Yeah, opent up your controle panle (in the start up menu..usually, if not, in My Computer) Then proceed to 'sound, speech, and audio devices" then "change sound theme" (or sometihng close to that) From the scroll menue under "program events" find "start windows" and select it once. Then, use the browse button to find the audio clip you want, double click, apply or save, and violin! New sounds on your comp.

yep, you can make it say things when it boots up, when it shuts down, change all the sounds to it smile
