The Library and Administration Offices are in the same building.
Students seeking advice on job placement after graduation can seek the help of the Chaplain through the Administration Office. Students reporting to the Principal must also go to this building. Staff members also use the Administration Building as a "staff meeting room". Meetings with the Chaplain or the Principal must be arranged with the Secretary at least 3 days prior to the planned date.
Hunter was in the Library, stocking up on books that he would need for studying. They weren't the official study books, but things to aid in research. He didn't need much for his major, but his minor in robotics and animation, two things he had basic knowledge of but no practical skill, they were important. He sat down in a chair to begin reading, knowing he'd be unhappy if he checked out a book that did not contain what he wanted. A few pages into each and he was satisfied enough. He went to the counter to check out his books when he noticed the time. Lunch hour would be ending soon, so he needed to get a move on if he wanted something to eat. He hated the "snacks" from places like Starbucks and so he quickly bolted to the Cafeteria.

Nora was in the Administration Center, waiting on the other side of the Office Desk, being given the usual welcome to the university lecture by the Principal. She knew what she was getting into, she just wanted her campus map and her student ID so she could be on her way. She anxiously tapped her long fingernails into her arm in anticipation for leaving. Once she was handed her things, she all but bolted out of the doors and towards her new home. She hoped she could call the campus a true home and the students and staff family, but this was a dream she wasn't ready to attach to. In case it didn't come true. She'd been let down too many times before.

Theodore was busy looking for every book he could find, and carry back to his dorm room, about astronomy and anything related to it. Many students, whom he knew would be in the same classes as him, were busy reading science fiction novels in the couch area of the Library, but Theo was after nothing else but proper non-fiction. He wanted the real deal; autobiographies, magazines, articles, and all the works. His range of topics was vast, as was his subjects, but all relative to one another. As he was carrying the almost twelve books towards the check-out, he noticed a black-haired girl leaving in a hurry. Seeing as she had nothing to do with him, he shook his head and continued along his way. The librarian looked at him with a dumb-founded look over the amount of books he was checking out.
"Is there a limit to books available for check out?" he querried.
"Well, no, but this is a lot of books to read in the weekly time. Are you sure you can handle this work load?" she replied.
Theo smiled, "I thank you for the concern, but I am a fast reader and more likely than not, I will be finishing them all within four days. You'll be seeing me again very soon! Ta!" he laughed in response. He collected the books that were now checked out in his name and made his way to the Student Dormitories.

Kimberly had led the way to the Library, walking in to the grand entrance and smiling at the sight of the books down the hall. "Administration Offices are this way, let's hurry before they close the meetings with the Principal today. The petition box is right in the Admissions Lobby, so we can get everything done in one visit," she said as she walked down the side hall.
Once in the lobby, Kimberly stepped forward and asked about making an appointment with the principal. The secretary mentioned that they would be able to take the last meeting of the day and to take a seat until the principal was finished with his previous meeting. "Should be a few minutes, she told us to take a seat. Let's sign that petition while we're waiting," she stated. She grabbed a pen and signed her name, in what seemed like an elegant typing font, on the dotted line. "Three more signatures and the tavern is a go," she laughed.

