Blades252 alright....shy girl and a burly buff man...should be interesting
in the town,while everyone was checking out Jack and his 'kill' a young girl was traversing in the crowd, she wasn't the biggest fan of crowds and even preferred not giving any eye contact to the people around her. she did take notice to the deer the man had on his shoulders, when she had noticed the deer she seemed to remember the similarities of what the man was doing and what her parents did, her parents were born hunters, and were skilled at quickly grabbing and killing giant deer and such to give to their village. it made her miss the days of her parents but, before the man would disappear she shook her head trying to back out of her own memory so she wouldn't be pushed in the street after all, she was a small girl in a town, it wouldn't be too hard for someone to knock her down by accident from not seeing her.
Managing to avoid being bumped into she got to the side of the street, watching as everyone walked by, seemingly still minding their own business, she did have a knack for going unnoticed as she was quiet and small, so staring at the crowd of people that were walking by just caused her to stare into the crowd. to the crowd her eyes would be covered, by her pale white hair, while upon her own perspective her eyes could see behind the hair, allowing her not to miss anything that walks by. Seeing as she believed she watched the crowd die down a little she would proceed to walk in the street this time standing by the buildings as to avoid the middle of the street. Strangely enough she would find herself near the butcher shop, unexpected stop that she didn't plan but because she was near it she peered inside of it, her body hiding half itself at the doorway. she would Spy upon her spot that same big man that had the deer in the streets that everyone was complimenting and even asking for when he was in the streets. she simply just kept an eye inside the shop just observing. |

Didn't help that Jay was far less attentive than her father and he was the one responsible for keeping an eye on them. She tried to see if she could find her on the ground at first, but, soon, it became too crowded for her to be able to force herself further. She was terrified of large crowds. Still, she had the find Selena, so, she found an alley to shift and made her way up tot eh rooftops, careful to avoid drawing too much attention to herself. Once up top, she found some roofs that she'd be able to walk and hop across and shifted back. From there, she looked out over the crowd, scanning it. Finally, near some guy boasting about his hunt, she saw the white hair and feathers that marked where her friend was. She started to follow her, keeping tot he rooftops and pausing here and there to find the best way to cross gaps.
She eventually paused and scanned again, only to find her peering into a shop. Looking at the sign below her, it seemed like it was a butchers. She backtracked a bit and found a way down tot eh ground and circled out from the alley to join her friend. "Selena? What happened? One second you were beside me and then you were gone.” She was even more anxious in large crowds than Selena and she was on the edge of what she could handle right now, hugging her arm close to her and rubbing it nervously. She was also incredibly soft-spoken, her voice sometimes difficult to pick up in normal situations unless you were familiar with it. It was only as she glanced around nervously that she noticed that the man that had drawn a crowd earlier was inside with the butcher. Selena would be hiding at the front door, she just seemed curious about the butcher shop, after all it was sort of similar. she wouldn't notice her friend showing up seemingly worried, which of course caused her to jump a little in the surprise but she would look down when she voiced how worried she was. "S....Sorry Skye, I got distracted and when I noticed that we separated, I tried to walk in the direction we were heading...but...i got distracted again....sorry" she said looking down. she didn't mean to worry her nor put her under more stress from the shyness they both had, to which Selena was a bit better at in crowds but not much difference when it came to individuals. She easily took notice to Skye holding her arm, it made it clear she was uncomfortable in these crowds, it made her feel a bit bad for being distracted and causing her to get nervous about the crowds. She was about to let go of the door frame and back away from the butcher shop when she heard a voice which caused her to freeze in place as it meant she was seen.
She would slowly have her head turn back to inside the butcher shop seeing the hunter that caught the deer walking towards her which made her more nervous, Selena was a bit different when it came to Skye in her shyness, yet they were similar in ways, Selena was more shy to being around people she didn't know and was why she often always observed from distances, only because she had a hard time trusting people. she would have her mouth open as if she was trying to say something in response to the man, something along the lines of 'sorry I didn't mean to stare' but she didn't get those words out rather just a few sounds of her trying to make words. it was clear she was trying to saying something but her nervousness was making it difficult to say anything, he was used to not speaking to others and more observing not having to deal with contact. her eyes slightly went to the side to look at Skye as she was there too but probably unnoticed wondering if she help her out with words or even dragging her away in her frozen state. |

