⌈Personality⌉ Mattheus is arrogant, stuck up, and prissy. He refuses to listen to anyone, seeing himself as a higher and better person. The only people he will respect are those acknowledged by Evelyn (i.e stronger guildmates). He likes to believe himself the best at everything and will vie after his aunt's attention at all times of the day.
Despite this sour outer skin, Mattheus is able to adapt to any situation. He's a class A actor and isn't afraid of twisting his attitude to fit someone's needs. Mattheus can come off as eloquent and charismatic - he was brought up in a royal family after all - and uses his boyish charms to manipulate others he deems as weaker.
Towards people that aren't his aunt, Mattheus is sarcastic and crude, dishing out insults even if they're completely hypocritical. He rarely ever says a word that isn't accompanied by a sneer or a condescending smirk. Mattheus is utterly disgusted by any humans outside of the guild. He sees them just as bugs, which he has enjoyed torturing since childhood. Anyone who dares to interact with him outside of the guild is practically marking their own grave. Mattheus doesn't give a single s**t about who or what he hurts - only caring for Evelyn and the people she has accepted into her guild.
Unlike how he is towards outsiders, Mattheus is teasing towards guild members. He will voice his opinions, no matter how crude, but has a definite soft spot underneath the hard exterior. He will make fun of guild mates whilst giving useful advice and tender catering, he will say something that could be classified as rude while having good intentions underneath his words. He somehow manages to be an absolute brat and angel at the same time. It's an oxymoron, but carries the same definition as 'sickeningly sweet'.
Towards those he sincerely cares for and respects, Mattheus is clingy and possessive, always wanting to be the center of attention. He's used to getting his way for everything and is not yet beyond throwing tantrums to get what he wants.
His attitude towards Evelyn takes a complete 180. Mattheus becomes considerate, caring, elegant, and sweet. The complete embodiment of a graceful teen that has been taught empathy and etiquette from a young age. Anything his aunt needs, he will acquire for her. Anything she wishes for him to do, he will achieve at any cost.
One could say he's a bit bipolar.

⌈Weapon(s)⌉ Chastefoil is the name given to six floating orbs. These orbs are complete with a single spear like spike that protrudes from one side. By using telekinesis, Mattheus is able to make Chastefoil join together into a shield or form into a larger spear. When not joined together, each individual Chastefoil is quite fragile and easily destroyed. Fortunately, Mattheus is able to reform them with ease, even if they're in ashes.

⌈Fighting Styles⌉ Bōjutsu translated from Japanese as "staff technique", is the martial art of using a staff weapon called bō which simply means "staff". Some techniques involve blocking, deflecting, and swinging with the staff. It is mainly used as a defensive form of countering smaller weapons such as knives and swords.
Sōjutsu translated from Japanese as "spear technique", is the martial art of using a spear weapon called sō which simply means "spear". Some techniques involve slashing, hacking, and stabbing with the spear. It is mainly used as an offensive form of fighting.
Fencing the art of jabbing and stabbing with a sword to make contact with an opponent. Comes in handy when trying to utilize the 'touching' portion of his spells.
Kenjutsu a Japanese martial arts style focused on sword techniques.
Iaido is a Japanese martial art that emphasizes being aware and capable of quickly drawing the sword and responding to a sudden attack.
Mattheus employs these techniques when using Chastefoil in its spear and sword form.

