Kaori nodded and looked at him, eyes determined as she watched everything he did. She was determined to do this right, to get this done and learn it, to prove to him that she was worth teaching. She needed to be worth the effort, for herself more than for him. She’d hate to do wrong by him in this.
Once she felt she had the step memorized she worked on putting memory to physicality. She carefully, if perhaps a little too mechanized, to in her head, but it was a start, she set up for the spin step, but it was clumsy at best. She stumbled slightly and tripped over herself, “Son of a-”

Theodin decided to take a break from futon for a bit and opened his maruton scroll, finding a jutsu he thought sounded fun, he set the scroll aside and got ready to give it a shot. He concentrated his chakra, visualizing a whirling ball of chakra in his palm. He held his hand palm up and tried to make his mental image materialize. The chakra began to spiral in his hand, but quickly flew apart. (1/3)
Trying again, theodin visualized how the jutsu should look as he concentrated his chakra into his right palm. He held his palm up and tried again to make it form. This time the ball of spiraling chakra held together as he charged at the dummy, but burst on impact. (2/3)
Trying one more time, Theodin concentrated his chakra. He held up his palm and watched the ball form. This time when he thrust it towards the dummy’s chest, it started twisting the wood as it carved out the chest of the dummy. (3/3)
Rasengan [ Spiral Sphere ] Learned!
For his next trick, Theodin made a shadow clone to help himself out. He focused his chakra into the palm of his hand like before, with the clone adding more chakra and manipulating it. The basic sphere formed, but flew apart as it started growing. The clone poofed out of existence after the jutsu.(1/3)

Theodin went back to his fuuton scroll and noticed another rasengan jutsu using wind chakra. He concentrated his chakra into his palm, trying to make it rotate again. He held up his palm like before. The wind chakra was a bit unstable and flew apart on formation. (1/3)
Theodin concentrated his chakra again, visualizing the jutsu as it should work. He held his hand palm up again. The sphere formed and held stable, but flew apart when he pushed it into the dummy. (2/3)
Theodin was getting frustrated, he usually could switch elements on jutsu like it was nothing. He held his palm up again as he concentrated his wind chakra on spiraling within a ball in his hand. When the ball formed he pressed it into the dummy’s chest and watched it carve out the chest cavity. (3/3)

After a minute to rest, Theodin read through the futon scroll some more as well as his suiton scroll and saw found the jutsus he wanted to learn and how destructive they were. So he went outside to the academy courtyard to finish those parts of his training without destroying the room more or hurting anyone.

Kaori bit her lip and took his hand to let him help her up. She looked down at her feet as she flushed in shame. She couldn’t believe she had made such a fool of herself like that. She blushed harder when she heard Nova laughing at her. She was so angry with herself at this point that she was honestly trying to prevent tears. Something she hated about herself, when she was angry she cried. She took a deep breath and forced herself to be calm, “I’m sorry I’m causing such trouble for you.” She whispered softly as she scuffed her foot on the floor, “I can do better.”

Ayame looked around as the others trained and smiled. Kaori and Nova were doing well and Theodin just wasn't stopping. She chuckled and Daichi nudged her face and she patted him on the head. He then trotted over to Theodin and sat beside him reading over his shoulder being as nosey as possible before licking him directly on the side of the face. He then sat by his side all nonchalantly like he had doe nothing.

Theodin sat there reading and noticed Daichi looking over his shoulder. When the big dog licked him in the side of the face, he looked over laughing, "Hey Daichi, what's up bud?" After a few more minutes, he found some raiton jutsu he liked the sound of and got up. He walked over to Ayame, "Hey mom, would you mind helping me out with some more raiton? I want to work on lightning armor, hell thrust, and sigh of the yellow dragon for now, you know any of those?"

