an accidental success, for even if it wasn't her original intention it was still a brand-new way to change life. Individuals could come to her with a request and she could give it to them - sometimes for a price. Currently residing in Central City, Terra sends out her assistant out to collect DNA from all over, from dinosaurs to insects, because her current business is the GM.

Instructions
Approach the scientist and make a request of an DNA one wants to add to their being, as well as what EXACTLY they want from the DNA {wings, tail, scales, fur, ect.}.
--Any accidental tranfiguration is exclusively NOT the GM Corp.'s fault. All changes are permanent, unless you reserved some of your original DNA for revertions at a later date. Non-refundable.--
When the DNA is inserted into the machine and the screens show the design of one's being and accepted by the customer, then he or she is directed into the chamber. The process is virtually painless as the five minutes it takes to restructure the DNA sequence is being processed!

Bio: Ruuza is as close as 'feminine' as any Namekian could look, but this wasn't his idea in any way. Having decided that he was only an better Namekian at healing, he had decided to pursuit his studies in the arts, even if there were so few of them. His appearance was certainly different from most other Nameks, for one thing he had hair. While he looks vain, he was certainly the opposite of it.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Bio: Zed was created as a failed experiment to get the Dragon Balls for Emperor Pilaf, designed by Mai and Shu. Their ways of building androids was horrendous, usually with adding paper clips and old gum to keep her together. In the end they got her to work by holding up an elder man who knew how to create proper androids. He added human DNA in to her and made her a bio android without them knowing. When the time came to collect the dragon balls, Zed betrayed them and simply came back to the elder man. As time passed she was able to have a more human form. The elder man was just finishing the coloring of her skin when he died of heart failure. She now wondered the citys, trying to find something to do to cure her from being too bored.
