She opened her eyes and nodded. "Yes."

Malachi smiled. "Good. Now, do you remember the stance I had you use earlier? I need you to get back into that."

Kiena took a deep breath and got into the stance.

"Now make a Bala, but try not to fire it. That is a lot easier said than done because the Bala wants to escape your pressure as fast as possible."

Kiena started to charge up her Bala. As it reached it's charge time it fired.

Malachi gently patted Kiena's shoulder. "Like I said, it's harder than it looks. Give it another try."

Kiena nodded and closed her eyes. She began again, the charge going past the normal time it would take her.

Malachi smiled. "Perfect. Now, I want you to fire it at yourself. It sounds crazy, but you won't get hurt."

Kiena nodded and fired it at herself.

As she fire the Bala, it splayed around her, making an almost armor-like coating. "Now, control your Bala. Wrap it around your body."

Kiena cocentrated on controling the bala.

Slowly, the Bala copied her shape, creating a semi transparent layer of crimson goo. Malachi clapped. "Good! Now relax and try moving around. You need to make sure your Bala Inversa is flexible."