-Wrath | Basic
This spell makes the victim angry. Angry to the point that their judgment is clouded and they can no longer think strategically in battle. This spell makes it so that the opponent will execute reckless and rash movements without thinking things through.
-Gluttony | Basic
Once affected, the victim is struck with crippling hunger that turns them into voracious eaters, as well as afflicts them with hallucinations that cause anything (or anyone) living to appear as food. An individual under the effects of Soul of the Wicked Meal will even try to eat their best friend if they are not careful. However, the desire to eat can be curbed if one has exceptionally strong willpower, and the Magic itself is negated if the afflicted are rendered unconscious. If someone under the effects of this Magic attempts to continue fighting, the hunger will reduce their physical parameters drastically until such time they find sufficient nourishment.
-Envy | Basic
Envy turns the victim jealous of anyone they have ever thought better than themselves. If the opponent has never been jealous before, then this spell won't affect them. Otherwise, it has the potential to turn people with weak wills/minds against their allies and friends, or anyone they have ever been jealous of.
-Lust | Basic
Lust only affects those who have experienced the "forbidden" pleasure. It cannot be avoided by those people; those affected are struck with pleasure so intense that, if experienced for long enough, causes them to die. The caster can opt to direct this magic on a small group of people (even if they don't meet the requirements), and overload them with pleasure regardless.
-Pride | Basic
Pride works in the same way Wrath does. It clouds the victim's judgment and turn them overly pompous and aloof, to the point where they believe they can triumph over everything by themselves, without the help of others. It's basically like twisting the victim's mind into believing they're capable of running into a tiger's den and coming out alive. Pride will cause victims to underestimate their opponents to the point where they can be killed for miscalculation.
-Sloth | Basic
Once cast, all desired targets are put in a state of intense drowsiness; intense pain will not stop the effects from taking hold, as humans cannot help but succumb to their natural desires. Once the victim(s) of Sloth. close their eyes, they are rendered permanently catatonic. However, once the caster of Sloth is killed, the effects on anyone this spell has ever been cast on will wear off. This means that anyone ever put to sleep with Sloth will wake up.
-Greed | Basic
Greed is another spell that twists the victim's mind into wanting everything for themselves. This spell makes it so that opponents forget what/who they're fighting for and simply focus on their own desires. Of course, if their desires are pure, then this spell doesn't have much effect.
-Desire | Basic
This spell will make the target desire after a specific object to the point of killing to get it.
-Pain | Basic
This is not a sin, but the user is able to cast pain on the victim. This spell is able to inflict immense pain on the victim without actually dealing any damage to their body.
-Fear | Basic
The user will slowly force the opponent to lose courage, breaking their will to fight and causing them uncontrollable fear of death.
-Mental Suffering | Basic
This spell will amplify whatever mental pain or loss the victim is already feeling tenfold. If the victim feels no pain or loss then obviously this spell does not have an effect.
-Physical Suffering | Basic
This spell will amplify whatever physical pain the victim already feels tenfold. If the victim feels no physical pain at all then this spell does not have an effect.
-Total Suffering | Advanced
This spell will amplify any physical pain or mental pain the victim already has twenty fold. If the victim feels no physical or mental pain then this spell won't have an effect.
-Joint Sin | Advanced
The user casts anywhere from two to four of the sins on the same victim at the same time.
-Judgment | Ultimate
Judgment is a spell that takes a great deal of energy to cast. It is the combined effects of all previously mentioned seven sins put together. Meaning that one person will endure the effects of all seven of these sins. It is quite literally living hell and can drive practically anyone insane.

The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in strength, or an increase in the ability for the body's muscle mass to exert force. Basically a body that is stronger.

The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in defense, or an increase in the ability for the body to endure more blows.
-Speed | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in speed.
-Magic Attack | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in magic attack power, or an amplification in the magic power they already have. This does not apply to a stronger body or a more power physically.
-Flexibility | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in flexibility, or the ability to contort their body to unnatural degrees.
-Power | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in power. This commandment grants the user or the ally stronger physical attacks (i.e punches, kicks.)
-Health | Basic
The caster is able to heal minor cuts and wounds on both himself and allies.
-Heal | Advanced
The user is able to heal a major cut or wound on himself or allies.
-Coordination | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in coordination.
-Accuracy | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally an increase in accuracy of attacks.
-Stamina | Basic
The caster is able to grant himself or an ally more stamina should their body feel worn out. This does not heal the body inside or out, it simply gives whoever this spell is used on a boost in energy.
-Anesthesia | Basic
The caster is able to put the effects of Anesthesia on himself or an ally, making them numb to the pain.
-Joint Gift | Advanced
The user is able to grant anywhere from two to four of the above abilities to an ally or them self.
-Blessing | Ultimate
The user is able to grant all of the above mentioned ten abilities (strength, defense, speed, magic attack, flexibility, power, health, coordination, accuracy, and stamina) to a single person. This takes a huge reserve of the caster's energy and will end in whoever this spell is cast on passing out.

-Basic Telekinesis | Basic
The caster is able to influence a physical system without physical interaction. Small objects, cups, books, anything under thirty pounds, is able to be moved with the mind's power. (This spell can only move up to ten objects at a time.)
-Advanced Telekinesis | Advanced
The caster is able to influence a physical system without physical interaction. Medium sized objects, humans, furniture, anything under three hundred pounds, is able to be moved with the mind's power. (This spell can only move up to three objects at a time.)
-Ultimate Telekinesis | Ultimate
The caster is able to influence a physical system without physical interaction. Large objects, anything under three thousand pounds, is able to be moved with the mind's power. (This spell can only move 1 object at a time.)
-Chastefoil | Basic
The six floating orbs will swirl in any direction the user wants, deflecting minor magic projectiles.
-Chastefoil Spear | Basic
The caster uses telekinesis to turn Chastefoil into an adjoined spear-like form.

