When millions of children get abandoned in china every year because of birthing limitations, you kinda forget about one.
In america, Teens have children almost quite literally every week.
Most of them are abandoned or orphaned.

The difference and relevance to this conversation?
Those kids didn't have some super rich parent to leave behind all of their posessions to when they died, they never knew who their father was, and they never grew up in a real home with running water, electricity, or a bed to sleep on.

I'm sorry Heath ledger died.
But get over it. Important s**t is happening, beyond iconically idolized fame, and people are ignoring it nowadays. So when I hear about something relevant to the whole instead of the fraction, i'll listen.

i really could care less if he WERE famous. That's not what makes it sad. You're all boo hoo about kids in other countries and ones in this that lose their parents, but you don't care merely because he is an actor? A person is a person. Excuse me for caring about him and his family. Sure I never knew the guy, only knew of him because of the movies, but acting makes a person....it describes their personality. So don't yell at me for caring about him. He was the first celebrity I have EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE CARED WHETHER HE WAS DEAD OR NOT!!! Hell I didn't even give a crap when the people died in 9/11 or how they're dying now in Iraq and whatever other country. I know I'm a coldhearted beotch, but the moment I DO care, you shoot me down. Ok, I'll remember to care a little less.

Oh and all the work that I do to help end POVERTY, STARVATION, and in that DEATH in those third worlds, I'll make sure to stop that too. Stop caring about everyone and everything ok. I'll make sure I don't go to Mexico next time to feed and teach people how to survive in a better way than prostituting themselves and I'll make sure to stop starving myself each year to participate in a 30hr famine that raises money to help feed a kid and teach their family how to continue to feed themselves. Oh and better yet, I'll make sure that that bum down the street doesn't get a few essential items like soap, a tooth brush, a little cash to feed him, food, and give it back to all those greedy people in our country.

DON'T EVER LECTURE ME ABOUT KIDS BEING ABANDONED YOU SELF-RIGHTEOUS JERK! TRUST ME, I KNOW A HELL OF A LOT MORE WHAT THEY GO THROUGH THAN YOU DO. AND I'M TRYING TO HELP. SO ONCE AGAIN FREAKING EXCUSE ME FOR GETTING A LITTLE EMOTIONAL OVER A GUY THAT DIED SO YOUNG AND SO SHOCKINGLY TOO. The possessions that rich people leave behind doesn't make a damn difference. A loss of a father is STILL a loss and that little girl will grow up without him. I feel sorry for her for having to go through that, because I understand her freaking pain. scream

A loss of a life is a loss of a life, actor or homeless bum or dentist or...it'll affect someone. Ledger was someone's son, father, family member or friend...Gin, you'd care if someone like that to you died, yeah?

...says the person who can't find the will to get out of bed, for fear that they'll do something utterly stupid. Extreme depression ftw!

And Gin must apologize for his behavior in his earlier post...
Earlier that day he found out that the blood he donated for children in the neighborhood orphanage got burned up, because some drugged up assmat ran into the blood truck while trying to escape from the police. All the samples had to be burned because they were considered contaminated.

Thus, depression came creeping back in like the guy you kicked out of the party for the 22nd time.

Gin's depression has decreased though, he'd like to say.
He came back in contact with his best friend whom he carried on his back in all hours of the night, during a party. And he may be moving back soon, so Gin won't feel so friendless anymore.