Kolya followed after Kimberly, the expert of the campus grounds. He remained quiet for a long time, mostly because he had little to say. Kimberly managed to get Hunter the appointment he needed to talk about the tattooing, and they could sign the petition for the taverns construction. When Kimberly mentioned it only needed three more signatures, he let out a sharp laugh that sounded slightly more like a cough. "Well then, let's make this happen!" he stated as he signed his name. Out of habit, he wrote his name in full Russian romanization, Коля Иннокентий, instead. He handed the pen to Jace to sign, although Hunter or Ebony could both step forward to take it as well.
Jace followed behind the others looking around as they walked. He followed them to the administrations office keeping up with Kimberly's pace since she didn't want them to miss their chance at having a meeting with the principal. He waited with the others while she spoke to the secretary and listened as she explained it would be a few minutes. "Awesome" he said when she said they only needed a few more signatures. He took the pen from Kolya and signed his name on next dotted line.
"If they have games and karaoke, then I'll sign!" Ebony exclaimed. She took the pen after Jace and signed her name beneath his, giving the third signature needed. "The more names, the better~!" she giggled, handing the pen to Hunter to sign. As she was handing it over, the secretary said Hunter could see the principal. "Sign it when you come out, okay?" she sighed, twirling the pen in her hand between her fingers.
Hunter reached to take the pen from Ebony when the secretary called him for his meeting. He pulled his arms down to his sides and gave a nervous smile, "ωιѕн мє ℓυ¢к."
He followed the secretary and sat in the chair across from the principal. Hunter explained what he was after; permission by the school to tattoo students, even under supervision by a teacher, during the free period on weekends. The whole time the principal was in thought, going through files on his desk and typing away at his computer, mumbling to himself the whole time, Hunter's heart was racing in his chest. After several minutes of waiting, the principal handed him a sheet of paper. "รเﻮภ ђєгє คภ๔ ฬє ђคשє ค ๔єคl. ฬђєภ tђเร เร ๒єเภﻮ ๔๏ภє, ค tєคςђєг ๓ยรt ๒є קгєรєภt, ๒ยt tђเร ςคภ ๒є คภץ tєคςђєг ๏г รtคŦŦ ђєгє. ๒ยt, קlєครє, ภ๏ שยlﻮคг ๔єรเﻮภร," he mentioned with a sly grin.
Hunter grabbed his things and shook the principal's hand, thanking him the whole time. When he walked over to the others, his smile was genuine and warm. "ωє gσт ρєямιѕѕιση!" he shouted, unable to suppress his emotions.
Jace let Ebony take the pen and turned to look at the secretary when she called Hunter. "Good luck!" he called out after him as he made his way in. He looked around at his friends as they waited for Hunter. He put an arm around Kolya's shoulder. "I bet you're excited for that back tattoo. It's going to look amazing" he said seeing as he really loved the design. He was confident that Hunter would get permission. He looked up at Hunter when he came back keeping his arm slung over Kolya's shoulder. "Thats awesome!" he said.
"Awesome news! Maybe at some point, there can be some tattooing extra-curricular. I'm sure there are other students who would love to experience and adapt their artistic skills for tattooing," Kimberly said. The group had gotten through everything they set out to do today. They'd met up, befriended one another, gotten lunch, and now they'd gone to the office and secured Hunter his tattooing time. There wasn't much to do during the rest of the day, other than hang around the Student Lounge. And, as much as she wanted to spend time with her new friends, jet lag was still making her fatigued. "Are we going to split up until dinner? I could use another nap," she said with a loud yawn.

Kolya was very excited, to say the least, about getting the back tattoo done properly by Hunter. It would be something he'd always thought about but could now have. Even though he wouldn't be paying in cash for the ink, as students would be paying in Points, he'd have to thank Hunter over and over again. He was about to respond to Jace verbally, but he felt his body spoke volumes over sound. He did turn when Kimberly spoke, yawning at the end of her sentence, and laughed. "I think a mid-afternoon nap is the perfect solution to waste time until dinner. Who knows, maybe we can make more friends in the dinner session? More students will be arriving around then anyhow," he mentioned with a light shrug.
"I was going to do some stretching in the gym, before working on some gymnastics and circus tricks, so splitting up works for me. I don't like training with onlookers," Ebony said, taking a more serious tone with her voice. She was still perky and upbeat, but focused now. This was because when it came to training, she put in 110% each and every time, rain or shine, injury or not. She had a lot of roles to fill in the Circus Troupe and she didn't want to let her extra-curricular team down. Even though she hadn't met anyone else in the Troupe. Yet.
I totally think that Jace and Kolya should be a couple. This whole darkness-attracting-darkness thing is too much to skip out on! I mean, start it as a bromance, but I say gun for it.
Hunter quickly signed the petition and put the pen down, happy for himself and his friends. Kolya seemed to be anticipating the tattoo greatly, and he had a feeling his evenings would be busy beyond belief very soon. For him, it was less about the money and more about the art. He didn't care if students paid him at all, to be honest. He just wanted people to get artwork they loved, something with meaning, and something they would be proud to wear. Even more, he wanted to fix errors and problems others had with previous works or cover bodily abnormalities; self-harm scars, surgery scars, and birth marks. If tattoos helped someone with their body image, he wanted to help. Jace listened to everyone talk about splitting up until dinner. He would going back to the dorms with Kolya since their rooms were right next to each others. Ebony would be going to practice and Hunter was going to go practice his tattoo ideas. "Alright so what time should we meet up for dinner?" he asked everyone his arm still slung over Kolya's shoulder. "None of us have exchanged numbers yet" he pointed out.

Kimberly took her phone out and paused for a moment. "I'm on an international SIM but texts and calls are pricey for me to make. I do have social media apps you can add me on though," she said, referring to things like Facebook and Snapchat. She wrote some details out on a piece of paper she had in her bag and let everyone look at it and copy the information.
Ding. Ding. D-Ding. The school bell rang, signaling the end of the lunch break. Several security officers were kindly telling students and staff to move out of the cafeteria to allow the restaurants time to prepare for the dinner service. "We should get going," she said with a yawn. She slung her bag over her bag and grabbed her drink and stood up.

"I have a cheap phone that drops out in calls, but texts should be fine for me. I also have social media so that might help," he admitted. He was about to say something else when the bell tolled. It caught him off guard and he flinched a little. He let out a slight nervous laugh and gathered his things. He made sure everyone had his number and other details and made his way after Kimberly, keeping an eye on the closing security officers. He wasn't afraid of them, but he didn't want to get into any kind of trouble prior to classes starting in the morning.