She tensed a bit, her fingers digging into her arm and the knuckles turning paler. She then turned to see Selena standing stock still and on verge of panic herself. This wasn't a good situation to be in. She took a deep breathe and tried to not panic as she listened to the big man in the butcher's. With a muttered apology to Selena, she took her arm and dove into the shop. She was trembling slightly, but, being out of the crow was helping her anxiety already. "S-sorry...s-she's a good friend of mine and got separated from out group. Sh-she was just curious. A-and sorry f-for barging in...I-I d-don't h-handle large crowds well...” She knelt on the ground, feeling slightly queasy and rubbed her face a little. She'd just avoided a breakdown herself. "I-I just...n-need a couple minutes..." Even though she was speaking to the two men, her voice remained incredibly quiet. It wasn't a strained quiet like someone who might be afraid, but rather a soft and easy quiet, as if she never made loud sounds or raised her voice. She took Serena's hand and held it to try and comfort her even as she was dealing with her own anxiety. Selena just stared at the man, before she would look down at the ground still sort of stuck where she was, talking to strangers was probably one of the hardest things for her, and it showed, she was about to try and nod her head a little before she would find her arm grabbed and her whole body dragged into the shop with Skye, it seemed that her focus on freezing allowed her to completely miss that there was a crowd showing up, packing the streets even more, again her distracted self didn't notice it and probably caused Skye more issues as she was kneeling on the ground, due to the crowd outside, Selena knew how bad she was with large crowds and it wasn't nice to watch. So trying to be a good friend she would stay by her during the whole thing, she already had her hand in her hand, she kept her hand with hers as to help her out with support, She didn't know what else to do besides being there with her during it, she still felt like it was her fault for the whole attack as she wondered off,causing worry which never helps in anxiety. Selena would just sit next to Skye as she was trying to calm down, her voice coming out for the others to finally hear "Sorry..." the voice seemingly not afraid in its tone, despite her being quiet she had a hard time making her voice seem quiet as she spoke just as loud as she would normally, she just was easy to freeze in place. "we....both are...not good with...strangers....and crowds..." she stated still looking down but it was clearly stated to tell the men whom Skye just said she wasn't good with crowds. |

Skye was very accepting. But, right now, Skye was too worked up to really say too much, instead, simply squeezing Selena's hand reassuringly. After a few moments, she looked pup to see the man holding out some jerky for them. She hesitantly took it. "Th-Thanks. Sorry. I-I'm kinda claustrophobic...and kinda not. It's only with being surrounded by people. Th-the doctor called it En-och-lo-phobia...” She struggled to recite the ridiculously difficult name. "Basically, it means a fear of large crowds. I-I can't really help it any. Thank you. I don't suppose you know where the Robyns Commerce and Communications Office for this town is would you?" She looked up to Selena. "I...didn't tell Jay so...I kinda don't know where he is right now, but, he should be going to the office here in town. Selena would keep by Skye as she would try and recover, never intended to move from it as she always helped her, so she would always try and help Skye as best as she could even if it was small, such as staying next to her, although she did screw that up just recently, but that was for another blaming session to remember. when Jack showed them some jerky, she was sower and more hesitant than Skye as she waited until skye took the jerky first before she would slowly move her hand grabbing a piece as well, she would slowly put it in her mouth, her eyes still covered by her hair, yet her mouth sowed she was slowly gnawing on it "thank....you..." she muttered as she went back to slowly gnawing on it. she would remain in this state slowly gnawing until Skye turned to her mentioning Jay, the older brother of Skye, she would just look at her seemingly saddened he didn't know where they were. "sorry....again...I'll try not to wonder off again" she made the promise of course and she has the full intent to keep it, but there are just times like now where she gets easily distracted enough to cause her to not notice when shes off trail or off track, one of her flaws mostly in her eyes. unlike Skye though when it came to explaining why she was shy around people, she really couldn't say it, mainly because it was to her a dumb reasoning and no one would understand it, as she was more afraid to talk to most people because she had no idea if they were nice or not even if they acted she instinctively wouldn't know and would freeze in most cases or run. |

Selena Remained quiet after her ext apology, the pressure from Skye squeezing her hand made it clear enough she was sort of accepting it or brushing it off as unimportant. The man even offered to show them the best path to get there away from crowds, she watched as Skye took his hand to stand up only to take back Selena's hand after getting up, only to have her follow suite in standing up. She even accepted his offer, however reluctant, Selena wasn't going to argue, nor could she in honesty. She just remained silent her head downwards looking at the ground and their feet, still hiding her eyes from everyone as it was her thing. When she accepted the offer to be guided, Skye would feel a squeeze from her hand showing that Selena was still nervous with being helped and such, but Skye knew that Selena would go along with any plan she had even if she was nervous or scared of said plan, since she knew she could trust Skye with these kinds of decisions. |