Adomas Dharke | Father / Unknown
The man Mattheus recognizes biologically as his father, but mentally and physically as a stranger. Mattheus can hardly recall any memories with this man, as his childhood amnesia is just much too strong. He rarely ever asks Evelyn for stories about his father, as the man can barely be called a 'dad'. Despite his attitude towards his biological father, he doesn't hate the man. He just really doesn't feel much of anything towards him.
Collette Dharke | Mother / Deceased
The woman who died giving birth to him. Mattheus knows even less about her than he does about his father.
Evelyn Dharke | Beloved Aunt
The person he loves and respects most in the world. Mattheus quite literally idolizes Evelyn and vies after her attention at all times of the day. Anything to do with his aunt is the absolute best. He has a definite Aunt-complex and will get inexplicably jealous should someone else takes up too much of her attention. Anything Evelyn wants, Mattheus will execute to the best of his ability. His absolute goal in life is to make her happy.
Nebula Seth | 'Second Aunt'
Nebula, as one of his aunt's most trusted subordinates and partners, has also earned Mattheus's respect. When Mattheus is feeling down or mopey because he can't get enough of Evelyn's attention, he'll resort to complaining to Nebula. They often times fangirl/boy over Evelyn together.
Lily-Marie Aethelred | S-Rank
A woman Mattheus keeps his guard up around. She's unpredictable and Mattheus still holds grudges against some of the pranks she's pulled on him. Saying he's salty about being pranked is an understatement.
Skaldevo Palatas | Doggy
Dog is man's best friend and Mattheus quite literally treats Skaldevo as his canine companion. Just as with Nebula, when Evelyn isn't giving him enough attention, he'll run to Skaldevo to play fetch, catch, and other games.

⌈Biography⌉ Mattheus was born as the child of Adomas and Collette Dharke.
While giving birth to him, his mother passed away from exhaustion and lack of nutrition. His father blamed him for his beloved wife's death, cursing Mattheus as a demon child. Little did he realize how correct he was. Mattheus later learned of his connection to the Etherious due to his father's partial witch blood. His father, Adomas, was however, a good man at heart, and couldn't abandon the child despite the loss he felt from losing the love of his life.
Given little attention growing up, Mattheus was often abandoned outside and left forgotten by his father. The servants of the manor he grew up in were afraid of him, as bad things seemed to occur whenever he was around. As a result, Mattheus often found himself alone, left to humor himself by playing with bugs. He soon realized the fun there was in torturing these said bugs, often setting up elaborate traps for ants, spiders, flies, and other insects alike. Mattheus played these similiar mind games with other children his age, looking down on them for not understanding his hardships and purposely psychologically torturing them. Mattheus would frame kids his age and older, coaxing them into trouble that would hurt them both mentally and physically. Whenever he was caught, Mattheus would simply lather on the charm he had learned to use so well, getting off scot-free every time.
Throughout his time at the mansion, he barely interacted with his father, though the man did hire a countless number of tutors to educate the boy. It seemed that although hated for his mother's death, Adomas simply couldn't completely abandon the child. Mattheus was put into numerous classes, ranging from violin to painting, French to Mandarin to English. The majority of the tutors that were hired would quit within a matter of weeks - not because Mattheus was stupid and couldn't learn, no, he was far too intelligent for his age - but because of the psychological burden he put on them. Mattheus would dig up weaknesses and feed off sins, re-triggering his tutor's worst memories and most hidden demons. He was a demon.
Perhaps the reason he became like this was the lack of attention he received from his father. That in it of itself was what pushed Mattheus to cling so possessively to Evelyn, Nebula, Skaldevo, Mikhail, and others today.
At around the age of five, Mattheus's memories blank out and there's a black gap of approximately a year in which he has no idea what happened. When his memories do pick up, his father gone from his life and replaced by his aunt, Evelyn. Unlike the disconnect he felt with his father, Mattheus had a definite bond with Evelyn from the moment he set eyes on her. Mattheus learned to love his aunt unconditionally, yearning for her praise, approval, satisfaction, attention, happiness, compliments, and love.
