Change From War (Furturistic Role Play)

Basics: This is a role play about a war that raged on. In the end, everything changed from the result of nuclar blasts, radiation and solar winds. War is between genetically enhanced warriors who are designed from the Colonies, and the Mutengenics, which habit the earth now, wanting all to be like them.

Rule (Better read them)
1: No godmoding (Obviously)
2:Everything is PG-16 (No sexual contant, kissing ok, anything more, take to the PM's)
3: Stick to the plot
4: No Vampric, saiyen, or super human hybreds. If you want to know if your hybred is acceptable, ask me.

Plot: The year is 4027. A cold war has raged on for a centuries. Earth is a toxic waste land where there are pockets of life forms, but everyone there are mutated hybreds. These hybreds were the result of uncontroled radiation, and nearly two hundred nucular missles going off.
Humans evacuated into space colonies before the war broke out and now live in the colonies, waiting for the war to end. Colonist Leaders have worked together to design a team worthy enough to enter the Earth and destroy the colonies' enemies, so the people can once again habit their home planet.

Military background: Served in World War Three. Medal of honour in space weaponary and tatics in military space school. Top ranking in martial arts, weapons and infiltration.
Abilities: Command Alpha team, access restrected levels on Alpha Colony. Three times stronger then average soldier, three times faster.

Dilando, Matrix was killed in World War 3. Alpha Colony healed his body and genetically enhanced his form. Bringhim back to life as the leader of the Alpha Colony Assult team, Matrix and his team. His team in the war were killed prior to his death.

Men in white lab coats walked down the metalic hallway of Alpha Colonie's Restricted area. Behind them, were military soldiers with advanced defence suites and automatic weapons. The men stopped at a heavy looking door and turned to face it.
One lifted a key card and pressed it into a slot by the door. A computor created voice came on over the speaker.

"Security Clearance Granted" it spoke in a toneless voice.

The door slid open, and fog spilled into the hallway as the men entered the cold storage. Each step squeek lightly against the thin layer of ice on the floor.

"Wait at the door." The leader of the men said to the guards, who obeyed without question.

The scientists walked into the very back of the room. Entering another room, one of the scientist flicked on a light. Before them was a cylender filled with a green fluid, whish strangly wasn't frozen. Inside was the body of a man, no later then twenty years of age.
The leader walked over to it and brushed the crystal-like ice from the name plate. The name read "Dilando, Matrix". Smiling, the men started to get to work bringing the strange being out of cold storage.
Wheeling it out on a hover cart, the men carefully guided it back to the lab where they instently went to work draining the green fluid, and extracting the body from it's glass holding. The body was motionless, except for it's breathing. His black hair was wet and came to a rest in the middle of his shoulder.

The men worked quickly, removing the tubes that kept him alive, putting monitoring pads on his temples. In a hours work, the monitoring system that showed the men his brain waves and heart rate was flashing at a excellent rate.
"It works, by accelerating the brainwaves slightly we've managed to make him think faster. He's reading like a normal human, but it's clear his muscle fibers are three times stronger then a average human." The voice belonged to a representive who was explaining everything to the Alpha Colony Military Advisor, who was running the project.

Excellent" A man dressed in a military uniform stated. "I want it operational within the hour."

The men in the room heard what he said, and went about bringing the man back from his stasis sleep. In a few minues, he was wide awake and sitting up.

"Dilando, Matrix, awaiting orders." The man said with a cold tone.

"Suite up, you and your team are going in." The man in the military uniform ordered.

The main port at Alpha Colony was always busy with captains and their ships docking and deporting, as well as landed officers loading and unloading cargo. A few military and uniformed men wondered around to make sure everything ran smoothly, and no one was smuggling anything.
A large room near the entrence was used to recieve access codes and guide ships into their proper docking bay.
