The Racing Scene Tier's consists of 3 Tier's. Tier 1 being the group for the best racers of all time to be placed in.

Tier 2 is for the select group of Racers that managed to stand out of all the racers in Tier 3 and were close to making it into the Tier 1 list.

Tier 3 is where every other racer that isn't listed is placed until they start to stand out.
