So this was the place mentioned back at the office when Yasu's little sister wanted his where bout's. It was a lushes plain with a river nothing to special or ordinary. Walking along the water she couldn't help but look down at her own reflection. Ciri stared for awhile remising of her sister. It had been awhile since she thought of her. Was she still alive? or Was she looking down upon her from so imaginary place. A silent huff followed with a quick turn to walk away lead her right to the person she came to see. A simple wave in Yasu direction as the girl approached stopping beside him.
Ichiryu came to the river to get some training and meditation done.
Basic Training: Meditate [5/5] The Leaf's River would be a perfect place to start some meditation. It is calm, peaceful, and he would be in solitude to get some work done. He walked to the center of the river and used his chakra on his feet to walk. He squared his stance and began to calm his mind.When he was meditating, he began to feel the flow of chakra inside his body flowing like the river; the chakra would course through the like water from one area to another. Not only that his chakra is affected but also the river; ripples of water around his feet are circling in motion. Continuing on with meditating, he could finally feel the essence of the chakra running through her system a lot more than he did in the beginning. The feeling was incredible. There even seem to have angel fish and other sea animals swimming around him to avoid the rippling of the water or his chakra. Or that it is difficult to swim past under him because of the flow of the water is pushing them aside. Either way, this was effective.
After his meditation, he decided to work on his water syle jutsus.
Ichiryu focused on the water around him, the river coursing through the land and ripples of water under his feet start to increase rippling effect. Ichiryu focuses on hiss chakra water rose up in front of him and formed a perfect clone made of water. Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [ Water Clone Technique ]
He then relaxed and released the clone that he created and became a splash of water that was released into the river. His next jutsu he attempted was that he released his chakra from his feet and simultaneously focused the chakra in his lungs for him to breath. He was holding his breath but then slowly released his air and surprisingly with his first attempt he succeeded in breathing underwater. Suimenka no Kisoku [ Breathing Underwater Technique ]
Ichiryu swam to shore, breathing like a sea animal. Admittingly this is one hell of a jutsu. He dried up a bit to be less soaked, he gathered his chakra and created a mist in the area. He watched as the mist quickly gathered and formed a fog. Ichiryu curiously thought as he watched it spread through the area directly in front of him. It was nearly impossible to see through. He knew that this jutsu would be a great use to him. Jutsu Learned: Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ]
The mist was very thick and it would be very difficult to see. No doubt that this technique would be of great use to him against his enemies. He gathered his chakra and pushed it into his eyes. He stared into the mist he'd just created and slowly, it began to clear to his vision. He could see through the mist flawlessly now. Joji walked to the River, it seemed like a serene and quiet. He stood on the edge of the riverbend and looked at the bend in the river, there was something that he realized when he was in the Dojo...The Walking on Surface Technique was something that evaded him. He watched as other shinobi walked and jumped off water with relative ease but he knew that he was a 'dead ringer'. He knew that it took a level of focus and concentration to walk on the waters edge, he walked up and placedhis foot on the surface of the water. This portion of the river seemed calm and slow going, he concentrated and started to channel chakra into the sole of his foot. He stood up on the waters surface but it was real shakey, attempted to bring his feet together. He lifted his rigbht foot and placed it on the surface. He attempted to duplicate his success with his left foot and channled chakra to the sole of his right foot. Just as he did, he felt himself sink into the water just slightly. [[ 1 // 2 ]]
He attempted to compensate with channeling chakra back to the foot after that it was all down hill from there. The compensation made him fall up to his knees into the water. He felt himself grow slightly frustrated but he tredged through the water and back to the shore. He stood on the shore and looked at his now wet gunbai, and the inspiration came to him. He thought about a technique that he already knew, The Samurai Sabre Technique. It was a technioque that coated his gunbai in chakra, it was like a small barrier. He knew that thinking about coating his feet in the chakra would help him find his footing in learning the technique.