Daichi just smiled and said hi then followed Theodin to Ayame. Ayame looked up at her son as his shadow fell over her, "Good God you look just like your father...." she sighed and shook her head, "Yes I know them all actually." She stood and dusted off her clothing, "Lightning armor is taking your raiton and putting it good two to three inches off your body and putting it throughout your system. It feels like a really awesome caffeine rush and boosts your speed and can even deflect things. Saved my butt when I sparred Knives." She paused for a moment she hadn't used hell thrust in a while but the knowledge was still there, "Hell thrust, depending on how many fingers you use is what the strength is based on. One finger being the most powerful in which it can cut through almost anything. You just focus most if not all of your chakra and power into the tip of your fingers." She then looked at Theodin as he asked about the last one, "Sigh of the Yellow Dragon, be sure when you use it you are ready to take someone's life. It is a horrible way to die but a beautiful attack." She wasn't blood thirsty she just thought the attack in and of itself was something to behold. "First, you give your opponent a huge shock which should force them to there knees and make them lose control for a moment. Literally they are stuck there not able to control anything within their bodies. The second shock is even larger than the first and will reduce your opponent to ashes."

Theodin stood and listened to Ayame’s instructions, nodding when she got to sign of the yellow dragon, “Yeah, I understand that, mom, really most of these S-rank ninjutsu I’ve learned are too destructive to use other than when enemies absolutely need to die, and even then I’d probably only use them in something like an open battlefield” He then stepped back and tried the first jutsu.
He focused his raiton chakra, trying to build a layer of it a couple inches from his skin. He performed a quick handseal and felt a quick jolt, he looked at his arms and saw the lightning had coated directly on his skin. “right idea, but not far enough away to really protect me…” he thought to himself. Trying again, Theodin concentrated his chakra through the outermost layer of his skin. He performed the handseal again and felt a slight tingling feeling, he looked at his arms again and saw the lightning armor had formed about 2 inches from his skin like he wanted. “Getting there, but still no awesome rush…” (2/3)
Theodin tried one more time, concentrating his chakra into te outermost layer of his skin and trying to cycle it through his muscles nd nerves too. He performed the handseal again and suddenly felt a huge rush of energy. His eyes bugged open for a second as he realized how much faster he was able to move and react. “Ok, this is awesome!” (3/3)
Raiton no Yoroi [ Lightning Armor ] Learned !
For his next jutsu, Theodin found a dummy nearby and began concentrating, trying to focus his chakra into the tips of his fingers. Extending four fingers to start off, he noticed his black lightning chakra forming around them, more densely focused at the tips. He then thrusted his hand at the dummy and watched his finger slice right into it, but not very far. (1/3)
Trying again, Theodin started concentrating his chakra again. Extending only two fingers this time, He watched his black lightning crackle all around his fingers. He thrust his hand at the dummy again and watched his hand cut through the wooden arm of it. (2/3)
For his final test shot, he concentrated his chakra as much as possible. He extended only his index finger this time, wanting to test the most powerful version, and watched his finger coat in black lightning, with almost a spike or claw at the end of the one finger from the amount of chakra around it. He jabbed the metal straps of the dummy with his finger and his hand went right through it like nothing. (3/3)
Jigokuzuki [ Hell Thrust ] Learned !
For the last jutsu, Theodin exhaled a large cloud of chakra and 3 humanoid maruton golems formed from it, he made sure to put in extra chakra to give them the ability to actually take the full hit of the jutsu. Theodin concentrated a ton of chakra into his right hand and reached out to touch the head of the golem. The golem seized up and dropped to its knees. With another huge surge of lightning chakra, Theodin watched the golem crumble away before poofing out of existence. (1/3)

Theodin walked back over by his mom, and reached down to give Daichi a scratch behind the ear. “Damn, that was one hell of a rush from the lightning armor. Kaori gave Knives a slight smile, all she could do at the moment until she fully calmed down, then nodded, "Alright." She agreed, maybe she was pushing too hard at the moment, she just felt like she had so much she had to learn, and so little time to learn it. But then, she'd always pushed herself to hard, it was something she'd developed after her parents had been killed and she'd been on her own, "I think I could use that rest actually." She admitted. She was just too close to the problem, to focused on it.
