I'm back, I read your post...and I will reply in turn.
And no, the Time Chamber doesn't "Do" anything. It just gives me a leeway to post for "an entire year" and that gives me plenty of options in what to do.

Not much, the place is meant for training only. Be it of the body or the mind...and it isn't white light always...The temperature in the training area fluctuates rapidly, ranging between -40F and 122F, and the air pressure is a quarter of Earth's (in the anime, the air is said to grow denser the deeper one goes into the chamber).
And I'm going to make the weather elements implement themselves out further into the chamber.