Yomi always knew she had a knack of Suiton jutsu, and it wasn't because her mother always told her due to her lineage; she saw it within her, herself. It wasn't because she could tell by her own chakra, but ever since she was a child, she was always able to manipulate small bubbles of water or very tiny amounts of water wisps. As she grew older and began to understand ninjutsu, she finally learned that she was a Suiton inclined ninja, which would greatly abet her in her medical-nin endeavors. She knew her medical training was important, but sometimes, days needed to be dedicated to branching out to other methods that could be combined with what she already knows.
That's what she read in a book, at least.
Not far from Konohagakure, she walked along a glimmering river that rhythmically intoned the sounds of calm, flowing water. Smiling, Yomi felt happy here; her green eyes even adopted a shimmer similar to the river before her, and the atmosphere was serene. She felt this way often times when she was in the library as well, reading over various material. Her gaze settled on xysts that gathered nearby the river as well, along with cobble lining along the river accenting and accentuating its natural beauty further. This being destroyed would be. . .
"A terrible thing. . ." She completed her thought aloud. Pursing her lips, she went into her knapsack and retrieved the scroll her mother had given her -- the Art of Water Manipulation. This was a quintessential step in someday mastering her Suiton predilections. Furrowing her brow as she excavated the scroll, she made sure she understood the necessary hand seals and method. Breathing in and out, she settled the scroll neatly beside her, and stepped closer to the edge of the river. Drawing upon her chakra and centering it on manipulating water, she began to weave the seals with moderate accuracy -- which is to say, she was doing so slowly, and cautiously.
She wouldn't want to cast an accidental jutsu, after all.
Not like she fundamentally knew any others, anyway. . . Regardless, the water bubbled slightly once she completed the sequence, but it failed to rise. Her brows knit in contempt, not only for herself but for the method. Exhaling, she continued to try her best, and wove the seals once more -- and continued doing so for minutes on end, until she grew familiar with the sensation, and committed it to muscle memory. This was an imperative step -- without memorizing the seals, she would be a goner. Soon, about a gallon of bulbous, glistering water which trailed along the edges back into the river rose at her command, and her countenance brightened with glee.
And then it plopped back into the water, forming a very minor wave. Her hands on her hips, she nodded. "I've got that down, at least. . . " She admitted, retrieving the scroll and going over it once more.

Now that she reviewed the scroll, Yomi set it aside once more as she gazed at the water more intently. With the fundamentals gathered and the hand signs practiced well enough, she opted to furthering her understanding of Water Manipulation. Stepping towards the river, she made the decision to perform the seals for Water Walking, and stepped onto the water with ease. This skill was simple to use, simply because she had learned it during her time in the academy, and practiced it well -- along with the other students of course. Placing her hands on her hips anew, she swiveled her head as she gathered her surroundings some more.
"Well. . . I guess I can try to heat up some of the water around me. . ." She thought, aloud. Squatting down slightly, she allowed her hand through run through the extremely mild and phlegmatic current of the river. . . It wasn't a coursing, wild river at all -- at least not right now. Inhaling and exhaling, she wove the hand seals for Water Manipulation once more and concentrated her chakra into heating a one foot radius of water around her. In seconds, the water began to rise in steam, and it began to boil about her -- yet the rest of the river remain largely, mostly, and ultimately unaffected. "Pretty good. . ." She regarded her success with a smile.
Afterwards, she concentrated on gathering the steam escaping all around her, along with the water that was still boiling below her, upwards. It took a few tries, for she was far from mastering this technique yet, but she managed to gather some of the water she had tampered with. Closing her eyes, she envisioned reversing the effect she committed to the water, changing its molecular acceleration into deceleration. Soon, the steam began to disappear, and the boiling water ceased to bubble. It was cool now, like it originally was, and will be, in a properly running river. Releasing the water, she nodded to herself once more.
However, she was far from done. . . "There's something else I want to try," She murmured, speaking to no one in particular but herself. Knitting her brows in determination, she turned about elegantly on the stream and performed the hand seals once more -- this time, she was truly getting the hand of it. Cracking a slight grin, she gathered the water she had released previously into steam right back into water, and allowed the gyrating sphere of water to settle centimeters above her palm. It wasn't exactly in the best form, and was somewhat falling apart, but she did so. . . Almost fully successfully. ". . . Alright, then."
For several more hours, she continued to practice all that she learned when it came to manipulate water -- at least all the basics. The seals had become almost second nature to her, completely committed to her muscle memory. There was only one thing left to do: put everything together, successfully. "Warming wounds can cleanse them, and cooling water can ease pain. . ." She recited. "And if I can gather water from around me when treating a wound, without a body of water, I can become a better medical ninja. . ." She was once again speaking to no one but herself. Perhaps this was how she found solutions or formulated plans.
Weaving the signs for manipulating water once more, she guided the water upwards and boiled it after some time, and then release it into cooling. She did this over and over again, until her chakra began to deplete enough for her to start breathing shallowly. Exhaling and inhaling, she stepped off the river and back onto solid ground, the maintenance getting to her. Gathering her bearings, she glanced back at the river again, and the general environ.
"Guess I'll be back sometime. . ." And with that, she began to head home.

Sumika was off to the races again, this time, climbing deep down into the bowels of a cave in the rivery area of the village. Not the place one might expect to find a mining location, but she couldn't exactly go down into the depths of the mine considering it was crawling with zombie corpses and ANBU. Not exactly accessible, basically.[ 1 / 3 ] There was something pleasant about the task of seeking out ore to mine. It wasn't fun, exactly, but it felt about right in regards to what it got you. It didn't take too long, and it wasn't too much of a hassle.[ 2 / 3 ] As per usual, it didn't take long to find a vein. She was almost sad about it, honestly, because it meant she had to sit around doing ******** nothing but smacking a wall. Ah, mining once again. Sumika's natural enemy, or something like that. Basically she didn't like this process at all, and definitely didn't like the newer, more detailed process she was being asked to take part in. It just felt like a time sink.[ 1 / 7 ] And so the pickax was raised again. It fell with a loud plink as she began the process in earnest.
